There used to be a hot tub but it is gone. Also there were fraying towels in our room. It would be super if the breakfast started at 6 instead of 6:30. There were several guests who left before breakfast was served.

Nice place to stay, only one complaint I’d like to share.. if you are going during cold months, I wouldn’t be too excited about the indoor pool. We rented our room solely based on the pool for our son, but we froze the entire 30 minutes we could stand to swim. Other than that, the staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was great, everything else was good and we have every plan to choose this hotel for our next trip to Harrison.

The stuff was very rude. It took 2 hours to get us into a room as it was not cleaned. Got in the room and it had hair all over the bathroom and the floor was not vacuumed. Took nearly 3 more hours to get us into a different room and it turns out that room was open the entire time due to a cancellation.

Staff was super nice. Rooms were clean, but our bathroom was a little dirty. Someone's hair stuck to the wall, and our shower nor sink drained right, and it took a good while to get the hot water on. The breakfast we weren't able to try because their oven was down, but their sticky rolls were available and they were delicious! My only other complaint is there were two men on the 4th floor walking back and fourth talking on their phone SUPER loud, one would be at one end, and the other was right in front of our room, as we were at the end by the stair case. I finally had to ask him to move out from in front of our room, considering it was 10:30 at night and we were lying down. I feel like staff should make sure people aren't wandering the halls disturbing guests, but other then that I absolutely cannot complain. It was a nice stay, and if passing through Harrison again the Holiday Inn will definitely be my first option.

I was expecting divided room in the suite, instead 1 long room with thec2 beds and sofa. Maybe I misread the description when I reserved. Might want to be sure the sofa bed linens are in the room at check in. Nice staff. Clean dining, pool area and rooms!

Holiday Inn Express has a courteous and helpful staff. Thanks to a front desk referral, we now know where to obtain the best pizza in town. The facility and grounds were well maintained. The room was clean and quiet; the bed was comfortable. Conversely, regulating the room temperature was a challenge, the coffee maker was inoperable, and the shower water temp was woefully inadequate at best. Overall, we'd stay here again.

Great stay and location everything was good till 645am on Sunday morning when we got woken up by our neighbors by screaming Good Morning Vietnam. Then screaming at her kids to scrub himself good in shower. Like have some common curiosity for other people in hotel this isn't your home

This was a stop on our way home and this was my favorite of 4 hotels we stayed at on our trip. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was really nice. Breakfast area was kept clean.

It was 2 hours past check in time before I got my key to my room. Our group did not have any of the rooms cleaned by 3 pm. It was extremely frustrating since the rooms had been booked for over a month. The hotel knew it was going to be a busy weekend. Also all we got was an I’m sorry about your weight. Nothing else. And when I went to go ask for a late checkout, they were already at their max. Honestly, I didn’t see anyone that came in to check in while we were waiting, got their room. Looks like management failed.

We stayed here once before and it was great. This time we stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the free breakfast. This hotel is very convenient because you can walk to a few different places to eat. 7 brew is like 2 or 3 blocks away. They answered all my questions with a smile and friendly. This will be the hotel we stay at when we come to Harrison which will be a lot.

The air freshener used in the hallway of the 3rd floor was overpowering to the point of being unpleasant, like someone had just sprayed a can of Axe body spray. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was good. Breakfast was awesome with B&G every day! Overall, very good experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good - not a typical continental breakfast. One day there were omelettes and bacon, the next day was fried eggs and sausage. Biscuits and gravy both days and cinnamon rolls (these were very good) both days. The room could have been a little quieter in the morning. We were close to a staff storage area. The price was a little high. About $215 for a Thursday and Friday night in Harrison AR seemed a little high to me, but we had to make last-minute reservations for a death in the family.

The breakfast items were of bad quality. Scrambled Eggs and Potatos were tasteless. It seemed like they were reheated, frozen and pre-prepared food. Juices were not good and Coffee was like very very light hot water. They did not have our confirmed room type available and did not respond to a query sent three days prior to arrival. They said that they were over booked and even suggested not to book through third parties in the future.
