This hotel was going through a renovation of which I was not notified when I booked it through Hotels.com. The lobby & 1st floor were still under renovation, but it seemed that my floor (2nd) had been completed. My room was clean and updated with nice furnishings and finishings. Due to the renovation, the hotel offered To-Go breakfast bags or allowed me to eat at the very nice breakfast bar at the next door Hilton. The elevator was not operational but would soon be when that section of the renovation will be done. Other than being surprised by the renovation, the hotel was nice and I hope to visit again in the future.

Very clean rooms and very nice staff. The breakfast was good and had lots of variety. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so the pool was not working and you could tell things were looking disheveled because of this, like the carpet in the hallways. The noise in the hotel was loud, but we were there for a basketball tournament and there were also baseball families there as well so that's to be expected when there are a lot of kids present. Would stay again.

We stayed here in June 2025 and this was the worst hotel experience we had in years. We were told the pool was closed and they notified hotels.com and it was their responsibility to notify us. We were told our room was newly renovated and the floor we were on was under construction. What they failed to tell us was that the construction was in front of our room and the workers had to move things for us to get in. The smell of either paint or wallpaper paste was overwhelming. We had to buy plug ins to stand the smell. The noice was constant until the workers left at 7pm. When I requested another room as I was concerned the smell would trigger my family's migraines I was told the hotel was fully booked due to a Fed-Ex.conference and their rooms could not be split. Guess my money is not as good as Fed-Ex's. I washed for a partial refund and was denied. The puts at the front desk was absolutely worthless and needs some hospitality and customer service training. I will never stay at another Hampton Inn again. I would welcome a call from a manager to discuss further.

They were doing reconstruction which wasn’t noted while I was making the reservation. There was no hot water, they didn’t even have a toilet paper holder and the only toilet paper was around the partition at the other end of the counter. There was dust/shavings from something all in the bathroom floor.

We didn't get the suite we reserved, the pool and hot tub smelled of ammonia from urine in it. Was needing cleaned. Had a used condom in the parking lot by enternce. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was very small but clean.

The room was dated with some broken outlets and a weird remodel of the shower. They took out the tub, which made the shower head really high; great for people well over 6 feet; however, they lowered the door making the rail very low. The room was clean, dining area very welcoming, and a very friendly staff.

This hotel was great, there was construction down the hall but was not disturbing. Our room was one of the ones that had just been renovated, everything was new. The only issue we had was we were freezing every night, even after we turned the A/C off it kept coming on. The staff were great.

Our favorite hotel in Harrison! Always friendly, always clean, they let us park our motorcycle under awning! If I could change one thing it would be the mattress I kept rolling into my husband so we didn’t get a good night sleep.

Hard to go wrong with Hampton. Friendly, quick check in. Lobby, halls, and most importantly, room presented clean and free from wierd or undesirable odors. Beds were very comfortable, restroom was clean, and breakfast was one of the better variety we have had at any hotel. Close to anything in Harrison.

Front desk stafff very friendly and welcoming. The hotel could do with a refresh the carpets in the hallway on the 4th floor are badly stained. Breakfast was average, beds were comfortable and we slept well.
