Recent remodel, looks great. Easy to get to, traffic on the highway can be heavy most times but you can get to a traffic light that helps getting on the highway without dangerous risks. Staff was helpful and accommodating with request for extra blanket for my wife. Motorcycle friendly as well, this is where we stay when coming to Harrison on the bike.

Absolutely clean rooms. Staff checked daily to see about replacing towels, linens etc. Quiet and peaceful. Cannot wait until summer so i can also enjoy the pool and picnic area...

The best part of this property was the staff hospitality. Also the way they welcomed our group of motorcycles. Most places just check you in. This place offered preferred parking to all of us and even provided clean towels for us to use on our bikes everyday. Awesome stay!

The room was okay but the a/c when it turned cold we tirbed heat on amd had to tirn it off due to the horrible burning smell. Did find a cockroach in the bathroom on the tub. No bed bugs though. Breakfast was underwhelming. On le day was good the next the pancake machine stopped working.

Our room was very clean. The roomy deep bathtub actually sparkled. We have stayed here on 4 occasions and the remodeling that has been going on is noticeable and well done. We will stay again.

This room should have cost half of what I paid based on the conditions of the room. Seedy is a nice way to describe my room. The bathroom had holes in the enclosure where there was something covering up a previous fixture and there were dirty caulk lines all around it. The ends of the metal bed frame had foam pads duct taped to keep people from bumping into the metal edge. Good thing I had been driving all day and just needed a quick night to sleep.

The room I was given was the dirtiest hotel room I have stayed in in over a decade. There was dust and dirt over most surfaces, the walls were stained from liquid spills that hadn’t ever been cleaned, the carpets were sticky in most places, and the floors in the bathroom were not cleaned around the edges/baseboards. There was also a strong odor of smoke even though it was supposed to be a smoke-free room. I felt very misled by the other ratings, and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Bed had urine stains all over it, whole room had a musky glaze is the only easy to call it. Carpet was somehow sticky. After awful sleep due to paper thin walls awoke to no power in my room. No way to call the front desk because the phone has been pulled apart. I go to the front desk to inform them I have a funeral to be at and really need power. They offer to let me and my wife get ready in another room which I’m sure is just as immaculate as the last but decline. Checked out and had to get another hotel room to get ready.

I liked how comfortable and clean the bed was. The person at the front desk was really nice and got us checked in pretty fast. The pool was clean and perfect to go swimming in. The one thing I can think about complaining about is the AC that was in my room, it wouldn't go any lower than 65 and the buttons were all messed up. But overall I enjoyed staying and would definitely do it again.

I liked the beds and the rooms overall nice. What i did not like was at 3 a.m i. The morni g i was asleep and heard what sounded like my door open, i looked around nothing. Closed my eyes and heard the door shut back. Thought maybe i was dreaming ha nope 20 min later two ppl walked in telling me im not supposed to be there i didnt book the room, this and that. Well they looked again and turns out my name was there and it was a misunderstanding. At 3 am

Staff is very friendly. Love Tamra at the front desk. Clean rooms that are newly renovated. Close to places to eat, wal mart, 7 brew, and other coffe shops. Always stay with them when I’m in town to work.

When going to bed the 1st night (Friday) my fiance scratched her leg on a piece of glass between the sheets. When i reported it to the desk clerk he stated he would talk to the people that needed to know. No explanation or apologies. Spoke with the woman at the front desk on Monday morning at check out she hadn't heard anything about it, told me she was sorry and would look into it. I gave them the piece of glas and it even had her blood on it. I thought they would have at least adjusted the rates, but nothing but an empty im sorry. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Best staff out there. Came down to Harrison with a buddy for a motorcycle trip. Unfortunately he had an accident ended up in the hospital. People in the motel helped me immensely great place. Definitely recommend.

I liked the area that the property was located in. Grocery shopping around, as well as restaurants and coffee shops. Also about a 30 minute drive from Branson!

Location was good. Cleanliness was poor, room had cobwebs in corner and dust clumps in bathroom. hvac was not turned on prior to arrival. Room needed to be updated in general. Amenities were sparse at best.

The room was clean and comfortable.. but the “breakfast” was yogurt and a tiny honey bun.. sort of underwhelming.. Add some muffins, toast, maybe fresh fruit??? The juice machine was broken also. Coffee was good and hot though!

It was fine for the price, but the breakfast offered a VERY limited continental selection. Also, I thought I saw this hotel got extra credit for cleaning standards but it shouldn't. While it appeared the daily cleaning was excellent, the rooms are definitely ready for spring cleaning: Vents were coated with lint and dust, bathroom light fixture had shadows of dead bugs or debris, & one of our four total beds had significant crumbs under the mattress. Front desk staff said they had all new bathroom fixtures on order and would be updating all the rooms soon.

No breakfast, had small bun & coffee. No waffles or toast as advertised. Noise at night was awful. People honking horns at midnight. Truck alarm going off for over an hour. Woke my husband up. Tub in bathroom too tall and deep for handicapped persons to get into. Would not stay there again.
