DoubleTree by Hilton Little Rock

Our room.was very clean and comfortable. Had a beautiful view of the city. The staff was friendly.

I would not stay here again. It looks nothing like the pictures. Our towels were never replaced even though cleaning service would take them so we would have to ask for more every day of our stay. The shower was gross and had an awful odor. We asked for two water bottled for the coffee machine and we were told they were supposed to be in the room already- they were not, so we asked how we could go about getting the ones that were supposed to come in the room. We could purchase in the gift shop. The place was really run down and not what we would have hoped. This is likely our last stay with a Hilton or even wanting to keep our Hilton honors. The TV was also non- working. No service available on every channel.

Construction nightmare blocking entire front of hotel, rude front desk person, unhelpful

If you like cold showers this is the place! Couldn’t get water to warm up. Also front desk was not very helpful. One gentleman tried his best but the others were not knowledgeable or willing to help. Just said “I don’t know”. Construction was going on so it wasn’t as nice a stay as I had hoped. Room was small.

This place needs a deep clean and a renovation. It was “clean” but old and dusty.
