We like the property but HATE that this is the ONLY Embassy Suites we stay at that limit you to two drinks at the managers reception. After traveling all day with three children parents should be allowed to have more than two complimentary drinks. The one in Ridgeland MS has a MUCH better reception.

We were quite pleased, love the breakfast chef! Though unlike previous stays this time the bar tender stuck with the two drink limit which was rather disappointing. Overall a good experience and front desk staff was great!

Super friendly staff. Free omelette station every morning and the guy making them is a master of his craft. Bar seemed a bit short-staffed the first two nights but the staff was clearly doing their best to keep up. I would stay here again.

It smelled like the linens were left a little too long in the washer. Our hotel room somehow felt moist & it smelled musty. There were only 2 elevators working so there were lines just to get to your room. It was noisy as well. Plus, the front desk gave us the wrong room. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again.

They have a parking lot at the hotel. Also a parking garage. I can understand paying for the parking garage but I do not understand charging guest for parking in the hotel parking lot. The website needs to make this policy know up front before booking. We know now and won't make the mistake of staying there again.

The room was ok. The toilet was nasty and wouldn’t flush well. The room has a bad wet smell. The was was disgusting! The light with a power line was out and down in the water floor. The ladder was broken too and dangerous. Told the maintenance guy and he just walked away. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.

The room had a very stale order and it was obvious there had been pets prior to our stay. We have a dog we bathe him regularly. There were at least 500 tiny ants, crawling all over a bath towel when we awakened this morning. The rooms looked very worn, the carpets in the hallway and in the rooms were very worn. Our white comforter had brown stains on it and we did not discover it until this morning as it had been deliberately hidden/tucked in the foot of the bed. There was dust behind the television and the window, had a film on it. The refrigerator had been turned off and had a terrible odor when we opened it. The ice had melted, or it had been defrosted and water was pouring out at the bottom and we had to clean the floor before we unpacked we have stayed in Embassy Suites multiple times and this was by far the worst experience we had. The staff were very friendly, but that is about all I can say good about our stay.

The staff here is amazing, food is pretty good and breakfast is really good! It's just getting really dated and in desperate need of remodel. Stains in carpet, paint off door facings, furniture literally falling apart, bed wobbled every time I moved. Could be awesome but room just does not feel very clean. I would not even walk barefoot because carpet looked so dirty.

We chose this hotel based on reviews, thinking it would be a nicer, more upscale place. For over 200 a night - it was uncomfortable and dirty. Our room had hairs all over the bathroom, one single tissue left in the box, stains everywhere, and uncomfortable beds with bumpy pillows. Breakfast not starting until 7 on Saturday is insane when almost all guests have to be somewhere Saturday mornings. The line when it finally opened took over 20 minutes to get through. The people in the lobby were so loud that we could not sleep. The walls are paper thin. The room adjoining ours had a long and loud conversation about where to go shopping and eat the next day - at 11pm. The parking was ridiculous as well. We could have saved $100 and stayed somewhere else and been far more comfortable.

They double charged me when I showed up. They have a per day parking fee in an area that is not prime parking. Just a way to hide a charge,$12 a day standard $17 per day parking ramp. Women at counter next morning fixed double charged and handled everything professionally. Very impressed with her.

We arrived after a full day of travel to a hot room, the A/C wasn’t running. We texted and called and eventually they sent someone to fix it. Luckily it was fixed, but we waited so long we missed our chance to eat dinner and our kids went to bed super late. Very frustrated that the room’s A/C was not on and running upon arrival, and it took a couple hours to get a fix unfortunately. No partial refund or immediate room change while they got someone to fix the room. Hotel was clean and hotel staff was great. No issues besides this!

The staff made the difference. We had extremely loud neighbors until after midnight. It was wild. We don't like to complain, but after midnight was making it hard for us to sleep. We called the front desk and they took care of it. After that, they offered to make it right and went out of their way to do so. They reached out via text to make sure everything was perfect and lots of places don't do that, not respond as quickly as they did. If it wasn't for the staff, I would have rated a 3.5 to 4. Great job Wenyu and staff!

The hotel is beautiful but they overbooked and we did NOT get the suite we PRE-PAID for. Ifxyiy have 300 rooms you dont book 310, its not rocket science. I booked a suite for my girlfriend 's birthday and we had to take a regular room. This is a director of rooms issue

I was conflicted on how to rate this stay. I wanted to give it a 1 because of the experience, but I upped it to a 3 because after our horrible experience, the manager, Mark Mitchell, stepped in and made things right. Upon arrival at 10:30 at night, having pre-paid ry our stay, I was informed that they had oversold their rooms by 20 and I didn't have a room there. They instead set us up for the night at a hotel down the street that was not in any way comparable to what we had paid for and only had full-size beds instead of queen. I told them I had booked at ES because my husband and I needed the separate work spaces that a suite allows for and they told me to come back in the morning and they would set us up and then have a suite for us by noon. We returned the next morning and, with some difficulty and back and forth, finally ended up with 2 acceptable work spaces. But then the assistant manager accused me of having yelled and cussed at her staff the previous night. This was the last bit of ridiculousness I could handle because I had been so patient up until this point. So I DID raise my voice to her and tell her that she knew I hadn't done what she was accusing me of doing because she had been on the phone with her staff the whole time I was trying to check in the night before. Long story short, the manager apologized and comped our first night along with free parking and drinks and allowed a late checkout on Friday. Mr. Mitchell redeemed a very bad experience.

My friend and I booked a room for the night to attend a concert. We live 3 1/2 hours away. When we arrived, staff said they could see our booking with Expedia but exclaimed that Expedia had not yet sent confirmation for the booking; therefore, they were not able to check us in. This room had been booked well over a month in advance. The staff told me that this was an Expedia problem and stated that I had to call Expedia customer service line in order to resolve the issue and get access to our already booked room. I explained to the staff that my friend and I were in town for a concert that was starting in 30 minutes and explained we did not have the time to sit on hold with Expedia. I asked for their assistance with resolving the issue but they stated it was not their problem. My friend and I were not able to get through to Expedia customer service and ended up having to book a room at another hotel, despite this booking already being paid for. We were nearly 2 hours late to our concert.

Nice staff at the front desk. Restaurant was out of many things for dinner which was frustrating, I think we ordered 4 things- all of which were out. Everyone looks forward to cocktail hour at Embassy Suites. Not here !! Don't get your hopes up. Most disorganized, social hour ever. Two people are expected serve drinks AND take food orders AND deliver the food while the line stands and waits for 15 - 20 minutes. Manager was of NO help and very snarky.. Breakfast, on the other hand, was great.

This is a very nice and big hotel. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet and also the complimentary cocktails in the lounge. Ms. Barbara and Dewayne (bartenders) were both efficient and friendly! The room service was good as well. The bed slept very cozy and shower nice and hot. Only complaint...not a fan of charging $12 per day to park. But, other than that, will be back!

Let me start by saying that the Breakfast was spectacular, but that’s about where the good stops. We checked in around 11pm on 9/2/26. I reserved the King Suite for me, my wife, and my 2 year old son. When we arrived, I checked in with no issues and was given 2 complimentary bottles of water. We parked and proceeded to take our stuff up to the room so we could go to sleep as my son had an appointment at Arkansas Children’s Hospital the next morning. When we entered the room, I observed 2 queen beds (not what I reserved) so I called down to the front desk and was told, “Oh, I’m so sorry you weren’t notified when you checked in, but we had to move you to that room because the King Suite you reserved was all booked and the other King Suites are out of service currently. I can comp your parking to make up for the inconvenience.” First off… Parking was $12 dollars. Secondly… If you would have notified me in advance of the room change, I would have went somewhere else that had a King bed because my son (first time staying in a hotel) did not want to sleep in a separate bed, which I knew would happen, hence the reason I reserved a KING SUITE. Lastly… The room had VERY poor air conditioning. The AC was blowing but it wasn’t cold. All of this made for a long night that could have been prevented if I would have been notified ahead of time. The hotel literally messaged me everyday about something irrelevant. They could have let me know that the reservation was not possible.

My review for this property is solely based on my experience here. I booked this hotel on 08/22/2026. After traveling late from Nashville and already getting to the hotel around 11 pm, I get told that they overbooked the hotel. They basically gave my room away. Mind them I have 3 children and my wife i now had to worry about to find another hotel late at night in a city I'm not familiar with. Horrible experience!! Again, Hotel may be nice but I guess I wouldn't know since I wasn't able to stay there.
