My family liked this hotel. They have carts to help get your luggage into the hotel something other small hotels don't seem to have but the hotel needs updating in many ways. The first room they gave me had no air conditioning. The second room they gave me, the door wouldn't open but third time is a charm. The staff however, was very gracious and helpful when asked for anything and they do seem to be working on repairs. The room was clean and I felt comfortable sleeping there. The only negatives I can say is the swimming pool had dirt and leaves at the bottom of it and I couldn't take breakfast food to my hotel room from the dining room.

Friendly staff, smooth check-in, the new furnishings are very nice. Hwr, do not expect the std. of the Country Inns & Suites by Radisson pre-2022. This brand has been taken over by Choice hotels and it is definitely more on the economy level of service now, than the mid-market level that it used to be. It seems that the remodel contractor is/was sloppy or it is a DIY job, by some very inexperienced DIYers. The headboard had a cigarette burn mark, the paint around wall a/c unit on the floor near the elevator was moldy and peeling, the tissue box holder in bathroom was sticky, one room had no safety lock on the door, scraped and mismatched paint in the elevator sums up the condition of the entire property, etc. This property needs to be thoroughly audited for facilities issues. It provides good breakfast items!

Parking was not great, elevator was not operating properly, dated, & dirty. Room had no tv, toilet paper holder was broken and left in room, bathroom was dim, bedding was stained and comforter was super thin. No ironing board in room with iron. Property is dated and needs work.

The only good part of this hotel is that the beds are comfortable (although squeaky) and it’s a quiet stay. The overall condition is gross feeling. It has the landlord special vibe where everything is just painted over. The pool had literal trash floating in it, and we had to get the front desk to unlock it bc the hotel is in a dangerous location. There’s homeless people outside and a roach motel next door. Two guys came outside and started smoking a blunt while we tried to swim. There was a man at the motel next door screaming at them and I felt unsafe so we went inside. I will absolutely never stay here again. Beware! Pics do NOT match reality!!! Bathroom floor was gross!

The property is in need of a lot of updating. The elevators did not work. Breakfast, what there was of it, was in a disheveled area that had a warning outside that no one was allowed to take anything out of that room or face a fine. The rooms were barely okay, although the mirror fell off the wall when we closed the door when we first arrived.

This hotel was gross. They only had one room for pets on the first floor and it smelled terrible. The bathroom was awful: paint peeling off in the shower and mold, towel bar falling off the wall. We went in the outdoor pool and the water was so cloudy and full of debris that we couldn't even see with goggles on. There was no AC in the lobby or hallways and the room AC had to be turned down to 62 in order to feel cool. The one plus is that the bed comfortable. Would never stay here again.

Check in was very welcoming. The clerk was really nice and friendly. But the aesthetics was not good. The floors were dirty and the bathtubs mats were dirty and they hadn’t been changed. There was a dirty sock that came out from under the covers as well.

Paint peeling off the bathroom door and the bathroom shower walls. Flem stuck on the ceiling above the bed. Glue coming up between the seams of the flooring. Curtains were fake and the blinds were broken and would not close show. Anybody could see in the room throughout the night. The entire building and room smelled so strong of perfume it was overpowering.

The towels and washcloths were dirty like they were never washed. The ceiling in the bathroom had black mold. Bathroom also had dirty walls that should have been cleaned. Probably won’t stay at this place again. Also, the area was just a bunch of drug users and vagabonds. Elevator is also out of date, just a side note. I could go on, but I’ll stop.

Rooms are disgusting, nasty stains on bathroom walls. Boogers, hair and nails behind beds. Carpet stained in hallways. AC did not work, receptionist refused to acknowledge it and said “it’s working I’ll send a maintenance person to show you”. Which never happened.

This hotel is not the same as what the pictures show online. It’s old and dirty. The lobby was ok but the rooms were bad. I reserved two rooms and the first one had a broken a/c unit that was leaking water and smelled like mildew… and it was hot in the room…. The second room the bathroom was dirty and the sheets had light stains on them. The hotel was not as advertised and i would never advise anyone to stay there. We had two rooms and 7 of us and we left there as soon as we saw the rooms. Sucks because we were traveling from out of state and could only go by what was online.

When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by very professional employees at the front desk. The check in process went very well. When I entered my room it was very welcoming. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable to sit and lay on during my stay. I was a little disappointed because the pool was not open. Other than that I had a wonderful time at the hotel.

Nice, clean and spacious room. The bed was big and firmer than my liking but I slept well. The AC unit gets very cold. Room has micro, fridge, coffee maker, and a large sitting chair with TV table. Very large television, nice size working desk. What I loved the most was the quietness of the floor. I didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t speak to it but I know there’s coffee.

Booked here as a place to stay overnight on the way to Santa Fe. Hotel is in need of a make over. Door to the bathroom had paint peeling and the ceiling in the shower was falling off. Bathroom was good sized and room was good sized. Really only there to get a little sleep before moving on down the road. Main reason I picked it was due to the price since we were only passing through.

When I arrived I was told there was a deposit which wasn't disclosed in the app for booking the room. So I told the man at the desk to cancel the room and he told me I had to cancel thru the app. So I proceeded to and still got charged for the room I never stayed in. I'm wanting a refund for false advertising and also for me not staying in the room.

The hotel is in a great location- however the hotel room was dirty and damaged, the hallways stunk, the elevator was faulty, and the hotel staff members were so rude. We were highly disappointed.

The service was okay, but the front desk failed to inform me that there wasn't hot water in the room, and apparently the lines in the water were full of rust. I got the rust to clear up after letting the water run for 5, but never got hot water. When I got to the deal to tell them, he told me they knew about it, and haven't had hot water for awhile because "it has a leak. " The next morning breakfast was a debacle and very dictating. Can't do this, don't do that, and they had a guy in the breakfast room monitoring people and how they cooked their breakfast. Doesn't seem I can add pictures to the review, but I have videos and pictures.

Upon arriving to the hotel. I was told that the hotel was double booked and the rooms where now first come first served. So i had to return the following day at 6am in order to get my room. Others in my party where not as fortunate. They where turned away completely. I ended up sharing my room with someone. Not happy abou tht.

The stay was overall good everyone on the staff except for Sasha had amazing customer service. She could really use some more training. She wasn’t welcoming at all as soon we walked in she had her head down texting on her phone & it took her a minute to even acknowledge us standing there.

Online the room was $66 for the night. When I got there I was told by the clerk it was an additional $150 dollars charge. When I asked for my money back I was told to contact Expedia which I did. I was on the phone with the representative and I told the clerk that the representative needed to talk to him but she is getting no answer. He became rude when I asked him to please answer the phone. I was still able to get my money back.

It is clear the owners are working to improve the facilities but the area in general is scary and the nightclub that used to be in the bottom of the hotel has plywood in the windows, which only causes more concern to a single woman than the individuals loitering in the area did.

We were attending a concert at the Simmons Bank Arena and needed an inexpensive place to stay. Although the rooms did lack a little in the cleanliness department, it was comfortable and we had no major issues. The front desk staff was friendly very helpful. It seems like this hotel is in the process of renovating some areas and trying to make things better overall. It was extremely conveniently located to both Simmons Bank Arena and Little Rock National Airport. I would say that ratings we saw in the 6/10 range are pretty accurate. We were happy with our one night stay and would stay here again if we are in town for a concert.

Bathtub had chips in the paint, the walls too. The room itself was clean, but the hallways were very worn, dinged and the ceiling tiles had a lot of marks from what looked like a knife. They smelled off too, not even like cleaning products, but stale. No ice maker anywhere, breakfast was okay but the sausage needed to be cooked longer. It was barely cooked, I guarantee it wasn't to the proper temp for pork. Would not recommend this property until it's updated.

No eggs for breakfast had to ask for some of the breakfast items like coffee and sausage. They did say that there truck did not deliver. Ugh! We really were looking forward to a hot breakfast. But the room was great beds relaxing. Hot water
