The property was close to everything so that was convenient. But the down side is that the property is outdated after a storm we were without lights no backup generator. And was charged full rate.

The staff was great during check in and out but a bad storm came thought and knock out the power to the hotel all night & morning too...and the hotel didn't have a back up generator nor emergency hallway light to help keep the power going and end up without hot water too during this time too..Maybe they need to invest in back up generator and emergency light for this kind of event happen to keep customers happy and safe...

Check in around midnight about 3 am the fire alarm started chirping. Called front desk she moved us to another room. Lady at front desk was very sorry for the inconvenience. But all in all this is a great hotel.

We normally stay at this hotel every time we come to Pine Bluff and we’ve never had a bad experience, but this in particular stay in the room 309 had a slow draining sink so if you were brushing your teeth, you had to be careful not to leave saliva floating for the next person Also upon check-in our television kept acting up we didn’t realize it when we initially came in as we were doing some running around with family, but you had to turn it on and off in order for you to watch television for maybe 10 minutes and then turn it back off so that the screen for the Internet wouldn’t pop back up the gentleman downstairs did tell us that the room next-door to us had experienced some issues and he was able to address it the next day other than that breakfast was great and I wish you had a icemaker on each level

Multiple stays over the past few years and one in the spring this year but the property is getting really run down, dirty worn carpet and upholstery mostly. We probably won't book again.

My wife and I have stayed there many times over the years but I would say the bedding wasn’t clean and that really did not set well with us. Food and staff were spot on as usual. We will stay there again with the hope it’s cleaner

This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I found BED BUGS in my room — and not just one. I woke up covered in bites. Absolutely unacceptable. I call the front desk expecting immediate help, and they barely acted like it was a big deal, no real solution, just a shrug and a new room offer like I was supposed to be okay with that.

Place was nice honesty. Few things that made it just an ok stay. First of all, the front desk lady and I think it was the manager were absolutely great! Very nice people. The problems were with the room. The A/C didn’t work, there were zero garbage bags in the room, a used bar of soap left in the shower. We had a double with a pull out couch, there was no extra pillows or blankets for the couch, not enough towels for the amount of ppl that could be in the room. The bathroom fan didn’t seem to exhaust any of the steam at all. Other than that, it really wasn’t a bad stay. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Marion was very nice and helpful. The staff overall were nice. The location was convenient around food, store/gas station. The bed very was comfortable. They ran out of face towels and blankets. The hotel was out dated, our room was nasty, the room needed a deep cleaning, the window and body mirror had a child handprints and smears all over it. The wall had a sticky substance on it when I touched. Couldnt ask for another room because the hotel was sold out and we were only their for one night. I would consider coming back if they did renovations and cleaned better but I know it wont be anytime soon so I wont waste the money again.

The suite was in poor condition. The leather furniture was peeling so badly, it was falling off onto the floor. The shower had cracks and mildew. The carpet was stained and there were ants all over. We asked for a refund. Totally unacceptable and extremely disappointing!

Front Desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Room could have been cleaner but spacious enough for our 5 travelers. Received extra blanket and sheets for the pull out sofa that had a used band aid stuck to it. Ok place for a quick overnight stay

The hotel is by sight nice upon arrival. I asked for a luggage cart and was told “they’re probably in the rooms”. After getting hefty items in the hotel, we opened the door to the 1st room to smelled awful, order of smoke, wet dog and very damp. We went back to the desk, rec’d a key to a 2nd floor room which was better. The remote didn’t work very well and the hall light kept blinking as if it was possessed. Pillows were flat. Still no carts next morning, never bothered with breakfast. Just checked out, didn’t need further frustration.

Booked at part of a longer trip, we were less than impressed. We had booked two rooms last year and had plumbing issues in one room which was handled poorly by staff and management. (we were handed a plunger and told "good luck") This year we gave the property a second chance and they missed the mark! The check in was smooth and the clerk was pleasant. Once upstairs, while making up a sofa bed for a grandchild, I discovered trash and used Q-tip under the sofa. I usually check rooms with a black light and found no major issues other than the need for a good cleaning. My wife discovered the shower would not turn off completely and the floor in the bathroom was wet and slippery. We used a towel to mop it up and turned off the shower. The noise level was excessive. I know it's hard to select guests who have manners, but the wall are paper thin. The breakfast was less than memorable and the tables and floor had spills and and messes that needed attention. Staff seemed not to notice any of it. As I said, we gave the property a second chance and they missed the mark! I will not recommend or stay here again.

The property is nice and beautiful BUT I don't like how you all charge me again for a room after I already prepaid and then you tell me I need to talk to a manager and I will have to wait 10 days to get a refund for something that should not have happened in the first place. You all need to have people at the desk that are aware of what's going on. My keys to the room didn't work, then I got keys to another room, I walked in on someone...

The room had a smell, the hallway and elevator had a funny smell. There were home look like homeless peole hanging out close to the property and people hanging up in front of the front door drinking alcohol and smoking like it was a club.

We were NOT impressed in the least. The bathroom was dingy and was filthy behind the door and had major build-up of grime and grossness. The whole room would benefit from a deep cleaning. They were all out of forks at breakfast. Mediocre accommodation and overpriced for a 3-star hotel. Wouldn’t recommend it. Compared to other 3-star hotels this is definitely on the lower end ans possibly a 2-star rating,

It's like any other motel, if people would step back and look how clean or dirty there own home is before judging another place. But all N all this place was up to par. Breakfast was spot on, biscuit and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles and hot coffee. All someone would expect home, right....

The room was dingy. The halls were extremely loud. The breakfast. There aren’t enough words. The waffle machine and the juice machines were broken. The gravy was gelatinous. The biscuits were like a rocks. The coffee smelled off and the yogurt had been expired for 5 weeks!!! Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. I never write hotel reviews but I had to let others know about this one. The only positive note is that the bed was at least comfortable.
