I was in love with the lobby. It was well decorated for Thanksgiving/Fall. It had a tea/coffee bar well stocked. The seats area was extremely clean all the time. Thank You!

Friendly staff. Had to wait for Expedia to forward booking to hotel before we could check in. Went and ate first. About an hour later Expedia finally updated the hotel. Lobby very welcoming. We were told there had been a lot of problems with locals hanging out or abusing the system, so you have to use key card to access elevator as well as your room. Room definitely worn - we stayed in 205. Chips on furniture, carpet faded, bed okay, looked slept in, nice pillows. Shower water pressure medium but was nice and hot. No shampoo in auto pump. Shower had dirty grout. Bathroom floor sticky. Breakfast selection good - eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, muffins, cereal, toast, juice selection, coffee, NO DECAFFEINATED, tea. Lady running breakfast area was very friendly and helpful, same for the reception staff. 2 cats obviously live outside the premises and are being fed by staff. One cat is very friendly but will bite so be careful. The other cat is more timid and seems to have eyesight problems. Not sure who they belong to but might be a problem for some guests.

I book frequently at this location since I bring my children along I make sure to have a pool amenity for them so to break up the business portion of my trip. This time the pool was under maintenance and therefore not usable. Had I known I would have went to another property.

Turned over bedding and dried blood was on comforter. Called front desk. I Was given new room but was ask to bring the comforter when I went down to front desk to exchange keys. Of course, I did not, I left that for the hotel staff to deal with.

Came in late. Went to our room had a stench of mildew. It was dark and not good lighting. When took shoes off the floor was sticky like nicotine or something all over…walked to the side of the bed and it was soaked from ac condensation (halfway across the room). I told the front desk and they said….I know we have had lots of complaints abt this. That was it. No options. After further looking there was mildew/dust in the corners of the room. Where the vacuum couldn’t reach.

The motel was in need of an upgrade. Could not connect to the internet. The closet door came off of the wall (it had three previous holes where it had been attached before.) The bathtub did not drain very well. (It took a long time.) Could have been cleaner. On a positive note, the night desk clerk was very kind and helpful.

I did not get the room that I paid for. The overnight staff said that I was getting a refund of over $270, only to be overridden by the day staff, who said that I would receive points, instead of cash. The tv volume did not work, on the first night and I had to endure noise, from doors slamming and the next room's alarm. This person kept hitting the snooze and the alarm continuously kept sounding, after 4:30am, waking me up. I told the front desk that the walls are too thin.

Room was nice enough, but a bathroom plumbing issue made our stay largely uncomfortable. The P-trap under the vanity sink had a hole in the bottom of it allowing water to leak out and flood the floor. Had to kneel on side the bath to use the tub faucet to wash face and to use toothbrush Very uncomfortable for an elderly couple. The front desk attendant was very courteous and helped as much as she could by bringing towels to spread on the floor, but it seems that there should have been a maintenance person on duty or at least on call to attend to major plumbing issues such as the one we had which seriously impacted the quality of our stay.

Our stay was ok. I had specifically gotten a room with a jacuzzi tub because my husband has neck and back issues when driving for great distances. We had driven for 8 hours before checking in. Well the stopper in the tub was broken and the tub would not hold water making it unusable. Therefore, the extra money spent for that room was more or less wasted money. Could have just gotten a double room for the benefit we received.

The manager was rude. He told me I could cancel my room if I was not happy instead of correcting the situation or making accommodations. I never stayed at a place that seems like they didn’t care. The person who checked us in confused us with someone else and gave us the wrong room. So, instead of a king bed we were in two queens which is difficult with a toddler who rolls out of the bed. The three of us can’t sleep in a queen bed. They figured out they gave us the wrong room but never offered us the right one.

We stayed here for a quick stop to sleep before moving on. We arrived a little after midnight, completely exhausted, but the front desk lady was so sweet and kind! She went above and beyond to ensure we were good for this short stay. She was also the person to check us out and once again she was kind and quick! Room was very clean, no complaints. We didn’t get to stay for breakfast but from a glance it looked like a great assortment. All and all, we will stay again!
