Very nice and clean . Breakfast was very good. Nice pool area. Beds comfortable. Only negative was highway noise, not terrible but noticeable if your on the highway side. I will stay here again

The hotel was welcoming and clean. Room was spacious and front desk was very helpful with a few questions I had. Breakfast was great each morning and pool area was nice. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Hampton Inn was very convenient and accommodating. Easy in and out. Better than average cleanliness. Parking lot was well lit and felt safe. Price was crazy high for this type of accommodation (however, consistent with other hotels the weekend we were there,) it’s a shame that they all participate in outlandish price hikes on university game weekends.

This is the 2nd time my daughter and I have stayed at this location. It was as comfortable as we remembered. There was a large group of middle school baseball teams staying at the property over the weekend and they were noisy and rowdy in the pool. We would stay here again.

Cons: Fridge had an odd smell, had maintenance come and clean it, but the smell came back not too long after. TV has motion smoothing and I cannot turn it off, but that one is very minor. Pros: Everything else. Wonder location, near many things, friendly staff, aside from the fridge every thing was very clean looking and smelling. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall our stay was good. I felt like our room was fairly clean. A couple of issues, a bedside lamp did not have a bulb, and the shower our first night was only cold water. My other concern was the pull out bed already had sheets on it …. I wasn’t sure if clean or not so I had to go to front desk and get new sheets. We really didn’t hear interstate noise as others have mentioned. I would stay again.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was not great. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner I was not impressed with the quality. The only real issue I had was that the fire alarm went off in our room. We noticed that no one was evacuating the hotel. When I called the front desk no one answered. We were leaving our room in our pajamas to evacuate and saw an employee at the other end of the hall in what appeared to be a supply closet. We asked what was going on and he said that the alarm was only going off in our room. We asked if he needed to come in and check it. He then said yes and walked down to our room. I was a little alarmed that no one came to check on us and we couldn't get a hold of the front desk. We had to ask for someone to check our room.

The hotel was clean, the lobby looked updated and inviting, and the front desk attendants were always super friendly. My daughter even got into the pool for a little bit after the game. The only reason, that I personally rated the comfort low is because the beds are only doubles. My family is all 5'-8" and above, so we really need queen size beds. It was a game weekend, so I was trying to watch the cost, however, moving forward, I will/need to pay closer attention to the size of beds. I'm not sure why any hotel still uses doubles instead of queens!! Either way, I will most likely not stay here again with my family and only if it's just my husband & I visiting our student. The breakfast was fully stocked and the hotel was nice, it just comes down to the beds for us!

The first room I was in the Tv world not come on even after she gave me a second remote. The room was close to the hwy and I could not get a nap, because I had drove for 4 hours. They moved me to another room in the middle and I was able to get some sleep and the TV work.

Location, location, location! I wanted a suite that had actual separate rooms and this was just right. My wife sleeps later than I do, so it was convenient that I could shut the door to the bedroom and watch TV without disturbing her.

Your service sucked!!!! YOU canceled our reservation bc of a bunch of Walmart people had to stay at ur hotel!? Us and another couple we were traveling with were cancelled and moved to another hotel. Traveling with an infant is never easy, but with the suite styled rooms and staff at Hampton Inn & Suites, our life was much easier this weekend when traveling with a little one! The staff was able to provide a pack-n-play to our room for baby to sleep, the kitchenette allowed for bottle cleaning, and the fridge was able to hold all her bottles and foods.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was not great. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. Although noisy in the mornings because it was next to the elevator. No view, or view of the next building wall. The breakfast not so good, the scrambled eggs had no taste and the bacon was too greasy.

Our check in was very smooth and Kaylei at the front desk was kind and attentive, even following up with a text to contact her if we needed anything. The property is in a safe location in Springdale, close to restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed our multi-day stay. Great breakfast each day! There were only a few minor issues; the room will probably need updating soon, we noticed stains in the carpet and the couch worn with some torn fabric showing. Also, when choosing a room with a 'kitchen' we expected to have appliances such as a full refrigerator or a stove top. There was a large counter top with a dining table nearby, but a microwave and tiny microfridge you'd find in a regular room. With that said, our stay was enjoyable.

Poor service. They didn’t make my room after requesting many times. Also they didn’t have hot water and I couldn’t take a shower. I asked for manager and she is always in meetings. I don’t really recommend this hotel !!!!

Excellent, but forgot to ask for a room not facing the highway. It was pretty noisy until the traffic finally died down late at night. But, started very early again in the morning. No other issues whatsoever.

The only issue we had was the freeway noise. Because the hotel is next to the freeway. We had to be moved because the noise was so loud. But overall a nice 3 star hotel with lots of restaurants and other amenities around.

The hotel is dated and the room was pretty old. It was functional for our family. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The food was not edible and the juice machine was not working. We didn’t eat there again after the first morning. The hotel needs some updating. The shower pressure was also weak in our room.

The hotel was nice & clean .. the bed linens were clean & beds were comfortable. 6am the people in the room above ours apparently decided to stomp around. Then we went downstairs for breakfast. There were lots of things to choose from. I fixed my coffee & a plate of food. We ended up throwing our food away because there wasn’t enough seating.
