The pool was not heated, at night you could not get into the hot tub or pool due to the people that live there. They even chased some guests out and told them they could not come in. The hot tub looked disgusting, murky and dirty. The free breakfast was good. And the maids were great. Good customer service!

This hotel needs help. Fire extinguishers missing from their cabinets. Promised to get them in place but of course didn’t. If they aren’t attending to safety details like fire extinguishers, what else is not being looked over? The facility has issues. Ice maker on our floor out of order. No plug for the bath tub. Latch on bathroom door didn’t work. Thankfully the elevator worked when we were there as it hadn’t been working the previous two days. The facility shows considerable wear. Certainly not up to the Wyndham brand we are accustomed to.

Huge leak marks in popcorn ceiling. Wall patch. bathroom door cracked around handle and paint peeled off several spots. Fridge-cupboard gouged and scratched. It was late evening, raining 53° and window was wide open when we entered room. Screen did not fit. Seemed like room was cleaned but not a comfortable stay. Also stain on cloth bed frame. Unfortunately, woke several times by other quests running up and down hall slamming door and loud speaking all night.

Room was ok for an overnight stay. Pricing was reasonable and dining options were close by. The negative for me was that the bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned very well as there were hairs in the tub. Toilet seat was loose. In the morning when we went for breakfast (which was included with the room price) there was a large tour bus group also there and it felt very chaotic in the breakfast room.

Everything besides the room was okay. Staff was friendly etc. Our room was on the 2nd level and found out our room had ants in the morning. That was disappointing, breakfast was okay nothing special but the ants in the room definitely was a let down.

Overall everything was fine. Everything seemed clean, but the sheets had a few minor stains (again, they were cleaned, just still had the stains). One of the hand towels was disheveled and couldnt tell if it just wasn't set neatly or if it had been used and not replaced. Other than those minor things, all seemed clean, especially the bathroom. Aside from the pillows, bed was very comfortable (as far as the pillows go, its just my preference...nothing the hotel did wrong. They were too soft for me).

The room was okay. It definitely was not as nice as I expected from pictures. The bed was comfortable. You could see repairs had been made to the ceiling etc. but the repairs were very visible. It had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. So it was adequate and the price was reasonable.

It was nice, you could tell it was an older property, but it looks like it's been renovated. The only issues we had was in walking into the room and turning on the air, the room smelled musty a little more than faint smell of cigarette smoke. We reported it to the desk because they make you sing a paper saying you won't smoke in the room and there's a fine if you do. I certainly didn't want the blame. I recommended they have maintenance change the air filter on the air conditioner. It may be in the walls too since it's older. The double pane window had precipitation in it so we really could see well out of the window. The pool was clean and had plenty of activity.

It was easy to check in. The location was great. How ever the room was small and the furniture was worn. Bed was comfortable, but there was a hard line in the bed which ran from the top to the feet. Pool and spa were and the staff was friendly. As far as the breakfast we went out. We didn't care for the eggs.

Wallpaper was peeling room was very small we dropped some change that rolled under the bed I never seen so much dirt buildup. The sink was slow draining could not remove the stopper the ac wouldn’t cool right. Overall I was overcharged for what I got.

Everyone at the front desk was very friendly. It is a very nice hotel and just slightly dated. We did have an RV and it said it had RV parking which it does, but it was a little tight. But we felt safe and secure there.

I was put in a room with an extremely noisy wall unit heater/air conditioner. When asking for help with moving into another room, it was all on me. I heard, both that night and the next morning when I brought the situation to staff's attention, the mantra "I cant help you." in response to any suggestion I made to ease the situation. I wrote an email to the manager.after check out as there was no manager on-site. Its been 4 days and there has been no response. They CANT HELP YOU!

It was nice to have an online checkin but you still have to wait in the line to get your key card once you arrive. The beds were okay and the place was clean. Breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff lady was SO friendly and nice. I accidentally left my king pillow in the room and called 2 hours after we left and were told nothing was turned in to lost and found. The direct line to the hotel told us that “I inspect the rooms myself and nothing was left”. He was kind of rude and I’m out a nice king size pillow that cost me 50.00. Not happy at all about that!!!

All was great; the only issue we had was a long wait to check in when the computer system crashed. The desk clerk didn’t seem to know much about how to resolve it, or provide any information as to how long it might take. We ended up walking across the street to a nearby restaurant and returning about 2 hours later; the system was back up.

I had a very enjoyable stay. The only negative comment would be the reception at the front desk upon arrive. The women at the desk was busy dealing with another person. I was surprised that she did not once just excuse that she was with another person and I would have to wait. When she did finally get to me she did not apologize for me having to wait. She was not rude or objectionable just not friendly like I have found most desk people to be. I don't know if she was just having a bad day or if this criticism is need. On the contrary the gentleman on duty at 6 am was quite the contrary. Very pleasant (even exhibiting humor), very helpful and accommodating .

Never again. Stayed here 9 months ago and had a bad experience with checkin. This time, check-in was very slow because they only had one person working the desk. When I got to the room I wanted to take a hot shower or bath. NO HOT WATER. Front desk said the issue would be fixed in a few hours. 3+ hours later the water is only lukewarm. They don’t get a third strike.

Check in was uncomfortable. The employee checking me in did no interact with me, with the exception to say, "Checking in?". And at the end of check in, told me my room number. The entire process she said two words and a room number. She talked with the other employee behind the desk for the entire twenty minute process (yes, it took twenty minutes to check into a room that was prepaid). She swore twice. Swearing doesn't bother me, but it speaks volumes to the professionalism (or lack there of). The room was okay, not great, but what I expected. I'll take that! The customer service was absolutely sub par. How difficult is it to be friendly when you're dealing with customers who ultimately contribute to your pay check.
