Love that it was solid surface flooring vs carpet but the flooring had a bunch of issues with gaps and walking around barefoot was uncomfortable and somewhat of a hazard. Disappointed the pool and hot tub were drained and the shower never got hot, it was lukewarm at best even after running for a few minutes. We ok but won't be staying again.

Pool not in use during the summer season, disappointing. Should be disclosed prior to booking!

Pool and Jacuzzi drained..breakfast was limited Bagels and if you wanted hassles of making waffles..no ice machine..stains on doors..toilet was literally less than a foot off the floor.

We were told at check in that pool and hot tub was unavailable and broken. We specifically picked this one for pool and brought bathing suits. The desk help told us that Hotels.com should have updated us but they never do. The fixtures were old and crusty. The lobby smelled like a funeral home. I picked this over a less expensive for the amenities and was very disappointed…

This hotel had mixed reviews, so we decided to risk it. Terrible mistake. The floors were dirty, the bathroom had a clothing tag on the floor behind the door, and the biggest problem is that the water took 30 mins to get hot. Called the front desk and they said maintenance wouldn’t get there until 9am. This hotel is an updated motel 6. The ice machine doesn’t work, so I went to the front and they gave me the smallest amount of ice.

The pool was not open. No ice machines. Had to change rooms because tv did not work.

The property has thin walls as we listened to our neighboring room dog bark incessantly when they locked it in the bathroom while they were out of their room. Two story property with no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of things to unload. We appreciated the coffee in the room. One cool thing they offered was “room service.” The menu is from the Mexican restaurant across the street and can take up to 45 minutes, but sometimes you don’t feel like going anywhere after traveling for a long time. We just ended up walking across the street to the Buffalo Wild Wings (overpriced). There is also a Walmart across the street. The room was clean and comfortable. But there are other properties very close that we would try before staying here again.

Stay was pleasant enough but no elevators for upper floors which is a pain with luggage.

Clean and comfortable. Affordable last min booking. Wasn’t thrilled about the $5 “property fee” charged at check in for no additional services besides a minimal continental breakfast. If they want $5 they should roll it into their booking price for a 2 star, average chain. Also, pool was listed as “permanently closed”, though I didn’t expect it to be open in winter anyway for the location.

The queen bed was in bad shape. Completely caved in on one side. The floors were not clean and the toilet seat was chipped.

The rooms were dirty. We had to ask for a new room because there was dirt and hair all over the beds, the towels were dirty. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept. There was even a booger on the shower wall. When we switched rooms it was a little cleaner than the last but I would not stay there again.

Nice enough place for the price, but the floors were filthy (they made my toddler granddaughter's feet black in minutes). But the bed was comfy and spotless... could use more pillow options as all 4 were super flat.

The first room we were given was not cleaned properly (filthy mirror, hair on toilet seat) and the second room was not much better (dirty walls, shower, and surfaces). The cleaning staff does not seem to be doing a thorough job and there is a lot of wear and tear (tape on baseboards, peeling paint, mold in grout, etc). The breakfast had very little nutritional options like fresh fruit or protein, and instead had mostly carbs. I also didn't feel very safe staying there. Overall the Inn was way overpriced for what you receive and I would never choose to stay in this Inn again nor would I recommend it to anyone I know. The staff were polite however.

Floor was sticky- toilet paper holder was not attached- multiple filled holes in walls that weren’t painted- staff was unfriendly. Door would shut without slamming- Murrow was dirty

We were very disappointed this time. We stayed here 2 others times and was happy with everything but this time our room wasn't ready and we had to wait 30 minutes for them to get the room ready. We walked in our room and the floor had cheerios, barettes, trash. Room was not swept. The bedding had hair on it. We called the front desk and someone came right away to sweep the floor and give us new bedding that we had to put on the bed ourselves. We were not offered any kind of compensation except for some room fee they waived for us having to wait for our room. We really liked staying here in the past but now we dont think we will be going back. So disappointed!

Everything was dirty. Towels were gross, sheets were gross, the floor was gross. The tv remote didn’t work, the shower floor was on the verge of being black (had to wear flip flops in the shower). Never will stay again

nice looking hotel on the outside and lobby, but our room was very dirty. thankfully we were on there one night.

I had stayed here before but the experience was completely different. This time the room was extremely dirty we dropped water on the floor and wiped it and the paper was black. Literally black. The towels were also dirty they had black stains. The toilet paper holder fell no one came to fix. We killed a spider in the bathroom. The staff is really nice and friendly it’s the building that is very poorly maintained.

Beds are comfortable, even with room updates they’re a little beat up and some areas aren’t clean, eg table between beds have ketchup on the sides. Corners in bathroom dirt build up, flooring wasn’t installed well, curtains torn. Our room was right beside the highway so started getting noisy at 6 am, the usual waffle sausage patty & egg breakfast from 6am-9am Beds are clean & comfortable, good for a late night overnight stay excellent & friendly staff at check in.

Hotel sits against the highway which made it noisy. The comfort was okay - it was cold outside and the door isn't sealed.

The front desk staff were really kind and welcoming. It offered a decent complimentary breakfast, and the room was clean and a good size. The only problem we had was with the WiFi connection, which kept dropping off.

The rooms here have been renovated and provide a great value in a good location. The accommodations are clean and modern (built-in desk for laptop, etc.), while preserving a bit of old-school motel charm. It's not a resort, of course, but it offers pleasant lodging at a reasonable price.

Front desk girls were very helpful. I originally received a 2nd floor room however due to the stairs, I asked to be moved. They happily made the change. The room was very clean and spacious. Located in a good area. Felt safe, no complaints on this stay. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel even though it was offered. Would stay again if ever in the area.

Staff were great and very efficient. Bathroom small but clean. Room size ok. Beds were great-- very comfortable, and liked the selection of pillows. Nice desk lamp.

I stayed at this hotel last year and it was nice, clean, staff was awesome. This year it was dirty, falling apart, and staff was rude.

Great service

We were not able to get back into our room after going out to dinner. The staff took 4 hours (at 1am) to finally allow US to break the window out and WE had to get into the room to get our daughters vital medicine and our things. We had to call the POLICE on the motel just to get permission to get into the room. Their solution was to use a rubber mallet to bang on the broken door lock for 3.5 HOURS, our little 8 year old was cold, tired and scared the entire time. If I could give negative stars, I WOULD. Never in my 45 years of life have I heard of such a situation, and seen such a lack of proper management. The poor other guests had to listen to management's useless banging for 3.5 hours in the middle of the night, until the police finally convinced them to let us break the window. NEVER STAY HERE! Floor was FILTHY. My feet turned black in the short time we were there.

Only one staff member to check in staff and help guests. We couldn’t get in our room and the employee was new. She had to answer the phone, check guests in and come to our room to try to get us in with the master key. She needed to call a supervisor then a manager then a maintenance worker. Two in a half hour later at 11:pm we got in our room. They need more staff.

This property is a kind of upgraded motel, but it is in a very convenient location in Flagstaff. The complimentary breakfast is modest, but it is a wonderful mall across (with Walmart and Bashas' stores) and good restaurants around (at walking distance).

Nice location in between Sedona and Grand Canyon National Park. Property was clean, breakfast was good, and staff was nice.

Great value. Right next to freeway so traffic was a little loud.

Great, safe location right off 2 major highways. Plenty of shopping and restaurant options very close.

Room was clean except for the trash we found at the foot of the bed - cups and bottles. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was disappointing as they were out of waffle mix so no waffles, eggs looked gross, microwave out of order. Was told this hotel is under new management as of a couple months ago and that definitely wasn't a good way to show in the new management. Beds were terribly uncomfortable and only 3 pillows per bed. Need at least 4 per bed. Parking was easy.

Note that this is a MOTEL, not a hotel. The exterior picture provided is misleading as it only shows the front of the building. The room was relatively clean; however, the shower water did not get hot. Additionally, the breakfast was nothing like what was pictured. The waffle machines were out of order, and they were out of waffles, sausage, and bagels. Not a great experience, but also not the worst.

The room was nice. Walking around on the laminate flooring made feet filthy which means floors are dirty or cleaned with a product that doesn't clean very well. Check in went well. The breakfast is pathetic. Carbs, carbs, carbs. You can ask for a breakfast burrito or breakfast bagel, but the eggs in them are disgusting. They ask you if you want bacon or sausage and if you request bacon, you won't even taste it in the burrito and the bagel has a tiny amount of egg on it with one tiny sliver of microwaved bacon split in half. Your other options are waffle, plain bread for toast, plain bagel, yoplait yogurt, cereal. That's it. No danishes, muffins, etc. Then you have to chase down someone at the front desk to refill the milk or to ask for your burrito or bagel. They often are not at the front desk but sitting and chatting in the office. The breakfast area is very small and people often have to either take their breakfast to go or find a seat in the lobby because all tables are taken. The room was good, but most interaction with the front desk was not the greatest. Oh, and I was there for two nights and they only activated my key card for one night so I had to go back and get it activated on the second day. I don't think this place is a do over. I've stayed at the Sleep Inn next door and it was better.

Convenient, good breakfast, and was clean! Not many complaints.

It was great except the breakfast. There was hardly anything there at 8. They started putting the breakfast away at 9, when it was to end at 10 and we had to continue to ask for stuff. They only had fat free and sugar free, so the food was not very tasty. I only picked that hotel since breakfast was included, but I shouldn’t have.

In the breakfast area, equipment was broken each morning. For example, the waffle maker, coffee maker, ice machine, and others. They offered a breakfast burrito or sandwich, but you had to ask for it at the front desk (no one knew we had to ask until I did on our 2nd day. The room had an unclean feeling and the overall condition of the facility was very dated and worn. Would not stay there again!!

The included breakfast shouldn’t be relied upon. It’s more of a nice gesture.
