Stayed 5 nights

We had a bad experience this trip. We were there for 5 nights and they put us on the second floor. We had to take all the luggage up the stairs which was not easy. I had to ask multiple times to get the room cleaned. Employees took their breaks on the stairs that led to our room which was awkward to ask them to move repeatedly off the stairs. Stairs are to climb not for sitting. Breakfast was not good and coffee was old.

Our room was clean but unfortunately the bathroom smelled of smoke. The conditioner bottle was empty. However the staff were very helpful.
