Our room was on a corner facing the interior park and was very quiet; no traffic noise from heavy I-40 could be heard. We were told we would receive a text when our room was ready. After an hour of waiting I went back to the front desk to ask if they had an ETA on our room, it had been ready but we never received a text. We had a conjoining set of rooms. One shower still had hair in the shower and the other room needed a vacuum. The remote didn't work in one of our rooms as well. The mini fridge wouldn't get cold.

The rooms are spacious and comfy. We stayed here after a backpacking trip and really appreciated the spacious bathrooms with double sinks and a large walkin shower with good water pressure. The hotel also let us check in several hours early and we had no issues with noise during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here recently and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. The bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the parking situation was frustrating, there were no spots close to our room, and we had to walk quite a distance with our bags. For the price, we expected a more comfortable stay.

It's been awhile since I've stayed at Little America Flagstaff and I love how spacious the rooms and bathrooms are here. It's obvious they have remodeled the rooms in recent years and they are beautiful and well appointed. The room and bathroom offer plenty of space and comfort - I appreciated the layout of the bathroom with a three piece room in one part of the space with a privacy door and then outside of that was another sink, mirror and outlets, super convenient when sharing the room with others. It's so nice to have access to another sink or space to get ready for the day or night. We stayed in four hotels over the course of a road trip and this was my most comfortable stay - the bed and pillows were just right and I sleep well. It's also a quiet location even though it's right off the freeway and our room faced the interstate. I'm definitely staying again when we go back to Flag! Also, parking is provided with no fee, which I think all hotels should do so I truly appreciate it when a hotel provides a spot without charging for it.

Amazing room with a nice view to the pine trees. Bed is super comfortable with excellent support to my back. The sheets are clean and have a luxury feeling in the material. Best I have ever experienced in a hotel. Shower is powerful. Room is facing the hotel interior (on my request) and is super quiet in the night. Every detail is right! Easy 10/10.

We always enjoy staying at Little America when we come to flagstaff. I do have to mention however, the rooms with the showers in the tub are very hard to get into and out of for people who are older. A walk in shower would be helpful.

We loved it and will book for our return trip as well. Great grounds. Only complaint: they were having water pressure issues in Lodge 2, and showers/sinks would suddenly go scaldingly hot. Also, make sure you get a ground floor room with heavy bags, as there are no elevators (at least in Lodge 2)

The shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash were empty but didn’t realize until I was in the shower. It took two hours and three calls to get product. The tv remote did not work and needed batteries, the desk lamp did not work. We called to request remote control batteries and they stated they would send someone who never showed up. I chose Little America to celebrate my husband’s birthday but was very disappointed with the resort- we had fond memories and traveled there often prior to the renovation. The hotel has lost its charm- you have to go offsite to the truck stop for any sandwiches or beverages. Very inconvenient and extremely dangerous since it is a truck stop off of the freeway with many transient persons around the hotel and facility.

We stayed for two nights. One before a hiking trip, and one right after. Check-in was speedy and they helped answer our questions. Staff was friendly. The shuttle was really convenient to use and a quick ride from the airport. When we went to go pick up a rental car early and weren't entirely sure we would be able to, they offered to hang around for a bit in case we needed a ride back to the hotel. They were really accomodating! It was nice that when we weren't feeling the food at the hotel restaurant, the travel stop next to the hotel was convenient too.

We were in town for a family graduation. We checked in Friday, no problem. Sat we slept in so didn't get room serviced. Came in about 8pm and a whole group of people were hanging out in the hall in the 2nd floor in our building. I called for towels and asked what time quite time was I was told 9pm. Kids started running up and down the hall so I called back to the front desk and I was told maintenance talked to them, asked for a status on the towels the girl said she forgot what room asked for them and they were sent to the wrong room. I had to call a third time to complain about the noise and follow up on the towels. I did get the towels but quite time never came. I was so disappointed, because we paid a decent amount for our room.

Since it is so close to the freeway and major street, we were a bit concerned about the traffic noise (We're from LA!), but the room was well insulated and it didn't bother us a bit. Room was spacious, multiple sinks and mirrors in the room, and the shower head was awesome! It’s not as walkable as I prefer, so you’ll have to drive/Uber to have more dining options. This is a wonderful hotel in Flagstaff. While right off the interstate, it is surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. This hotel is large. However, there is plenty of parking in front of each of the 4-5 buildings. Pool area says resort all the way, there is lush cool green grass all around, and the place is just classy. I would consider another trip to Flagstaff and plan it around staying at Little America.

Food at the resort is not good. Restaurant is very expensive and food is not even mediocre. There's a convenience store where you can buy things for the room and a sizable refrigerator in the room, plus a microwave & coffee machine. The rooms are lovely, well furnished and huge. It's convenient to Flagstaff, with many better restaurant options. There is a very nice pool, hot tub, a little playground for kids, a tiny but adequate gym and lovely grounds. Recently, they've added some cost savings to the amenities, like only giving one small bar of soap to service 2 sinks in different areas and no shower caps, q-tips, silly stuff like that. But still a great place to stay, as long as you don't plan on dining there.

The staff was friendly. Some of their information on their check-in sheet is inaccurate (number to the restaurant, check out instructions, etc.) The only big complaint I have is there was a huge bone in my quesadilla, and I couldn't eat it. When I called to have it addressed, I was passed around and no one responded.

This property is very well maintained and clean. The cost of rooms were very affordable. Unfortunately we didn't get to stay but one night but if I had been more aware of area we would of extended our stay at this location. The only complaint that we had was the cost of breakfast at restaurant. $70+ for 2 meals of eggs, bacon/sausage, french toast/pancake an extra order of toast and 2 coffees. But overall propert was great!

Been escaping to this beautiful hotel for 50 years now, probably more than 300 nights in all. A lot has changed but the rooms are splendid, the food is exceptional, and the bar serves great wine and beer, and the charcuterie we tried for the first time this visit was really, really great. Get the “Make your own mimosa” with breakfast eggs Benedict and walk back to the room carefully but happily!
