This is an older property but the rooms comfortable and well maintained. Air conditioning is a big plus when its 110 degrees out. Lobby and Bar area was nice and clean and all staff excellent. Parking lot area could use maintenance but okay. The complimentary breakfast was okay but the eggs and sausage was like nothing I would write home about. Cereals, waffles, breads, and yogurts filled the void. I would cone back for business, but may opt for other locations to vacation with whe. It comes to family.

The ac worked well and the beds were comfortable. However, we requested a ground floor room because we have a child in a wheelchair, but were given second floor. Even though I called to confirm they had first floor available before booking. There is not an elevator so we had to carry her and her chair up stairs. We paid for non-smoking room, but got a smoking room. It smelled terrible. The tub had shoe prints or foot prints in it and the pool was closed. The breakfast was good though. Just glad we only stayed one night.

The Lobby area has been renovated but the parking lot is in terrible shape. Broken asphalt, pot holes. Could easily be a tripping hazard for elderly people or women in heels. The rooms are very dated and dirty. They need a remodel badly. The pros are convenient location to London Bridge, shops and restaurants. The third floor rooms offer a partial blocked view of the lake. Rooms have microwave, small refrigerators and small coffee makers.

Dried blood or something on blanket. We asked for it to be changed and nothing was done about it. Asked for new towels and nothing. The second time someone finally brought the towels. The floor was dirty, walking around the room our feet collected dirt and when I took a shower you could see the dirt in the bottom. Maybe they were short handed due to the holiday weekend before our stay. I’m sure they were behind on cleaning from what I heard st the counter. Price was great!!

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to in my life. The Tolit had poop and pee all over it. I advised the front desk and I was told the cleaning crew has left for the day. It was memorial day weekend we booked for two nights. We were given gloves, cleaning spray and rags. There was hair in the bed, sick and tub. The walls were soiled with God knows what. There was trash stuffed in the peek hole to the hotel door. Coffee maker hasn’t been cleaned in months. Lamp shades stained yellow and torn. Carpet dingy and torn. Sink and tub both backed up. Bed was so uncomfortable it felt like your ribs were bruised the next morning. Don’t let the lobby fool you. Pool looks likes it’s 30 plus years old. Room smell like sewer. Towels are thin and stained up. No wash cloths. They say housekeeping is backed up. Ya right. This place should be condemned and torn down. They should not be allowed to use the Quality Inn name. There is definitely no quality what so ever. Too bad I can’t post the pictures. I plan on reporting this place. Don’t stay here!!!!

We checked in and as soon as we made entry into the room it smelled horrible. The floor was filthy with hair and crumbs of god knows what. The pillow cases were filthy and smelled like sweat. My wife attempted to clean what she could with wet wipes but after the pillowcases I just took my family off 6 across the street and booked a different hotel for the weekend. I will NEVER stay at any Quality Inn again.

The staff were excellent and the mattress was great, which is shy I give them a three, otherwise, this place is not quality. I was supposed to stay for 5 days and left after 4 because I ran out of toilet paper. Housekeeping never came by to do anything. The floors kept getting dirtier and dirtier because the parking lot is in very bad shape. The towels, and I am being generous calling them towels, never got changed. Nothing to put on the floor to keep it from getting wet so I had to use one of the towels. No wash cloth so the hand towel was what I used to wash my face. The sound from the road kept me up all night. These are the highlights, or should I say lowlights.

We did not stay at the Quality Inn. The room assigned to us had bad mold on the shower seat which where the upholstery had separated. There was also mold covered up by the caulking in the shower. The area under the toilet in corners and all along the base board was dirty. The housekeeping supervisor tried to help us and told us she was working on the problems. They did offer us a second room, ,but it too was not up to our standards. We just did not feel comfortable after seeing the mold and dirty bathroom floor in the first room. The front desk attendant gave us credit for the room without hesitation. This hotel needs some very serious work on the interior and some rooms should probably be closed off until the deep cleaning and possibly remodeling is complete.

The room was extremely dirty. If you walked on the floor in bare feet, the bottom of your feet turned black. The bathroom door was in total disrepair and covered with dirty smudges. There were huge clumps of dust on the floor. We ask them to clean the floors and they didn't. The refrigerator didn't work and they said they would repair it but didn't. They only gave us one washcloth and hand towel as well as only one bar of soap. We had to go to the front desk to ask for a second washcloth and towel. They only cleaned the room every three days but like I said, all they did was change the sheets and again only gave us one washclothes and hand towel for 2 people. Two mornings in a row, they turned the water off and it happened to be in the middle of my husband's shower. The toaster in the breakfast area was dirty. The "fresh oranges" at breakfast were brown. The sidewalk in front on the rooms was broken with big chunks missing. The water meters in the sidewalk had sunken and they were trip hazards. Finally, we reserved a King bed but when we arrived it wasn't available. We had to settle for 2 queen beds.

We went stocking feet in hotel room and our socks turned black! Couldn’t see dirt but it was there! Got there in evening and had to wait til next late afternoon to get towels for showers and have a dirty pool towel removed! Air conditioner made big banging noise every 40 minutes or so! Changed rooms about 10pm on final night there due to noise! Then they billed our account for 2 extra days, no reason why! Removed one immediately but had to call regarding second one! Waiting now! To top it all off I needed ice for my medicine and was told ice machines were working! No ice so they charged me $5. For a bag when ice was supposed to be provided! People were great! BUT good price or not I would not stay again! First ever complaint about hotel! And sorry, but our opinion!

The room was comfortable and roomy. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me at short notice. The food and service in the restaurant was very good. Even though I didn’t use the room service it was nice to know it was available. Well located by shopping and restaurants.

The poor girl at the front desk got left all alone right at check in. I showed up at 3:15 which was early but she had to put a sign on the door stating check in was at four. I came back and had to wait 45 minutes to check in. She apologized and let me know the person before her just left her without saying anything and she had to handle the busiest time by herself. She was very nice but they shouldn’t leave her all alone at the busiest time of check in.

I booked two suites. I arrived at 3:45 and check in is at 4. The ladies at the front desk were very nice but I was told only 1 room was ready to check in too. As I was checking in to the room that was ready one of the ladies radio’d over the walkie to house keeping to let them know they needed my other room ready. There was already another lady there waiting before me waiting for her room to be ready. I let the lady know I would go put my stuff in the room that was ready and I would be back to check in to the second. I came back at around 4:30 and the room was still not ready. I asked her did she know when it would be ready and she did not have an ETA. I asked her if it was possible to cancel the second room and receive a refund. I was told that was not doable. She instead gave me a 5$ off of 25$ spent at their kitchen. I was not satisfied with that peace offering. She asked if she could call me when my room was ready. I let her know I would be at the pool with my kids waiting for the second room to be ready. The second room wasn’t ready until almost 6pm. Mind you check in was at 4 and I received no type of discount or comp for a two hour delay. When I got into the room it was still filthy. There were dead crushed bugs on the toilet seat and the lamp shades. There was dried up blood on literally both of the blankets in the suite and one blanket was also torn. There was dog or cat hair everywhere on the carpet that led to the bathroom. Very disappointed

Super friendly receptionist Theresa. Sorted out a couple of items for the room immediately always smiling. Hotel on motel style and a little dated. Reasonable for 1 night stay. Very close to London Bridge and amenities.

For the price, this hotel was really good. It was clean enough and the service was excellent. The free breakfast has a lot of choices and the food was good. The only real negative was the floor was super dirty. All of our socks are stained black on the bottom. But overall, I was impressed.

There was 1 towel, 1 bath towel and a face cloth for two people. People were standing and talking outside our room till 2:30am. The room we had faced the street and traffic never stopped all night. The service for supper was terrible. Took 25 minutes to get asked about drinks and another 30 minutes to get our meal ordered, (and that only happened when I asked the waitress to take our order) It took another 30 minutes to get the meal, a pizza and fettuccine. The fettuccine came with a garden salad that was brown and dried out. The fettuccine was cold, dry and the sauce had no flavor. The pizza came with a wire off the grill cleaner in the crust, but at least it was hot. There were 11 tables and 2 servers and at least 1/3 of the time was spent on visiting, bringing water and drinks rather than taking food orders. Would not recommend this property
