This was a stunning resort! The pool, the beach, the tiki bars and restaurant and staff were all wonderful! I loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise. The room was a little older, and had 2 double beds instead of 1 king bed. The first floor rooms have patios. The second and third have balcony’s. Every room has a lake view. If you stay on the third floor there you will have to take luggage up the stairs. There are guest laundry rooms for each building that take quarters. That was perfect for our week. You will get 2 free ice bags daily, and free parking. This resort is family and pet friendly. We rented a boat for a couple days, and It was much busier on the weekend. The London Bridge area is a lot of fun. I had considered staying at other locations closer to the bridge, because that area has more going on, but I’m really happy that we stayed here instead. My only complaints; There were no hangers in the closet, so we bought some cheap ones in town. We were told that housekeeping would only come if we requested, which is perfect for us. However one day they came in while we were out and left a toilet brush and bucket on the counter next to the sink, which kind of grossed me out next to our toothbrushes. My hubby swears he left a handful one $1 bills and thought housekeeping considered it a tip. All of the balcony’s had two chairs but ours only had one. Small issues and I would absolutely stay there again in a heartbeat and didn’t want to leave. Thank you for our stay

Cove suite. Clean and updated room on ground level. Impressed by how clean the premises stayed within a busy holiday weekend. Maid service was fast and efficient. Cool water pool with swim up bar. Restaurant/ grill on site was Newley remodeled but slightly expensive. Newly remodeled courtesy dock. Kids loved the Daily free use of blow up water activities. Only thing we would want better is a reduced price for the cove beach overnight preferred boat parking. Definitely more expense then it use to be. Family had a great experience!

Amazing pool and bay area. Easy to pull boat in to moor. The Naked turtle restaurant was not great....service was awful. Took 90 minutes to get a simple order.

Family time in the sun . The pool was good . No jacuzzi . They said the water was 85 in the pool but really it was about 78 . They have very attentive pool service people which is great . The on-site restaurant was ok . The lake water toys were never “open” . We without knowing had a blast playing on the water park for a short 15 minutes until a security guard told us we had to stop and it would be open tomorrow . Another untruth . There are complimentary bikes if you are lucky to get to use them . Complimentary ice too . On site rentals for boats and ski do or paddle boards . The rooms are clean but super outdated . The beds are just ok . So for the hefty price per night , be truthful about the amenities. There is also current construction happening . Maybe have one of your security positions be a lifeguard for the water toy park . My biggest peeve of traveling and surfing web pages for places to stay , is when you book with all the expectations you see on the website and then in reality they fall short .

The Nauticle is a little old and dated but if you have a boat probably one of the better places to stay. We usually go there 2 or 3 times a year. It can be somewhat pricy for what you get but we're retired so we can go during the week when it's cheaper. We used to park our boat in the cove but it' can be pricey and there are no deignated spots so when your coming back in from a day on the lake you might not have the same spot. so we just park at the dock. One last thing is we don't use the pool wish we didn't have to pay the " resort fee"

Half of the docks are closed down and no prior notice was given. There’s only limited amount of slips available for first come first serve or you pay $150 per day for the cove parking. Slips should be assigned at time of booking so we don’t have to worry about getting our boat back super early. They do not have maid service but charge $29 resort fee, $3.05 bed taxes, $1.16 ASLD fee per day. The amount paid at time of check in is more than the amount Expedia listed as due at check in. Someone in the near by room was smoking Mary J and it could be smelled in our room both days. The resort is very loud until very late hours.

The "beachfront" was just filled with boats. I wouldnt bother staying at the resort itself either because the whole place is open to the public, yeah even their infinity edge pool, open to the public...

Stayed here a couple of nights during the off season. The location of the hotel and the views from the balcony are what makes this place. I'm not sure it really makes resort status. The rooms are tidy but older. Everyone pays resort fees, which cover the cost of using the Marina but they tie in using the pool on the property, which is typically included with a hotel rate... The pool bar was not open when we were there, the restaurant and coffee bar where supposed to be open but they only had one poor server who was doing her absolute best in a no win situation, and when someone asked if anyone was coming to help her she actually stated there was no point in asking as management didn't care, which was sad to hear! We ended up not eating as it just felt wrong to continue to overwhelm her.

I have stayed at this hotel one to two times a year for about 5 years now, and the hotel has been looking worse each time! This time the beach area was very messy and dirty, palm tree pieces all over the floor, a lot of green grass/seaweed on the sand. Our room had cockroaches, as soon as we entered the room we had to kill 3 roaches, I went to the front desk to tell them, and they told us to close the door thats why the roaches get in, we were literally walking in and found roaches, so the front desk was not helpful at all and almost blamed us for the roaches. During our 4 day stay we had to continue killing roaches, on our bed on the floor in the bathroom. This property is beautiful and the beachfront make us keep coming back but they really do need to clean up more and put more effort into fumigating or keeping the property clean as well! It is the worse to be sleeping thinking a roach will be in your bed!

The bathtub was really really dirty and the toilet looked rusty. Trash was dumped in a large bag that had liquid in it 5 feet from our room. The liquid leaked out of the bag and was all over the walkway. This was on Monday and Thursday the ground still hadn’t been cleaned up. Closet door was broken.

they had a great DJ and but the resort needs to be updated .. had a dirty bathroom that reeked of urine clearly it wasn't cleaned and the beach front is the size of a big master bedroom.. they need to be honest

The room was gross. There was white crusty stains on the couch, the microwave was filthy with food, the white bathroom door was black with fingerprints around the knob, the bathroom floor was dirty and made our feet black,the bed frames were broken and you would roll into the center, the ceiling fan made a loud screeching sound as one of the blades was missing a screw. I brought this to the attention of the staff and they did nothing as the resort was fully booked.

Room not clean, alot of dust in the vents. Air conditioning was too loud no matter what setting. Patio was very dirty dirty socks were left on our patio area. It smelled in the room. Seems it had not been cleaned or cleaned a long time ago. Room looked nothing like the pictures we viewed. The lighting was terrible. Lamps were falling apart. For over $200.00 a night plus resort fees. It wasnt worth it. I feel mislead & ripped off.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel but we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathtub was dirty with several hairs in the tub. The beds were not comfortable either but the water access and beach area made up for the lack of cleanliness of the room.

Unfortunately, there are only two positive things to say about this place. One, the staff was friendly and two the view of the lake from our balcony. The list of negatives is long, to begin with our room was very outdated, dust bunnies everywhere, from the walls to the furniture, the coffee maker looked unsanitary to use from being around for so long, the bathtub was stained brown and I hope the matter underneath a shelf wasn't mold, even though it really looks like it was. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the showerhead was and the toilet bowl was stained. The beds were very uncomfortable and the carpet was stained with what looked like vomit.

Employees were great. Service was excellent but the rooms were horrendously filthy. Bath tubs black around the rim and floor. Bathroom filthy all together. Living room area table was sticky and unclean. Sink clogged. Thankfully there was two so used the other one. For the price paid we should have stayed at a cheaper hotel and probably would have been cleaner. Note in rooms saying rooms aren’t cleaned daily by housekeeping.

Room rundown. The air conditioning was loud and constantly blowing. The carpet in balcony was torn and is a tripping hazard. The phone didn’t work and we had to report a rattlesnake outside a room. Security did come and remove snake after I had to call the front desk from a cell phone.

Excellent water location with dining and bar on the property. Beach parking for overnight boaters. Rooms are dated and worn out, beds are old and tired.... this property is in need of a complete over haul and renovation on the rental units. Loudest AC unit I've ever tried to sleep with on, giant hole in the bed, carpeting dirty, no ceiling lighting, 2 hangers and not luggage stands.

Our room #519 was quite large with separate living and sleeping areas. Odd to enter bedroom rather than living room. Toilet/shower room opened directly by bed and hard to use at night without disturbing partner. Didn't care for separated sink/counter from toilet, but dual sinks were nice. Definitely older property, but overall fair to good condition. Balcony had one uncomfortable chair, and door was sticky and almost impossible to open. Entrance door seals non-existent and there was loud whistle on windy day. It was sticky also. Bed had "watch your toes and shins" base that extended several inches beyond the mattress. Despite these nits, we had a comfortable stay. Outside property was well kept. Great pool area, but no spa. Probably best view property in LHC. Did not use restaurant or bar.

The location and the beach access, as well as the view from the balcony were five stars. The room was clean, but very 1970s old room with a tiny tv and very old dingy carpet. The plus…full size refrigerator, great pool, and great views. We rented a jet ski from another location and parked it right on the beach by our hotel. And I could sit on the balcony and take in the view and breeze all day! Only suggestion, new flooring in the rooms! The beds were spongy. I could hear the springs in the mattress when my husband moved. But you’re so tired from being out on the water, you will sleep fine.

I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by the hotel staff during my stay. From the moment I checked in, I encountered unprofessional and unfriendly behavior. The lakefront setting is absolutely stunning, but the front desk staff completely ruined our experience. After driving five hours, we arrived early and were met with unhelpful and rude service. The check-in process was disorganized, understaffed, and frustrating, with long waits and miscommunication. Staff were unprofessional, unhappy and clearly untrained—one even threatened to cancel our reservation during a moment of understandable frustration. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in time, and earlier staff had failed to provide necessary pre-check in. Lack of hospitality, poor management , poor organization. This place desperately needs better staff training and more support in both the front desk and housekeeping.

As many people mentioned before- check in process is the worst thing. Check in starts at 4PM, but rooms are not ready at 6 PM or even 7 PM. - for many guests. No compensation or perks for late check-in - you have to stay outside t 110 degrees temperature and pray. Rooms are outdated and never been renewed. Slow drains, boiling hot water in toilet bowl. They only plus is a convenience - a proximity to the lake - you can get into water within seconds.

Checked in to our room and found A/C was not working. Also had a wall outlet that had about 5 things plugged into it including the TV. It didn’t work either. Tried to call front desk but that didn’t work also. Had to walk over to office. Mind you it’s 112 outside. Long story short Mindy from maintenance came and checked the room out and immediately hooked us up with another room. After that it was a good stay. We like the Nautical, it’s very convenient when you have a boat. We usually go there 2 or 3 times a summer. For what they charge they really need to do some serious rehab.

The rooms were ok. The bathroom was not very clean when we checked into our room so I bought cleaning products and cleaned it. Other than that it was wonderful. I do feel that if you are staying there there should be easy convenient parking close to your rooms if you have a paper you are placing in your window. We left to get some groceries and those that spend the day there were lined up in the morning to park close to the water and we had to park so far with groceries. It’s good to know for next trip if thats where we decide to stay. I do like the fact there is a lot of security. We left to eat dinner bc the restaurant was very expensive and we waited over an hour at a table and never got our food. We ended up leaving. The resort it self was absolutely wonderful otherwise. The front staff was wonderful and very helpful.

Check in was way later than expected, we arrived at 2 . Our room was not ready until around 5pm, it was 115 outside, if we didn’t have friends in the area we would’ve had to wait. Once we received the text message to get our room we still had to wait another 20 mins to get our key card waiting outside, they did offer hot complimentary pizza and cold water while we were baking outside waiting for our room.

I love staying here. We stay at this resort almost every year. However, check in was 2 hours behind this time and when we got to our room, our a/c was leaking. They checked it quite a few nights and eventually had to switch our rooms. It just took awhile. A little inconvenient since we already unpacked, had to repack, move, and then unpack again. However, they were really friendly but seemed to all be tired and feel understaffed and overwhelmed. Also, I thought all fees were taken care of when I’m booked here on Expedia but then got charged a resort fee once I got there. Not a great surprise.

I stayed a total of 3 nights. My room was never cleaned. I requested service and no one ever came. I had to keep throwing my own trash out. For the price I paid it was not good. They ended up charging me twice for the extra night. Horrible service for the price of the resort. Ended up paying 1300 for 3 nights with no service. This is not ok!

The Nautical Beachfront is an incredible location with most if not all rooms having a lake view. The heated infinity pool overlooking the lake with attached bar was perfect. The grounds were well kept and very nice. You can tell that in its prime this was a top of the line lake front resort. The rooms had a little bit of an outdated feel/look but otherwise everything about the Nautical grounds and pool was fantastic. The food in the restaurant was okay. The breakfast left quite a bit to be desired. Breakfast meats were definitely pre-cooked and served lukewarm at best, one dinner was okay, but forgettable, I don’t remember what I had but remember that I wasn’t overly impressed, the other night I ate soup and it was fantastic, so much so that I asked for seconds. So I guess I’d say the food was hit and miss, drinks were solid and priced right. I would definitely return, as the price point felt very appropriate for what I got for my money.

The best part about the property is location right on the beach of Lake Havasu and the pool. Easy access to water sports is also a plus. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. It would be great if the property would invest in some much needed state of good repair and upgrades to modernize the rooms and ensure everything is in excellent working order because the location can’t be beat!

The property is stunning. All rooms are close to the lake and have balconies that face it. It’s a truly primo location. Plus there are a lot of activities including the pool, pool bar, beach and all sorts of boating options. I can’t wait to return.

Restaurant has great view. Hotel offer breakfast for a fee in their restaurant which we prefer better than some hotel that offer free continental breakfast. We had 2 orders of Nauti Breakfast on the menu and it was perfect for me and my husband. Our server, (sorry, can't remember his name) was very nice and served us promptly. Restaurant also have a nice view of the lake. Will definitely recomment to all staying in Havasu Lake.

Stayed here years ago feel like it's getting aged it's super convenient but room bathroom wasn't cleaned all the way and the shower pane was yellowed -- furniture is old -- the restaurant was awful don't get tri tip tacos -- because there not tri tip meant still unidentified -- pool was ok drink options were ok

The resort location is great! Overall the public areas of the resort were awesome. We spent time at the pool and pool bar. Rooms were a bit dated and did not have house keeping everyday. The restaurant and coffee shop service and food were mediocre. It was great having the boat rental company onsite. We would stay here again!

Beautiful resort with gorgeous views of the lake. Clean and spacious suite, loved it. My only complaint is the overpriced and poor quality food at the Turtle Grill. Much better restaurants in the vicinity way more affordable. Great stay overall had an amazing time during our visit.
