Super 8 by Wyndham Lake Havasu City

Toilet didn’t flush, door wouldn’t automatically lock had to always check that the door was locked. Tub was stained and chipped. Hot tub had no Jets. No microwave in room.

Even though it's older, it's nice. Clean rooms, pool & hot tub.

Staff was very nice and pool and hot tub were great and also very clean

This hotel was great! All the staff were super friendly. Hotel and room were all super clean! Great pool & hot tub. Super close to everything, and great views of the water. I will be staying here again.

I like the hot tub, though it should be hotter. They are never hot enough in a motel.

It had boat parking

Carpet very dirty or stained. Bathroom does not have adequate lighting. Room was clean and everything else worked. Plenty of parking.

Nice room for a multi-day stay. Only 2 issues: 1. No microwave in the double bed room. Would have been handy for reheating meals. 2. No elevator. If you're on the upper floors, you have to carry your things up the stairs to your room. Quite the issue for folks with disabilities. Other than that, it was a nice stay near Lake Havasu.

We enjoy the swimming pool

The water in the pool was cold, I was told if I turned the jets on in the hot tube they would need to put a hose in it to keep the water level up. The ceiling above the shower was peeling badly and there had been several repairs made to the walls but the workmanship was poor. The coffee pot did not work.

Very little amenities. Horrible bedding the tip cover has major stains, lifted the cover to find white discolored grey stains. Lucky we had an extra bed in the room, so we thought. The other bed was looked at and declined to sleep in as well. I went and bought blankets for my family as all the other hotels were booked for the weekend. Upon arrival in 100 degree weather the facility lost all power. Traveling with children this is not a good place. There were s stains all along the bathtub base. Very limited outlets for plugging in laptops, batteries, cellphones.

Room was dirty. Food (?) splashes on the wall, feces traces on front of toilet, room in disrepair. Sad, outdated room and building. Staff never at front desk.

I got sucked in by the low price, ignored the bad reviews and deeply regretted it. The room was dirty, dried blood on the lamp, carpet very stained and an undescribable smell. If the previously mentioned things dont bother you then forge ahead with your Super 8 stay.

staff was great and kind. room and linens were not clean. But, it met the needs for the night that we were there.

The staff was nice, the room was quiet but it was quite honestly the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. If i hadnt been sick i wouldve moved

Dirty room like I have never seen before in a hotel! bed sheet with huge stain, carpet looks like a pig hole, bathroom horrible dirty. I was on 207 and request to move and they move me to 313 both rooms horrible. Wyndham need to check this hotel and not allowed hotels like this use their company logo or name. I have been traveling for a long time and never in my life see a hotel rooms like this!

Older non-updated hotel with no frills at all. Nice staff and very limited breakfast offerings with two sugary cereals and store bought muffins. Surprisingly, the beds were very comfortable and i slept well. Even though it was 104 degrees outside, the room was nice and cool.

room was nice, had a limit on the air conditioner, couldn't go below 70

You get what you pay for. Outdated hotel, definitely needs a facelift inside. Great value and close to the London Bridge and several restaurants and bars. Each room has a wall monunted AC that is very loud and goes on and off all night making sounds sleep difficult. Continental breakfast is sparce at best. Hallway and common areas are not air-conditioned and rooms are very wprn

The decorations were nicer than the rooms. The place honestly looked like it hasn't been updated in decades. You could see where holes had been fixed in the walls and the doors. You could also tell where decorations used to be because the walls had not been painted since they took the decorations down. There were cobwebs in the corners. Our bathroom door didn't shut all the way. Our air conditioner also either froze us out or didn't want to turn on. We didn't eat the breakfast because it was mostly just cereal, toast and muffins. The redeeming factor in all this was that the staff were friendly.

Could hear people talking all night:(

When I stay in a hotel room, I should expect the television to work, and it did not! If it’s a programming issue, that something I shouldn’t spend an hour trying to figure out.

The location wasconvenient for us and the cost was low. The room did not smell and the sheets seemed clean. the floors were not clean, very dirty in all corners. I was not comfortable walking without shoes in the room. There were white marks all over the ceiling and patches on the walls that were not painted over. There was baseboard falling off in the room and in the hall ways. There was not enough light in the room, just a couple dim lamps. The shower next door was very loud.

The ac was noisy

Good enough for a night. Could use an update but overall super comfy bed, great hot shower with strong water pressure and gorgeous lake view! Would stay again! Thank you!

The man who worked the front desk was extremely rude. During breakfast, he sat in the breakfast area and vaped. My husband said "You do realize you're inside" to which the man loudly and angrily said "It's MY hotel." My husband said that he shouldn't be vaping here to which the man replied "Write a review!" As we finished eating and left the breakfast area, he made some rude comments about us to his friend.

My check in was fine. However, I did witness very poor customer service for 2 other guests in front of me. The check in staff was less than friendly.

I arrived Super early In the morning, the girl behind the desk was too busy chatting with her friends on the phone to attend me right away.. She issued me a room gave me a room key and just ignored anything else I asked. I walked into the room and it smelled like mold mildew, and god knows what else I told her.It's milled.I asked for room freshener, she goes.I don't have any. Then, when the t v didn't work, she told me too bad I had to wait until the morning when somebody was there That knew how to fix it. She also told me the only room she could give me was on the third floor and I would have to carry everything up being handicapped, that would not work. She then told me I could leave and go find another hotel room. When I talked to the person at the desk the next day, there were three other rooms on the ground floor that I could have been moved to.She was just too lazy. And of course, the two drunk guys fighting in the hallway outside my room that didn't lock was real fun. If I could give this hotel a negative, I would.It was disgustingThe shower with which I did not use had mold and mildew growing everywhere along with the walls.The ceiling the stench was unbelievable.

Awakened by loud pounding at 7 am hour! Complaint to Dan the manager was met with laughter and insults! He should be fired!

The front desk young woman made us feel welcome by greeting us with a warm smile. She took towels to is later when we went for a swim. Great coffee in the morning

Very good for the amount of dollars close to lake and very quiet

When I go to Havasu I’m in the mountains, on the lake or at a pub/restaurant. If I’m spending time in the hotel room I’m doing it wrong. But this hotel was priced right, had a hot tub for my daily aches and pains and the staff Was helpful. The property was clean and adequate for my humble needs. Odd numbered rooms get an awesome view of sunset over the lake.

Rundown, dirty carpet. Water pressure is good. Breakfast is a small muffin, toasted bread, cereal, juice and coffee. Close to downtown, Freeway entrance and london bridge.

We stopped here en route from Grand Canyon to San Diego. The lady at checkin was superfriendly and very helpful. The motel could do with a good clean, but our beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Other guests had a pool party which was really noisy and motel is by the road so take earplugs. Breakfast was very basic… take your own… 😀

Room was a bit worn. Continental breakfast pretty dismal. Staff was nice and helped a couple of times with possessed tv.

The front desk lady is pretty funny and in good humor. The rooms were smalls but clean, the tub drain did not work, and the fan in the restroom screamed because the barring's went out. It's very hot in Lake Havasu City, about 107 degrees and you definitely want a window not facing the sun. The breakfast was very limited and sub-par.
