Our room was not well cleaned. There was yellow globs of stuff in the shower on the walls, there was food crumbs and candy on the floor, fingerprints on things, misdirection on vending machine and ice maker (3rd floor), the pool was green and did not look cared for, bedside light not working on one side. Dark hallways with flickering lights.

We should have been informed that the pool was not operating.. Phoenix in the summer..112°...the pool was an amenity that caused us to choose your facility and we were not given the option to choose someplace else since we werenit informed.

Property was not at all what it appeared to be online. Pool was out of order and being renovated, but we did not know that. One of the elevators was not working. Had to switch rooms because the air conditioner and fridge were broken. Staff was very sweet and helpful, but the property is in poor condition.

The check in staff was great! She was always friendly! The hotel is worn but is under going a renovation. But it was clean despite the age of the rooms. Breakfast was okay.
