I liked it it had gaurds walking around allnight. So i felt really safe. And compared to a few months back this place has changed alot. For the better

The WORST hotel I have ever been to. First, there is a gate t9 get in. Second we were sent to a room without a tv. I went and got another room, but this tv was broken. Only 2 flat pillows on 2 beds. In the bathroom there was a pair of underwear behind thw door and hair in the shower. Shower knob came off in my hand and second shower the next morning was ice cold. No plastic glass for a drink. And the other guests looked like criminals, would not want to be there alone. I want a refund.

low cost, mirco didn't work so maintenance man gave us his. close to freeways. really run down. The internet and cable were not working. The fridge worked. bed was comfortable. ice maker not working. Pool looked clean. close to Mayo Clinic (10 miles). If u want cheap go here.

I felt unsafe upon arrival. Place is dark at night. I was advised to not get rooms facing the back because of potential trouble makers. Front desk (bullet proof protected) was empty, with nobody to check me in. Then I decided to leave w/o checking-in. Later reimbursement request for my 1-night reservation was impossible. I lost my money but at least I made sure I felt safe.

The pool was green, the building looked ready fall down. The door barely worked it looked as though it had been busted open by police. My kids and i got hit with blister beetle/bed bug bites

Every building is dilapidated around this hotel. There are beggers on the corners and many people just loitering in the area. We chose not to stay at this hotel.

We ended up not staying the night. The front office clerk immediately recommended cancelation/refund upon arrival because I have kids. She was worried about what my kids would be exposed to as the hotel serves a large population for homeless. It was run down, loud and generally felt unsafe.

The parking lot was full of homes less people. The room was scary looking. There was banging noice all day and night. Not recommended for families. Recommend only for quick last minute night stay, alone.

No TV. No Wi-Fi. No towel. Shower broken. One pillow. Only. Heater filter out vent shaft exposed. Drug dealer people vaping. Greeted by security saying if you don’t have a room o reservation get the off the property.

Property really has no right to be on Expedia, it is undergoing a "remodel" but when we checked in we were given the key to our room and it didn't work. The armed security guard who had a pass key also couldn't gain access to the room...yes that's right an armed guard.

This place is so discusting. Bed Bugs, poop on the floor. Walls are dirty . Water stop working. No doors on bathroom . No shower curtains. List goes on. I cant believe people are ok with providing a place to stay like this.

Holes in the walls. Tile broken & missing everywhere. Mold. Bugs crawling around. Front door filthy and broken. I took pictures.

At checkin I was told my card key would not work. Security had to let me in and told me if I go out I’d have to get let in again. Bed sheets were stained. Graffiti on the bed post. Curtains torn and would not cover the window letting anyone peer into the room. Dirt on the seats. Bathroom dirty. Roach walking across the floor. It smelled like someone was living there. Felt unsafe.

Dirty, urine smell everywhere around the property and in the room. Looks terrible, bed customer service, poor maintenance

I have never stayed at a worse establishment in my entire life; this seemed like something you’d see from Hollywood. There were abundant cockroaches, the non-smoking room reeked of smoke and the curtains had cigarette burns on them. There was gang graffiti on the headboard and no comforter…instead, just a blanket that was soiled and stained. The tv remote was missing as was the lock on the upper portion of the door. There was a large hole in the wall and multiple stains on the walls as well. The attendant said that they had neither spare rooms nor extra tv remotes. I slept in my clothes on top of the bed and turned the pillow cases inside out given how filthy the entire environment was. I strongly recommend that everyone avoid this property at all costs.

Awful. There was literally poop smeared all over the wall when we went into our room.

They tell you there’s a $40 deposit when you get there. Why? I have no clue because the place is full of crackheads & prostitutes. The workers, unprofessional. None of them have on uniforms. The manager was rude. Even after she said it says on Expedia there’s a deposit & I showed her there wasn’t, she didn’t care. Our room had no tv. No bathroom door. Shower pole & curtain hanging off the wall. This place is HORRIBLE!!! Do NOT waste your time.

Horrible room, no toilet lid, bathroom door did not close, tub was dirty, very small towels, no security lock on front door. No cover on air conditioner. Dirty floor. Room had a stale odor. We had a 2 year old with us and was afraid for his safety. Left one day early. Would not leave personal items unattended in room. No working phone in the room. Waiting on 1 day refund, and the room was not cheap. $425.52 for 2 nights. Requested refund for one night. Still waiting, received receipt that refund will be issued, instead received with drawal of $212.52 more from my account.

This hotel is not hospitable. Not even able to stay here. Doors don’t lock or even stay closed or sealed. The room numbers were drawn on doors. Dangerous area did not feel safe the rooms were not secure. It smelt of drugs so bad. People were working on rooms and no lobby cause it was filled with workers supplies. It was not a place we could stay. I demand my money back. Not at all what the photos shown. Plus the room number she gave me was not a room. The rooms did not go up to the number of room she gave me. So never found the room. But saw enough.

3 people at the desk, but waited more than 5 minutes for someone to come to the window. First set of room keys did not work, and when I went back, I had to wait more than 20 minutes to be helped. After getting back, and into the room, the shower did not work, the toilet did not work, the refrigerator had door compartments that had tape instead of retaining rods, and the door would not close. The vent cover in the bathroom was hanging down. There was no shower curtain and no linens in the room. The light on the nightstand had one bulb and no lampshade. The TV did not work. All the furniture was broken, with drawers and doors and trim missing and sharp. Quite hazardous, to be honest.

Poor condition, nothing works. 3 rooms before got a key and a to work.

No tv or internet. 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Door had gap in between and lock was exposed. Light in shower was exposed. Unfinished jobs in hotel room, outlets without face covers, just overall unsatisfactory

Bathtub seams were covered by duct tape. The TV was missing the power cable. No remote. Lamp was missing the light bulb. You could see the sheets through the holes in the bedspread. Fire alarm had been pulled at some time and was never rest so if there was a fire you would now be alerted. The secondary lock on the door was broken. I stay for five minutes and left to find a different hotel. I told them I was canceling my stay and they would not refund my money.

We didn’t get a room. They didn’t have one. Ever since we got there, there were problems. There was a big line with people trying to resolve their issue. The first family said their keys were not opening the door. The second man said there were no walls in his room. The bathroom was right there in the room and was wondering how his daughter was going to be able to have her privacy in the restroom. While we waited there were a lot of homes less people surrounding the property. When I finally got my keys, we went to the room and the property was dirty but we still managed to give it a try and spend the night. Our key didn’t open the room so we go back and we were told there were no rooms. I told her then why should I pay when I’m not spending the night and she just said stuff that didn’t make sense. Then she gave me a paper with my amount and it didn’t say anything about me requesting a refund, no information on what happened and the wrong phone number. She said I could use that to dispute my charge with the third party. I told her the paper doesn’t say anything. She said she had the information on her notes. I asked her if I could take a picture of her notes and she said she couldn’t do that. For all I know she wrote down I didn’t want to stay. She gave me the name of the manager so I could contact but the phone number on that paper she gave me was wrong. These people screw people over

I never got checked in. At 7pm there was a line all the way up to the OUTSIDE WINDOW. It was pouring rain and the lady inside was taking an average of 25 minutes per customer. I was 7th in line and in almost an hour only 2 had been checked in. People were coming back trying to tell her the roof was leaking and water was running down the walls, their carpet was soaked. Others were saying the TV had been yanked out of the wall and the mattress was FILTHY and others were saying it was the nastiest place they've ever seen and they refused to stay there because the room hadn't been cleaned and the mattress was on the floor. She would go call someone and come back to tell them they could lodge a complaint but she couldn't give them their money back. If I would have waitied to get into one of these disgusting rooms I would have been outside where the rain was pouring down for another 2 hours at the rate she was going...for total of 3 hours wait to get a filthy room in a very dodgy part of town. The picture of this place on the internet is not what it looked like at all. This is a 'bait and switch' situation. I left without ever registering. I will contest the charges for my reservation.

This place gave away my reservation. So when i arrived they said they had people show up so they gave them the last rooms. And have still not refunded me my money.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Great place to stay

Look somewhere else! Make this place your last option, and when you get there look around again! After driving 8 hours I wanted a hot shower and bed. Driving up I was already skeptical do to the amount of homeless people around. Walked inside to the front desk and there was a HAND WRITTEN paper that said “no rooms left on property reservation call who you booked thru for refund”. So I paid for the room and they gave it away. Still in the process of getting a refund. Think again about this place.

Staff were unprofessional and rude. Checking in took at least an hour as the front desk doesn’t seem to know what she was doing. (Only 1 person ahead of me) Keys to the rooms were not working. 2 customers who was there said they needed to change keys every day. A lady who badly needed to use her room bathroom had to wait more than 30 mins just to get her key changed. We were in line at the check in window (reception was closed) which was dirty and hot. I have been to other Econolodge’s and other small motels and had pleasant experience with others. I booked 3 nights here and was willing to pay the first night even when we decided to stay somewhere else, but they won’t let me cancel the next 2 nights. Oh, did I mention that they checked-in my name to another customer before we even got there? Yup, they did! Avoid this property if you have any other choice.

The front desk lady has a VERY short fuse. She's always in an argument with a guest and at the end of the day gives the motel a bad name.

I went to check in and waited over an hour to get to the front of the line. There were only four people in front of me upon arrival and main lobby was locked. Took the first person in line about twenty minutes to get checked in. The following three people were cancelling their check in due to the rooms being dirty, bugs, showers and televisions not working, missing sheets from beds and so on. All three people had a laundry list of complaints about each room. One customer complained that the first room they were given had people in it already. This is enough to stop anyone from checking in. Add the fact that there was a man that looked like he just left the hospital just sitting in the only seat available. On top off that, staff was in an argument with another customer that was in a room already telling them they need to leave. Staff was shouting from the side door of the main office to that customer on the second floor about thirty feet away. When it became mine time I politely asked for the reservation to be cancelled due to hearing everyone’s complaints. The lady seemed to understand but informed me that the only person that could issue a refund was “the property owner.” Which I am still waiting on trying to resolve before I dispute the charge with my bank. Keep in mind that there was six other staff members in the locked main lobby doing nothing important and continued to laugh at everyone standing out front waiting for service. I could say a lot more but this is damaging

I booked this room last minute through Expedia because the room I booked 2 months prior over booked by 6 rooms and were sent away. We were scrabbling to find a place to stay the night now. We searched through Expedia and the site said there was a room available here at the econo lodge. We booked it and then drove thirty minutes to get there and upon checking in were then told there was no room available. I had already prepaid, yet was not given a room. The hotel refused to give me my money back even though they did not have a room for me to stay in. It took Expedia days to try and reach the hotel and they would not respond. In the end they refused to offer a refund to me ( I payed money for a service, they did not provide any and left me to scrabble after midnight to find yet another accommodation. Do not stay here at this property! Do not give them your money.

Unsafe!!!! Harassed on property. Homeless living in the parking lot. Police activity - person barricaded in room. Drug dealing in parking lot. Roaches. Dirty!!!! Drug use straw on the floor, hole in blankets, hair on sheets, bugs in bathroom. Key card machine didn't work. Long delay

Didn’t get out of the car. It was so scary with several homeless loitering and drug affected people lurking by the office. There was little lighting. The property looked beaten down. The loiterers were on the inside and outside of the gated fence. There was a smashed up car being towed. My son said please mom don’t stop I am scared! It looked like a ghetto and not like the photos presented. I have not been refunded. I had to get another hotel at the last minute after prepaying for this. I hope no one goes there and something bad happens.

Recommended not to use the service best service I attend to this hotel and they were telling me that Daddy had no more rooms and it was paid already. They had me waiting for an hour and nothing so people recommend it not to use service. A lot of homeless people is ugly and dirty. It looks nasty

We did not end up staying. We went to the comfort inn instead. The lobby was full of someone’s clothes all over. Homeless persons in the front of the hotel. The hotel looked very unkept. The paint horrible and lighting fixtures wires were exposed. The pictures on your website DO NOT match what the property looks like.

The property was in a good location. I was tired that day when I arrived to check in. Noise was to a minimal. Was able to get some good sleep. My room was clean and met all of my standards. Would visit again.

Very convenient location, friendly staff.

Every building is dilapidated around this hotel. There are beggers on the corners and many people just loitering in the area. We chose not to stay at this hotel.

We drove around the property, went in to speak to staff, and decide this was not a safe place for our family to stay.
