It was a pleasant stay. Breakfast has something to be desired, I would prefer at least hard boiled eggs. Yoplait is not good yogurt, but that’s what they offered. Coffee was decent and coming from me, that’s saying something. The cost of my discounted hotel bill, I guess I won’t complain. The hallways were VERY WARM in the heat of the desert. I didn’t linger long in the hallways.

The check-in was good, just had to wait in line. The check-out, however, was not good. The gal who should have been waiting on me was outside on her cell phone. I waited for over TWENTY minutes at the front desk for her to come in so I could successfully check out. She didn’t even say, sorry for the delay. Even the housekeeper said she was outside walking around on her phone. I saw her on her phone outside well before I approached the front desk because I had pulled my car up to the front entrance so I could get on the road after I checked out. She took time from the company to be on a very long call and not doing her job. It wasn’t just rude, it was the company’s loss of any future visits from me. If I was the company, I would have fired her on the spot for not making sure the front desk was covered for paying clients.

Room was great. Brand new blow dryer that was awesome for long hair! Not thrilled with their breakfast, though. Not much to choose from. Would have much preferred more whole fruit and a hard boiled egg.
