The property was clean and comfortable, the pool area was also clean and we enjoyed hanging out in the pool. Our room was also clean and comfortable, there was not a microwave, but when we asked about one, room service brought one to our room. There was no complementary coffee in the lobby, which I would prefer to the coffee maker in our room. We had a great stay.

I initially booked a king bed room, I was given 2 queen beds, that was odd. The bathroom fan didn’t work, there was no ventilation and visible mold growth. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff is phenomenal. So professional, attentive, courteous and helpful. Every single person who works at this location was wonderful. They all went above and beyond for us, and it seems for every other guest as well. The property is clean. Impeccable. I am a picky guest when it comes to cleanliness, and this place is one of the best I've seen. Truly. The lobby, the gym, the courtyard, the rooms, hallways, pool, elevators, and café were in tip-top shape. The only minor downsides: the laundry room, which as 1 washing machine and 1 dryer, smelled so overwhelmingly sour when I opened the door, that I could not do laundry here. Second and final downside is the surrounding area, which, sadly like most places around the city, has a lot of homeless people loitering. While I only encountered one person/ instance in the parking lot of our hotel during a week stay, it was only in passing - no confrontation or contact. I never felt unsafe, and I would stay here again.

When i booked the room i selected a room with 2 queens beds and the email confirmation also stated 2 queen beds. Upon check in and arriving to our room, we got a room with a king bed and sofa bed. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked for the night. So we were stuck with the king bed.

Rooms are INCREDIBLY small. Beds are hard as a rock. Hotel was completely sold out and we had random people banging on our door at 6 am. The pull out bed for our children had no sheets or pillows and was rock hard. No one slept well which led to a miserable family day the next day. Do not stay here!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this property when moving our daughter in at GCU. It is a very clean hotel and the staff is always super helpful and friendly. This trip o was disappointed in the room. I reserved 2 queen beds and upon check in was given 2 doubles. As they were full, we could not exchange. I still appreciate the facility and staff

Property is next to a very busy and noisy freeway. We had a room (261) facing the freeway and it was so loud, hard to sleep at night. Also, the bathroom was gurgling at night and we woke up to find that the shower drain had overflowed.

So I called ahead to see about an early check in they said none til normal check in at 3pm. Get there at reg check in time 3pm and stated no room was ready had to wait. While everyone after us got their room and great customer service and instruction. Once was room was ready no instructions just said here is your key. Went to room pillows were dirty and sheets were full of hair possible dog hair. Than I get charged for someone else’s food to my room when I never ordered. Asked cold water from market man said none but never checked and we saw a whole bunch of cold ones. The time spent there very minimal we were there just to sleep after concert.

Sadly I was very disappointed with our recent stay. We discovered our mini fridge was not working, and lost over 100 dollars of food ans 150oz of breastmilk for my premie twins at home. We let front staff know, the fridge was never fixed. We were also told the manager would contact us - however they have not (and still haven’t) even after I reached out first to try and discuss the issue. We lost days of our food and my twins lost 3 days of food for them. We were very sad and upset at the lack of response and courtesy from management.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay. I booked a room with the understanding that it would be ready by 3:00 PM, as we had plans to attend a country concert and needed to be ready by 5:00 PM. However, when we arrived at 3:30 PM, the room was still not ready. We were informed that there would be an additional one-hour wait due to delays. As a result, we were forced to get ready in the hotel lobby, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. To make matters worse, no complimentary drinks or gestures were offered to compensate for the inconvenience. We were finally able to access our room at 5:00 PM—exactly when we needed to leave—causing us to be late for the concert. This experience was extremely disappointing and fell far short of the level of service I expected. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and implement measures to prevent this from happening to future guests. I would also appreciate appropriate compensation for the inconvenience we experienced.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was incredible. Our refrigerator in our room went out sometime after 11pm the first night and the brought a new one up with in 10 minutes. Property was clean, had a bar and food on property. 10/10 recommend and will definitely stay here again.

My husband has stayed here twice before for out kids competition we live in Las Vegas NV I came this time with my husband for a family wedding this place is clean always staff are very nice and friendly I asked for extra towels got them within 5 mins !!! That never happens this room was perfect in every way so much space that shower was so great/big would definitely stay here every time I come to Phoenix, Arizona

I would definitely stay here again. It was safe, clean and comfortable. A breakfast and brunch restaurant right next door was a plus. Although next time I would request a room facing the inside where I would not hear the highway, but my roommate’s head nothing. I just might have more sensitive hearing. But I would stay there again without a doubt.

The bed is comfortable, clean, the beautiful territory of the hotel and a nice pool. free parking. I didn't like the fact that breakfast ends at 9.30 am, it's too early. Also, the breakfasts were not delicious, the waiting time was long. There is no free drinking water in the room. Water costs $5 a small bottle. I also didn't like the shower stall with a built-in shower - it's outdated and inconvenient. The shower head must have a long hose.

It was only an overnight stay, but so enjoyable, that we wished we had another night. It was a long and tiresome drive so we decided to grab a bite at the bistro rather than go out. Food was very tasty and hit the spot. Cocktails were delicious, and staff extremely pleasant. It was the most relaxed we've been in a long time. Would happily stay here again.

Only selected “hotels with breakfast” and after arrival found out breakfast was NOT included. We only chose that hotel for that purpose. My daughter has autism and looks most forward to this part of our stay…so disappointing (especially for multiple days stay)
