Very Relaxing. We use the Crowne prior to flying out or back in. We have also used the Crowne for PHX downtown activities. The light rail is right there. So Easy. Recently we went to a baseball game and then took an extra day off to relax. We enjoyed the pool. The Gym was nice. The food was good.

I rarely leave reviews, but I cannot let this slide by. I had a rental for 1 night and I ended up paying for parking, $12, plus a $102 fine for their screw up! I had just gotten the rental returning to the hotel on day 2 of my stay about 7ish PM. I went to the counter to get a pass. I then returned to the car to put the pass in the windshield, but here is this guy writing up cars - he was writing up the car next to mine having just completed mine. He goes 'sorry, I can't do anything about', but that I should go inside and they'll void it at the front desk. Front desk asked me to call the number on the ticket. I call and nobody answers. I left a voice mail with all the details (time, place, name, license #, etc...) and asked for a call back next day. The callback never came so I called the next day and was told I was 37 in line. 1.5 hours later my turn came to be told there is nothing they can do about it, but that they would be willing to settle by having me pay the fine, $102, to then give me a $20 "credit". I politely declined. So, I parked in the lot for one night, I paid a $12 pass AND $102 fine for the same night - I'm repeating myself. Will be filling complain with BBB. The main fault lies with the hotel. They simply don't give a s*it about their customers being screwed over by their parking lot "contactor service" as they call them.

What we didn’t like was we received a $92 parking ticket From a third party company because we had a trailer behind our truck and took 2 spots. And that was after paying to park on top of our room cost. The desk clerk said they would take care of it but it should never have happened in the first place. Thats a poor business practice

Disgusting! Stains everywhere in the first room we got - floor, curtains, and even tons of stains on TOP of the comforter. It was almost as if they hadn’t been washed in a year. We called the front desk to inform them and they asked if we wanted a different room. So we changed rooms, only to find a small hair in one bed and still had stains everywhere else except the comforters this time.

I booked this hotel on a 3rd party site because the reviews were great. I was not impressed. The biggest positive was the front desk staff. Very welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood was decent but even the front desk agent told me to be cautious at night since it was just myself and daughter. It was a good location for a concert at Mortgage Matchup, a free train ride that stops right outside the hotel. Sadly, the hotel itself was disappointingly dirty, dark, dingy. Hair all over the bathroom which was definitely not mine. Dusty, old furniture. Poor lighting in the halls. Dishes sat near the ice machine for two days and were starting to smell. I would not stay here again. The only redeeming factor is the kind front desk agent.

this place needs a serious facelift. the shower head is pulling away from the wall, tv remote if used to much starts sticking and outlets for laptops and phone so loose sometimes didn't have a connection. Outlets at the bar for charging have dust built up all around them.

There was an issue with the cleanliness of the room. I showed a picture to rhe front desk and was told not possible they clean everything. I said well not this time. The desk clerk was rude and dismissive. I called a couple days later spoke to the desk manager and they forwarded me to a higher manager and never heard back. This was very very bad customer service and I don't know if the issue was addressed.

The hotel, without warning, charged me $100 per room for security deposit and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone to reverse the charges. (No damage to the rooms were made so the charges should not have even gone thru, at the very least they should be reversed but cannot get anyone on the phone) This place is not worth it. It’s outdated, rooms smell musty and they are woefully understaffed. Stay somewhere else.

Location to airport is fantastic however lots of homeless people wandering nearby. We felt safe walking to nearby convenience store during the day. Access to local rail very convenient and super affordable. Hotel and amenities are good but the bathroom was tired with poorly maintained caulk. Slightly noisy location of our room on third floor facing highway.

Very much appreciated the comfortable bed and nice pillows! Everywhere we seem to stay there are crappy pillows but these were nice. Best nights sleep I've had in a hotel in awhile and I was sick when we got there too so it was even more appreciated. Had a really nice breakfast in the restaurant downstairs before catching our next flight. Also very helpful to have a shuttle available since we flew in at midnight.

Location is convenient to the airport. Beds were comfortable. However, the room was dusty and a bit musty. Also, worst hotel food I have had for a long time. The mushroom swiss burger had processed cheese. The only option for breakfast was buffet style with undercooked potatoes, overcooked dry saugage, and mushy scrambled eggs. At least the coffee was strong.
