What a gem. This place is spotless. Great location for the early flight out of Phoenix. Preoperly remodeled from what I can see. The lot is very well lit, so trust the property.

The shuttle was excellent, very helpful and most courteous drlver.. Lovely comfortable bed, enjoyed relaxing by the little pool, nice clean area.. Only down side for us was there was an ice machine right outside our lower floor door so constant flow of guests throughout the night. Also the machines noise generally making the ice and it falling into the dispenser did disturb us… but were light sleepers, if you can sleep through anything then it won’t be a problem..

Easy stay for a layover at the airport. The room was clean & modern, I was impressed. Make sure you get to the lobby at the time they tell you to because the shuttle was every hour and I thought it was every 20 minutes. The shuttle was a great feature though and I was happy with my stay.

During the first night’s stay we received a horrible shock that the bedding was dirty, had not been changed…when pulled back the comforter to lie under the flat sheet, there was hair everywhere. The area around the hotel was not at all safe and to our surprise the hotel is actually more of a motel since all rooms are outdoors not inside one building with an elevator.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. When I checked into my first room, I found cockroaches in the bathroom. I immediately asked to change rooms, and the staff moved me to another room. Unfortunately, as soon as I entered, a large lizard ran under the table. When I reported this, the receptionist apologized and gave me another room on the other side of the property. By that point, I’d lost trust in the hotel’s cleanliness and asked for a refund, but they said my reservation was non-refundable. I ended up booking another hotel near the airport instead — losing several hours and about $100, but at least I avoided bringing cockroaches or bedbugs home. Recommendation: Stay away from this place unless you don’t mind sharing your room with insects and reptiles.

The bed was horrible, it felt completely unstable, & it was really squeaky & loud from the simplest toss & turns throughout the night. The sheets also looked & felt like they were shower curtains. I do not ever plan on staying here again fortunately.

Nice place, but the walls were paper thin. I could hear every word the people next to us were saying. Noises from outside were loud as well. More than usual I’d say as I travel a lot. I’m glad I had ear plugs.

Room was clean with a nice comfy bed. Friendly staff but the walls were very thin, plasterboard. You could hear people in the other rooms even with earplugs. Breakfast was very limited. I heard traffic from very busy road nearby at all hours plus obviously planes and also trains beeping horns. So good points and bad points, I wouldn't stay again due to lack of sleep.

We were not able to eat breakfast because we took the shuttle to the airport at 6 AM. The young man who drove the shuttle was very, very good. He had a good sense of urgency and got the passengers in and out of the shuttle quickly. Desk staff not real friendly. I would encourage them to smile — it doesn’t cost anything and it goes a long way for a positive guest experience

Decent stay, although the person in the front desk was not very helpful. Asked for late check out by just a few minutes which was denied. Also asked if I could store my bags there for a few hours which was also denied as "the hotel does not store bags". No hotel I have ever been at up to this point has ever refused to store my bags.

Stayed in a large, spacious room that looked recently remodeled. Arrived in a Uber ride in plain sight of the front desk. Reserved ahead, so it was paid in advance. Not a late drop in. Desk clerk was courteous. However, he gave me a room that was over 200 yards away and upstairs. He could see from my ID that I was 70 years old and I had three bags. So, to make it to my room plus a round trip to the front office to get something cold to drink, and check out the next day, I had to walk with luggage over 800 yards. That's almost one half mile! They need training on courtesy and problem solving.

We asked for an early check-in and it cost us an extra . The front desk clerk was not very accommodating at all and even brushed us off when we said that we would call Best Western head office. We were able to get an early check in at no extra cost close by through the Hotels.com website, but she would not refund us . I was not not happy at all with the service.

I did not stay there. I had PREPAID the room. When I got there and presented my ID and cc I was told they did not accept my cc. What?!? Do They had already taken my money mind you. I was told they had to refund me and I would have to pay another way. Ummm. No, no I would no. That is the most stupidest thing I have ever heard of. You already have my money and you want to give it back to me? OK I will go somewhere else. Thank you.

Very nice room and easy check-in. The guys at the front were great. The parking lot was well lit and I felt very safe. Parking was good because I think a lot of people take airport shuttles to there so it’s pretty open. The room was set up really nice and I appreciate The thoughtfulness of the hanging up space and the luggage space.

Did not stay here. Enformed by guest that the neighborhood was not good and be careful. Tried to get reservation canceled but no luck. We stayed somewhere else. I will say the motel had a clean outward appearance, the lobby was clean and recently updated but lots of vagrants walking around and sleeping in the streets. Not gated so we left.

I was a little concerned upon arrival, but the staff and property refurbishment along with the many cameras for security quickly caused that to subside. Excellent stay, Great price,and close proximity to the airport, ASU- Tempe, and the downtown Phoenix Area. Restaurants were just a short driving distance away.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was no protein available, not even peanut butter, cream cheese or even butter for the bagels. No eggs whatsoever. As a diabetic I was appalled that everything available was loaded with carbohydrates and sugar. Compared with other Best Westerns i stayed at this week this place was lacking in the food dept

Very clean hotel by the airport. Not in a great neighborhood, so definitely not a place to stay for extended periods of time. Lots of parking and pool is heated for chilly Phoenix nights. There is an airport shuttle, which is very helpful. Breakfast was fine, but you can't take anything back to your room and they literally lock up stuff at the minute it's over.
