This location does not have a hot tub. There was a cricket in the bathroom. The bathroom is very small. The tub floor was peeling. The WiFi was difficult to connect to plus you must be a Hilton honors member to get free WiFi. I love Embassy but would not return to this location. The location is great, all rooms have a balcony, courtyard ambiance is nice.

Premium suite paid for, nothing premium about it. Snacks and drinks are supposed to be provided for this room. Was able to request them after arriving the first night. Second night, didnt feel like it was my responsibility to go back down to the desk and ask them again. Website says public spaces under construction. Does not say that multiple services such as the listed restaurant and bar are not available. Makeshift bar is available for a few hours in the evening. No signs but it is possible to order food with the bartender. Very nice lady, not her fault that she is running back and forth. Toilet flooded constantly. Basically has a four square tp limit. Flooded onto the floor. Bathroom ceiling paint is bubbling. Shower head isnt connected to the wall. Turn the water on and watch the shower head shake like its going to separate. Killed a roach in the bathroom. Rooms are hot and humid. No AC in December. Confirmed with other guests that this was not exclusive to our room. Front desk staff was polite and helpful. There is only so many times I want to visit the desk during a hotel stay. I really wanted to love this hotel. The public spaces may turn out great in the future. Public restrooms are not available. When traveling with 5 people, having a flooding room toilet and no public restroom available was not great.

This is a great hotel - huge suites, buffet breakfast included, clean rooms, great staff. This was my 10th stay here, I give the hotel 4 out of 5 stars, it’s really a 4,5 out of 5. The only negative is parking - spaces can be hard to find if you are parking late at night.

Very very noisy and impossible to get complete darkness in the room as the curtains let hallway light come through. Poor service at the bar, stayed 30minutes waiting to be served. Bartender was by herself all the time for 30+ guests. Fitness center is small and almost no equipment.

Hotel was noisy and dirty. There was a generator next to my room that would be on all night and it made it hard to sleep. Everything felt cheap and the hotel nickel and dime for everything including parking, water, and WiFi.

The room was filthy and in poor condition with broken items, filth on the carpet and sticky residue in multiple places. The shampoo and conditioner was empty. It took hours to get bedding for the pull out sofa. The sofa was horribly uncomfortable.

Everything was excellent. The pool was nice, though a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice.

Would never stay here again. The design of the room was so bad. The bathroom was so small I could touch both walls with my arms stretched out. The bath tub did not drain so when you shower you had water up to your ankles. The hot water in the shower took 20 minutes to get hot. The toilet was running when we got there. Luckily, my husband knew how to fix it. You could not control the thermostat for heat or cool. The free breakfast was okay but not enough seating so we had to walk all the way across the hotel lobby each morning to find a table. The hotel carpet and overall general cleaning was not up to par. At check out, they did refund half a nights stay.

We have stayed here several times. Although the property was recently renovated, we had some issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The shower was covered in hair and dirt. The staff offered to move us, but our kids were already in bed. The toilet ran all night long....the noise was pretty irritating. The towel hook fell off the wall because it was not even screwed in. The worst part was a smear of blood on the wall by the thermostat in the room. They also charged for parking for the first time ($15)...that was not mentioned at check in. Not sure we will stay here again.

The property is gross, dirty and needs major updating. We also found a condom wrapper in our room. I would never stay here again. Not only that when we checked in they said the room we reserved was already booked and wasn’t available. So we had to select another room(s) to accommodate our stay

My room was about a consistent 42 degrees (as my thermostat system hadn't been replaced yet as part of the renovations currently underway at the hotel). *If there was a way to see if the property is under renovation, I'd avoid such properties if I could.* They did give me a space heater, but I would not sleep with it on...so mornings were a particularly chilly experience pre-coffee.

We had a convention at the Biltmore. This was a close option and much better price. I love the suites, separate room, fridge, microwave, mini bar and patio. Very relaxing and it includes an amazing breakfast!

The layout is that as you walk down the corridors you are walking past windows into each living room, and the curtains don’t close completely. Also, the elevators don’t need key cards and neither do the multiple exterior doors (except late at night). So if you don’t like the idea of who knows who wandering around and being able to see you watching tv or whatever then this isn’t the place for you.

Maybe the most disappointing, embassy suites experience ever. When you walk to your room, it seems like a tropical paradise, but once inside your room, you discover what a dump this place really is. For starters, one of our sinks was backed up. OK, this happens, But after they supposedly fixed it, it’s still backed up. The TV/cable set up is from the 1990s. You can’t actually access the guide to the channels. It just scrolls in front of you. There are no apps to choose from just very basic cable. Maybe the worst part of the room itself was the inability to change the temperature inside your own room. When I called and spoke to the very rude person over the phone, she assured me that the air conditioning was only on during certain nights, and the previous night was not one of them. It might be on the next night, however. I’ve never heard this before. There is a gym, if you can call it that. It’s literally for cardio machines and a set of dumbbells. For the size of this hotel, this is very disappointing. At least the location was favorable, close to the Biltmore and the airport. Otherwise, I would never recommend this place.

We have been staying there for years. We were THRILLED that you finally updated the rooms. The last few times we stay at The Camby, because there was a strange smell in the old rooms. So glad we came back.

I stay often at this Embassy Suites in the Biltmore area when I travel to AZ. The staff are always very friendly and the ambience with the atrium is so peaceful. Rooms are decent size and the full breakfast is a great start to the morning. Currently they are renovating so some of the elevators and floors are blocked and a little noisy during the day but that’s all temporary. Still gets my approval.

We had a couple of hiccups but the stuff promptly made it right. All in all, a really nice place to stay. Breakfast was really good with lots of options to choose from. Lots of parking. Well situated. Lots of food options nearby. Neighborhood was nice too. I would definitely stay her again

My stay at the Embassy Suites Biltmore Hotel was disappointing if it was not for the excellent location it would have been worse. My 4 night stay was just under 2K and for this money, they do not clean rooms, provide fresh linens, unless you ask. The property does not have a restaurant open for lunch and is limited for dinner. No pool side refreshments or service it is BYOB. When asked for help to get a taxi they would not. The TV in my room was broken for 2 days I called 4 to 5 times the manager on duty said I was out of luck it could not be fixed but when I finally flagged down a maintenance worker on my own he fixed it in 30 minutes and was very pleasant and helpful. This property does not reflect well on Hilton Hotels and I must assume this properties manage is just following orders from upper management. In summary when spending $500 per night for a hotel I had higher expectations to this end my recommendation is not to spend time at Embassy Suites or any hotel operated by Hilton Hotels if this is how they operate them.

No staff member at the front desk upon arrival. Another customer was there before me. I called the main line phone number, no one answered. Customer in front of me had notified the staff of a running faucet the day before without a response. Later in my stay, the tv channels were not working. Called tge front desk yet no one responded. Positive note, the short order breakfast cook did a wonderful job.

Your staff was amazing - front desk, cleaning staff, cooks...Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Jonathan, who checked us in and helped with good food recommendations and more. The space is beautiful and the rooms are terrific! I'll happily stay again.

Fantastic location to Scottsdale, the Biltmore area, all the shopping and restaurants anyone could ever ask for. Convenient drive up 24th St. from the airport to Camelback and you are at the hotel one block East. Just a very comfortable, QUIET, GREAT PLACE TO STAY. If you want to hike Camelback Mountain or walk your dog plenty of that to do real close by.

I didn't like the fact that there was construction or remodeling going on. Obstruction with all scaffoldling in the dining area. It was dusty as well. The refrigerator in.my room was not working. Hotel staff need to pay more attention to guest ammenities to make sure they work.

Overall a great value. Great location in safe area and price was fair. Rooms are spacious and recently renovated. My biggest complaint had to do with breakfast. They offered hot breakfast but you needed to wait in line for 45 min to get it. Stayed 2 days and never ate hot breakfast because of the line. Our shower didn’t drain well and I told front desk about it and they never fixed it. But all in all I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The room and property were clean and comfortable. The evening bar tender and breakfast cook were excellent. Minor complaint was that the coffee in the room was not replenished which was disappointing because we started our days early prior to the breakfast coffee being available downstairs. We will certainly be back and would recommend this location to others.

I will absolutely stay here again. Room was clean and comfortable. I loved when you exited the room you were still “inside” because as we all know it’s extremely hot in the desert. The breakfast was delicious, it was a complete cook to order meal. Usually when breakfast is included you get runny or dried out food in the catering buffet trays, not this one. Also where else do you have 2 complimentary drinks daily at the hotel bar. Margaritas were yummy!!!
