Checking in was easy, front desk lady was quick. However, I was told that parking was limited and if there were no spots I would have to park off the property and might get towed. The elevator was sketchy and made weird noises when it was moving and it was hot. Walking down the hall it smelled kind of like urine. The room looks nice but it has a strong smell of some sort of adhesive like the floors were just redone. Pretty sure I saw a prostitution exchange outside of the hotel so that was concerning especially since I had kids with me. The area is kind of sketchy

Rarely write a review but this hotel appears better rated than it is. Arrived and elevator not working so used stairs, door to outside stairs not closing properly so anyone could enter upper level rooms. The pool was murky with green tinge so kids couldn’t swim. Toilet wouldn’t flush or ran water nonstop. Breakfast lady was happy cause ice machine had been broken for 2 months but just got fixed. The area is swamped with homeless , not hotel fault but their security of no locking outer door was scary. What pushed me over edge was breakfast starts at 7am and I went in at 6:50 to get milk for my daughter who had a soccer game and we had to leave at 7 to get to it. The lady at front desk was EXTREMELY rude and said that breakfast starts at 7 but it was the way she said it. So after all the things that were wrong they couldn’t allow me to get milk that was sitting out for my daughter? Very poor attitude of worker. Will never stay here again will go to my tried and true Sleep Inn Mayo Clinic location.

The hotel was fine - nothing spectacular but clean and comfortable. Our room was right next to the pool and spa so kinda noisy. The only real negative is that it is very difficult to get into and the parking is insufficient. It is hidden behind/between other businesses and does not have enough parking.

We had to demand a full cash refund. The pool was abandoned on maintenance for months. Green water in both the pool and Jacuzzi. Floating condoms and diapers. It was gross. The front desk woman was an idiot and didn't care at all to communicate. The place is ran by scum. I called before booking to ask about paying with tap and is the rooms all renovated. They didn't mention the swamp for a pool. Brought kids with me so that hotel was useless. Front desk when arrived said we cant pay with tap. Theres no option to pay online after you choose to pay at property, big mistake and flaw. They wanred to charge 250 cash incidentals deposit or 100 on card. They needed the physical card which means their place was ghetto, red flag #2. She wasked if we wanted to cancel and rebook. Why. It was 9pm and we know rebooking takes an hour to wait for expedia to send the booking. She didnt say we can pay cash. Just ridiculous. Kids needed beds so we went to the room and it was perfectly renovated and clean. The ice mqchine of course full of dirt and hair. We had to leave and got a refund. When we mentioned the pool being a green gross swamp they had no response. Just do yiu want a refund. The management in the morning was talking on the phone with another customer. Lied to them saying an older lady doesnt work here. But we talked to that lady whos been working there when it was a different name motel before it was called comfort inn. And they smiled when they lied. Avoid this place !

Horrible customer service, overnight staff refused to help us when we asked for a different room due to air conditioning not working and room reeking of cigarettes. We were told that the hotel was full (even though she didn’t even get up to check to see if a room was available) refused to find us an air freshener for the smell stating she’s “overnight and doesn’t know where housekeeping keeps anything” When we asked for a trash can for our room she stated I don’t know where to find one for you and then proceeded to empty out a trash can behind the desk and hand us that one. Complained and made rude remarks the entire duration of our conversation. The ice machine has been broken for 2 months and the vending machine to buy waters, other drinks, and snacks was broken and unable to accept payment. No washcloths in our room, when we asked housekeeping for some they told us we (my husband and I) that we had to share one washcloth. Visible urine stains on the carpet from previous pets stays. The managers fought against giving us a refund but thankfully hotels.com advocated for me and we were able to at least get a partial refund despite the horrendous customer service and quality of the room.

Im not sure how this place has the rating that it does. It was so incredibly dirty. The mattress itself had a huge blood stain, hair in the bathroom, filthy carpets and toothpaste all over the bathroom vanity.

It was perfect. They allowed us an early check in which was convenient. We were in town for a soccer tournament. It was very quiet although we were literally next to the freeway. It was behind us. Absolutely zero noise. The handle on the shower faucet was a little loose but no biggie. We lived thru it lol. The price was beyond reasonable. We would stay here again. Comfy beds. Pillows and bedding. Breakfast was good. Don’t expect Dennys guys, this isn’t the Denny’s hotel, lol. The staff was sweet. We were very happy and our family was safe. We had zero issues.

It was clean and safe. Those are the top things I look for. Breakfast was good (pretty much the same as what you see for hot breakfast offerings). The sink area was very tight with little room to set stuff. But for one night, it was good enough. Convenient location after an odd parking lot entry.

This was the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s easy to get on and off the highway. It’s clean and the rooms are good except for some finishes. The bathroom wall and ceiling needed plaster and paint; seems odd given how decent the rest of the room seemed. The staff were friendly and breakfast is good.

Nice location. The outside lighting needd to come on sooner. It looks very dark abd unsafe otherwise. Tbe other guess slam their doors close. It noisy until around 11:00pm. Traffic can be heard 24 hours a day. But I always enjoy my stay.

Staff are polite and courteous. The breakfast was more than I thought. Make your own waffle. Scrambled eggs with fried potatoes. Yogurt, fruit juice and coffee. I enjoyed my stay here.

Staff was very nice overall. Location was convenient for hospital visits. Only issue we had was at checkin, the room we booked through Expedia wasn’t available so we had to take a smaller room. We decided to stay in that room to avoid the hassle of moving the next day. They did offer the bigger room for the next few nights or a discount. We decided to take the discount.

The room I was assigned at check in was non usable. The mattress was bare and stood up against a wall. There was an industrial fan aimed at the bed apparently trying to dry it out. When I returned to the front desk for a different room, I was told there were no other rooms available and was offered a refund. I then asked if there were any rooms with reservations but who hadn't checked in yet, and was told there were. So I asked why I was being 'bumped' rather than someone who wasn't actually at the hotel already. I was told those other reservations were pre paid, but I reminded her that my credit card was already swiped so mine was too. She refused to be of any further assistance so I asked for the manager on duty. The manger wasn't on property and preferred to hide behind text messages between her and the front desk staff. When I asked for the manger to call me, I was told "she has kids" and this was the manager's personal time. Yet she had no problem texting back the employee immediately. Ultimately I had no choice but to request a refund (which I'm sure will take 7-10 days to reverse on my credit card) and left. Staff at this hotel are absolutely incompetent. Ultimately I booked a room at a nearby Marriott Courtyard since I have lifetime platinum status with Marriott. I won't be returning to Comfort Suites again if I have any other option.

The front desk attendant was very rude. She checked my daughter-in-law in on my reservation and told me I did not have a reservation, I showed her my confirmation from Hotels.com, she continued to argue. My DIL had to pay to check me in. Our keys did not work, the people next door said they had to switch rooms for the same reason, so the hotel knew the battery was dead but kept making us try different cards, took an hour to get in our room. My DIL's room had no hot water until midnight. My other in-laws room had blood on the curtains. The pool was filled with leaves. The breakfast looked like boiled sausage and potatoes. How can someone ruin coffee? It was watery with a filmy look. This is the first time I have complained about a hotel. I will be writing a formal complaint to the management.

The girls during the day were very pleasant and friendly. The gentleman at nitewas also very nice. I believe his name was Nick. There was a spider on my wall and he walked over to my room without question. Also the woman takin care of the breakfast made sure we had enough to eat. And kept it clean. My stay was comforting.

Stayed there last year. Seemed a bit less maintained than before. Seen several homeless sleeping on sidewalk across parking lot at empty businesses. That building was not empty last year. Made ya be more aware at night when coming in but still felt relatively safe.

We arrived and there were crack heads and bums all over the parking lot. Digging in dumpsters and just roaming around. It was so dirty outside with garbage everywhere. The side door to the hotel was broken and unfortunately our room door was right next to that broken door. So we packed up and left. We felt super unsafe and I was worried about my car even being parked in the parking lot. It’s definitely not the best part of town. We went 20 minutes up the road to Glendale instead.

The rooms where decent, breakfast was good ,but the ran out of yogurt on Sunday and ran out of eggs on Monday. Staff was very nice. Would stay again . Love the fridge and microwave in room. Bed was comfy and pillows where great. Great to be able to swim in pool till 11pm.

We were late for breakfast and the very nice lady putting away the food told us we could have what was still out it included scrambled eggs and potatoes and some sweet pastries. She was super nice. The food was great too.

Hard to find entrance to hotel. It sits behind a Waffle House in a not so nice part of town. Many homeless people hanging around outside. The breakfast included was terrible. The coffee was colored hot water. We mentioned the problem to one of the workers there and she went to replace the coffee in the machine. It was still terrible. We decided to eat breakfast at the local Denny’s the next few days at a cost of $40-45 a morning. We were not happy at all.

Their continental breakfast was nice. They have a commercial Waring flip waffle maker where you can make yoir own waffle. You can get the waffle batter from a dispenser next to the waffle maker. They have a coffee machine, sandwiches, muffins and bagels with a sandwich toaster where you can toast your bagels and wandwiches. They have orange juice, apple juice, cereals, yoghurt, scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. Very nice. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the morning. The room was clean, equipped with a coffee machine, a fridge and a microwave. The staffs were nice. We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn 😊
