Mixed feelings. You get a lot for a relatively low price-namely a fridge, microwave oven and a coffee maker plus a hot breakfast. However, the rooms themselves aren't very well maintained, especially the tub and showers. Ours was clean but there was obvious overspray on a paint job on part of the wall, the paintings hanging in the room were obviously crooked-and bolted to the wall I found out when I tried to straighten them. The tub faucet was so corroded part of it was missing and had corrosion pits on it. (the last time we stayed there, the tub had some weird lining sprayed on it and it was peeling off so badly to the point we would not even use it.) The shower head and tub faucet were obviously in need of replacement. Also, the room was booked for two but there was only one wash cloth and one hand towel available. Seems like management needs to exercise better quality control over their housekeeping and repair services. Otherwise-the place is quiet and clean and has good amenities.

Every time I check in, the staff is helpful and the rooms are clean. It’s already a lot being away from home for work out here but this place makes it a lil bit easier.

My stay was excellent. The beds & pillows were very comfy. The breakfast was top notch. It offered make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage links, seasoned potatoes, Danish, bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal, milk, juice, and coffee. Only one morning did they run out of a few things, but I showed up when breakfast hours were almost over. The pool and spa were nice, with hours until 11 pm. The pool seemed to be ready for a cleaning but was still clean enough though. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful, as well as housekeeping. I would definitely recommend!

What you expect from a Comfort Inn. You get a hairdryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot etc. Computer access in lobby as well as breakfast. This particular location is convenient for travelers because it's right off the 17 freeway in North Phoenix. Staff are very helpful and polite. The immediate neighborhood is a bit sketchy so would not go jogging. Not a long term stay place.
