Comfort Inn I-10 West at 51st Ave

Room was clean except stains on the carpet. Bed was acceptable. Enough blankets and pillows; clean. Bathroom clean, great shower water pressure. Only one set of towel/hand towel and washcloth. Two guests. Refrigerator cold, air conditioning very cold but adjustable. If you need another set of bath towel/hand and washcloth you have to ask for it, as well as if you want room turned over for additional nights. The Front Desk staff were nice however; 2nd night of our stay there was no water which made for our inability to flush toilet, shower or wash our hand. This did it for us! At that point the front desk staff didn’t know what to do for any of the guests inconvenienced (which was every guest). Breakfast was semi-adequate as eggs cold, sausage was good, coffee tasteless. Hall, and lobby carpets badly stained. All guests inconvenienced by the water outage should be compensated by 50% of the night affected. We won’t stay here again.

No AC in lobby or anywhere outside, but in our room. Terrible.

If I could give negative stars, I would, for a comfort Inn, which is a choice hotel there are certain standards that are expected. This Comfort Inn failed to meet every standard on every level. From from issues at check in both times. Even being told that I wouldn’t be permitted to say, despite the fact that the reservation had already been paid for. Overall condition of the property is extremely poor stains all over the carpets bedding is torn and in disarray stained dingy old old old. There are holes in the walls. Now comes some of my more favorites. The air conditioning in the lobby in the halls is pretty nonexistent. It’s always at least 90° through out the main building and halls! There are six pool loungers around the pool not one of them is usable. They are all broken torn ripped. The business office is not usable. The reason is unknown as you get a different story from every staff member that’s here. The outside of the property has trashed throughout it. The only positive of this hotel is the breakfast. Funny the only positive staff were the two ladies that make the breakfast. I cannot believe that this is a choice hotel. If this is their acceptable standard shame on them. I wasn’t expecting much but I was expecting some standard of care/cleanliness/comfortability. All I’ve gotten is don’t care attitude and it’s very reflective in this property.

Room service is terrible and they do it every single day your here causing you to exit the room hotel manager is extremely rude and I do not recommend booking here

When you try to book for a vacation here and prolong your stay they want to tell you and deny you of services and say u can no longer book with them. They do room service every single day of you being here even when you don’t request it the hotel manager is extremely rude I do not recommend booking here for long periods of time
