Loved the breakfast and reception in the evening. The balcony was a fun surprise. We mainly booked for it's indoor pool thats hard to find in Phoenix as it was unseasonably cold during our stay. Was pleasantly surprised with all the other amenities included!

Appreciate the full breakfast and manager's reception. Also grateful that there was a charging station for our electric vehicle. Only downside was being presented with a sales opportunity and the evening reception snacks were just okay. Reception bartenders were very friendly with great customer service. Not a fan of indoor pool or kids (was a basketball event I believe) being allowed to roam/play in public spaces.

This is our second time staying at this Embassy Suites, and we really enjoyed our stay. Covered parking that is very convenient, simple check-in, room was very nice and quiet. Centrally located for our destinations.

The hotel is really good and kept to a high standard as are all Embassy Suites. Nice pool, good breakfast, the evening reception and food options were good also. There is a $29 per day parking fee which we didn't know about until we checked in. Nice hotel great staff.

We are longtime Hilton members. We’ve stayed at many of the properties. This property looks great from the outside but run down older in the suites. Room was serviced everyday which is what I prefer. However I had an accident with my toe and bled a bit on the floor in the restroom, the blood remained the 4 days we were there. Also hair was missed in the bathroom, as after I styled my hair some ended up on the floor. That remained after cleaning. Last full day I our room was serviced but our bed was not made. And we were not given a backup toilet tissue so we had to retrieve it ourselves at the front desk. I will find other accommodations in the future.

Our stay here was terrible my daughter was bitten by a bed bug, we toke the bed bug down to management and all he did was move us to another room and clean the room for eco lab we left the bed bug on desk and eco stated nothing was wrong with our room!! I’ve never had this issue before never

We enjoyed our stay in phx. Location and hotel were great. The room had a problem with shower, mirror, and fan in restroom. shower was not draining. 1st day i told front desk. They said it would get fixed but it didnt. It was overwhelming having to worry about water overflowing outside of shower.

Very nice hotel, convenient location, paid parking but in an indoor parking lot that is close to the premises, nice staff, clean room. The hotel structure is in a geometric shape that is not square, hence the room was triangular, like a wedge. So the TV for example is not directly in front of bed but at an angle. It's slightly odd but the screen is huge and that helped.

1. First night: Beverage and food orders at the lobby restaurant/lounge: no one was there to take (start) an order for over 40 min. Bar tenders and restaurant management were not responsive at all. I had business partners visiting me at the lobby, and I could not get them any food or drink. 2. Room service order was not processed (started on) until 1 hour. Concierge called me after 1.5 hr to ask what was the order. 3. At check-in, I asked concierge in person about slippers and/or robe, was told the items would be delivered. That never happened during the stay, and I was not informed that it wouldn’t. 4. Absence of parking assistance or advisory. Took a long time to find navigation to the right spot. 5. At the end, the staff was friendly and kindly assisted with canceling the last night. I appreciate that. 6. One server or restaurant manager downstairs was prompt to help and did best she could on my last night.

I thought it was a great place when we walked in. They only charged $50 deposit which was great and they accepted my chime credit card which was awesomeness! Other hotels wont take that card. But..... They carged me $35 parking fee to park in this far away garage, not connected to the hotel and didnt say a word about that huge parking fee until check out. Then when she told me she wasn't giving my deposit back because of the parking fee iwas shocked and all she said was "the information is listed on the website". I didn't book from their website and had no warning about this. That money they charged my card was my gas money to get home. So i was stranded and they could care less. Not cool!

This older hotel is clean and nicely decorated. Rooms are large and bed is comfortable. Showers are big and modern. Excellent dining options within the hotel. Located close to St Joseph’s hospital and medical center. Large parking garage that is a little confusing. You do have to pay for parking with your room if you have a vehicle to park. Only stayed one short night so did not use pool or other services. Overall would stay here again.

This location was very convenient to downtown Phoenix. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I like Embassy Suites because their rooms are always spacious and they offer a nice breakfast in the morning. Staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to make your stay the best it can be.

The property is a little run down…spots re-painted with mismatching paint, things looking a little over-used, needing replacement. The little courtyard is great but the area in town where this hotel is, is not great, bordering on sketchy. The staff is spectacular. So helpful, so great.

The room was good and the staff was great. The food in the restaurant was okay. My burger was dry but it was kind of expected in a lobby restaurant. The area was great and we might come back just to stay here and wander the downtown area. I would highly recommend this spot if you want a hotel that feels high end with reasonable prices.

The Buffett snacks were great and the other breakfast stations but the omelet station was terrible. Glad it was free. Besides that it was an amazing stay with fantastic staff.

2 free bar drinks per night at the Salt River Tavern bar was much needed after moving our son into college. We were also impressed with the food! From the free breakfast to the amazing dinners you could order from the restaurant, it did not disappoint. We will definitely book with this hotel again the next time we are in Phoenix.

The hotel is nice, the staff friendly, and I would stay again. My one major concern is that both mornings, a lot of the hit food at the otherwise good and free breakfast buffet was at room temperature. Aside from being a taste issue, this represents a serious risk of foodborne illness to guests. I would have thought that by pointing it out the first day, that it woken have been corrected and hit the next day. But no. The warmers are set below safe holding temperatures.
