Great hotel, convenient for the airport. Free airport shuttle and 'Kickback' with food and drinks every evening. Really friendly and helpful staff.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times since COVID. The staff has always been pleasant and the complimentary evening drinks and dinner option has always been a nice amenity, as was the free airport shuttle.

Nice hotel! We especially enjoyed the happy hour/ dinner. Dinner and drinks are complimentary. Nice selection!! They also have a good restaurant in the hotel with more dinner, drink and dessert choices. The food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast was also very good with many choices. Bartenders were great. Front desk was good. Room was good but towels are super thin and it’s really dark. Bed was comfortable! The area is just ok. It’s not walking distance to anything but it was a short drive to where we wanted to go.

Pretty comfy bed with nice buffet options. Pool area was a little dirty but kids still enjoyed it. We will be back to utilize the free airport shuttle amd long term parking

Breakfast and dinner were both great, and hotel shuttle was fantastic.

Landing very late from the UK, (1am) we wanted a hotel close to the airport. The Drury Inn is perfect, the front desk sent a shuttle bus to collect us within 10 mins of my phone call. The hotel is in very good condition and the staff very professional and courteous.

Clean, very comfortable bed, pool, hot tub. Free dinner, 3 drinks + breakfast. Airport shuttle. Everything plus!

Great gym, good bar and restaurant

Visted for business. The room we stayed in was clean and well kept. The food variety for breakfast and dinner was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our meeting room was nice and easy to get to.

It was a great stay.Kinda bummed only one elevator was working.Poor elevator was busy.Staff was great clean rooms,breakfast brunch dinner all good options clean pool jacuzzi.Buissness computers not so private but it was a family trip.

Check in was easy. Arrived to our room, toilet had several blood stains on the seat. Room was not the cleanest. Bathroom sink and tub did not drain. Hot tub was cold and didn’t work.

Excellent check in experience. The agent that checked us in was great! Very professional and personable. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

My room was a little older but very clean and comfortable. The extras are fantastic. Breakfast was great. The restaurant is open late and the food looked great. I didn't have dinner there, because I was sitting at the comfortable bar enjoying the fight on Netflix with the bartender. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. All of them. It was an easy drive to and from the airport. Easy access to the 10 freeway to get there and home. Great job, Drury!

I am very impressed with the style and the spaciousness of the hotel. The staff were friendly and competent. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Popcorn was a great touch. I will certainly stay again.

It was ok for the price.. kinda old but worth the price

Staff was very helpful, hotel had nice amenities, and was clean. The only problem we had was the pillows. Shouldn’t a king size bed have the same sized pillows? Pillows were small, flimsy, and had no support. One pillow wasn’t enough and two gave us a neck ache.

It was unfortunate there was no central air. Our air conditioner unit was very noisy. It woke us up every time it went on. We did not get any sleep. The drain in the bathroom sink made a load knocking noise. For the amount of $ we spent to stay for 12 hours and no rest was disappointing.

We stayed for one night before a flight home from PHX. The hotel is very conveniently located - however that's the main concern as well. While the interior of the hotel is very quiet, our room balcony was facing the runways and the jet noise was noticeable. No noise from the floor or adjacent rooms. For those who are used to the level of noise of window AC this would probably be negligible. Otherwise the room was quite well laid out, the king bed was very comfy, and breakfast (free) was quite good - helped by a supremely friendly cook. Free parking is a good bonus. There is 24 hour tea and coffee on the first floor, which is a nice touch.

The hotel was clean & comfortable, the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The food was actually tastier than I expected from a hotel bar. The shuttle ride to the airport was very helpful. My only issues was that the wind picked up during the night and created a loud whistling noise somewhere around the window. Closing the window tighter didn't seem to help, it likely needed a better seal around the window. The purpose of the stay was to get some rest during a 12-hour layover, but the noise kept me awake half of the time. I reported it to the staff and I have no doubt that they'll fix it, so it will no longer be a problem during your stay, I'm sure! I would stay there again!

They also pop popcorn in a popcorn machine free to guests. Breakfast The breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon/sausage, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, waffle maker, toast/bagel/muffins, juice, and coffee. Drinks and Dinner The dinner options changed each night but consistently offered hot dogs, nachos, soup/chili, and salad. There is a soft drink fountain for unlimited soft drinks. The first night rotating dinner consisted of chicken alfredo, baked potato, rolls, and mixed vegetables. The second night was meat balls, mashed potatoes, rolls, and mixed vegetables. Free alcoholic drinks consisted of limited white and red wine, 2 beers, and house mixed drinks. Room The room was clean and internet was fast. It was not easy to set up my Amazon Firestick in the room, but it was possible. The bathroom is standard but the shower drained slowly. The A/C was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep due to the very loud sounds. Front Desk There was a long line of people checking in at 5:30 PM on a Sunday evening and only one person at the Check-In desk. It took over 20 minutes to be checked in. There was no one at the Check-Out desk for over 10 minutes when trying to check out on Tuesday morning at 7:00 AM. I left and had to call the corporate number to check-out.

Free taco dinner upon arrival- that alone made it the kids' favorite. Breakfast was delicious- everyone had a favorite represented in the extensive array of options. Pool was busy, but with 118 degree temps, this wasn't a huge surprise. Popcorn and coffee in the lobby; friendly and efficient checkin personnel. Husband and I could have each had 3 complimentary drinks at bar (how generous!!). Normally keep the A/C at 68, but the room was a little chilly at 74. What a nice problem to have. We were on the 2nd floor, so well insulated from the heat by 4 floors above us! I'm not a fan of memory foam mattresses, but that's just personal preference. I know most people love them. We chose this hotel because of the free parking and close proximity to the airport. Would stay again for everything else! In fact, i think the kids might attempt to riot if we book anywhere else! They said, "this was the best hotel ever!"

The staff was outstanding! We had an early flight and they found out we would miss their breakfast so they packed us snacks to go! Highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you.

I am going to focus on Ladonna, one of your managers. I have NEVER, had someone who was better at her job than she was. She got the shuttle to me at the airport and helped me get reimbursed for accidently double booking. She is sweet, pleasant, but very very professional. I feel she should own her own hotel and train everyone to be as super fantastic as she is! The hotel was great and met all me requirements very well.

The check in person named Katelynn was very rude and not helpful. I won’t be back because of her lack of helpfulness and courtesy.

We were first greeted by Ms. LaDonna at the front desk. Her customer service was top notch. She went out of her way to assist us and ensure we had all we needed. Thank you Ms. LaDonna. Everything else was also on point. The menu at night as well as the free drinks were way more than you would expect at the rates paid for rooms. Everyone we encountered during our stay were absolute professional. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

Problem with the booking date. The manager on duty refused to change the booking date.

We stayed for one night before a flight home from PHX. The hotel is very conveniently located - however that's the main concern as well. While the interior of the hotel is very quiet, our room balcony was facing the runways and the jet noise was noticeable. No noise from the floor or adjacent rooms. For those who are used to the level of noise of window AC this would probably be negligible. Otherwise the room was quite well laid out, the king bed was very comfy, and breakfast (free) was quite good - helped by a supremely friendly cook. Free parking is a good bonus. There is 24 hour tea and coffee on the first floor, which is a nice touch.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was great, good variety of items offered. I loved the evening meal that was provided. Location is also very good, just off the freeway. I will be making this hotel a place to stay when I visit the valley in future.

Easy freeway access. Minutes from the airport but far enough so you cant hear the airplanes arrive and depart. Good value.

The hotel front desk was wonderful. Nice smiling staff, clean rooms and spacious. The free drinks and food - while nice, were pretty low quality. I would rather have less options and better quality. We would stay there again.

Liked the complimentary Saturday night dinner, the free hot breakfast, the popcorn machine, and having a restaurant on site so we had the option of dining without leaving the hotel.

Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Didnt use the shuttle. Room was very clean.

I think the food was really awful, and the wine and liquor was incredibly cheap rotgut. People were really nice and the place was comfortable. The pool was super small so do not be fooled into staying at this place for swimming, free food and drinks. My husband did think the breakfast was okay but the coffee tasted like water. Basically two thumbs Dowd

This hotel stands out because of its Happy Hour from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and for its breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Both feature high quality food and save you the trouble of finding dining for dinner and breakfast. The drink allowance at Happy Hour is generous and the wine is good quality.
