We really enjoyed our stay here! The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and kind. He got us into our room well before check in, so we got to enjoy the pool for longer. Very nice hotel! Great location!! Very clean!! It was quiet!! Beautiful pool and hot tub area!! Hot tub was! Great restaurant and also hot buffets - good selection and reasonable price!! Staff very accommodating - went to annual Alice Cooper Christmas Pudding at nearby Celebrity Theatre and after checking out around noon, was still able to check bags behind front desk and leave car in parking lot during concert after which left for a late night drive west to California. Great overall experience!!

The hotel itself was excellent, including the front desk staff. But the shuttle service was the worst we've experienced in 40 years of traveling. We had interaction with two drivers, the one coming off his shift and the one beginning his shift. Both were the rudest individuals we've ever encountered in what is supposed to be the hospitality industry! They raised their voices at us. They slammed every shuttle door when we were leaving, and after we arrived at the airport. These two individuals need to find something else to do that other than work with people.

Originally I was placed in a room facing the ac units when the hotel wasn’t full. I asked to be moved and they obliged but moved me to another room. I asked again and they moved me to a room with a decent view of South Mountain so I was pleased. The lady at the desk was nice but seemed new. Overall decent experience.

The pool and hot tub were very nice. Location near the airport was very nice. The walls were super thin and it was noisy. We could hear the conversation of our next door neighbors through the walls and adjoining door that was locked, but you could see light around the perimeter of the door. More pillows and a spare blanket would be nice.

My only complaint about this hotel is the laminate flooring makes the rooms feel sterile, like a Motel 6 pricepoint. I know they are easier to clean than carpet, but they take away from the comfortable feel of a hotel.

The property looks and feels newly renovated so nothing looks worn or old. It has to be the most lively lobby in its class of hotels. So many people just hanging out and socializing due to the bar remains open until 10 pm (if I remember right). The mattress feels great. Shower pressure is strong. Only two things....we had a hard time controling the temperature in our room. Either too cold or too hot no matter what setting we had it on. Maybe because the temperature outside flexuated from the 40's to the 80's. Lastly, the size of the pillows were really small compared to other hotels we stayed at. Minor though. Overall, a nice and comfotable place to stay

I prepaid for my room before my trip but at check-in the front desk receptionist charged my card for the incidental coverage and another night stay. I paid twice for my stay and nowI have to wait until Monday for the manager so I can get my $ refunded back to my bank account. Everything else was excellent. Night shuttle driver was awesome!

Hotel advertises airport shuttle. When I arrived at the shuttle pick up place, no Radisson shuttle. Tried calling multiple times. No answer at the shuttle extension. No answer at the front desk. Had to spend $20 for a taxi. Front desk area was empt6, but the attendant said he had been too busy to answer the phone. When I said that this doesn’t make for a good review, he replied, “. You just go and write your little review.”

There's nothing particularly wrong with the hotel. My problem is that I paid through Hotels.com and the hotel took my credit for incidentals, but when I got home I noticed that the hotel had charged me again for the room. In other words, I was charged twice. I went in personally to ask to be refunded and the young woman who helped me reassured me that it would get done, but thus far, I have not been reimbursed. The young man who checked me in didn't even notice that this was a Hotels.com reservation and used my credit card to charge me again for the room and thus far, no reimbursement. I assume I'll get reimbursed one day, but I just don't like this type of carelessness.

5 minutes from airport, super convenient. Restaurant had excellent food and quick service. The front desk offered to have a taxi drop us at the airport since their shuttle starts at 4am and we needed to be at the airport by 3am…on their account at no charge to us. I was shocked to receive such excellent customer service at every turn at this hotel. Will definitely be back and recommend to others as well.

This is the worst experience I ever had. I was traveling from Phoenix and when I get to the property nobody was there, and they put a phone number to call but no one answer, really irresponsible. Managment should be really ashamed….. poooooor service, sucks!

I recently stayed at Radisson hotel The hotel itself was okay—clean and served its purpose, but the area surrounding it was a bit lacking. We ate dinner and breakfast and both were not good. The bistro tenderloin was tough. Had to eat it on paper plates with plastic knives and forks. If the server had not given us a proper steak knife we would not have been able to cut the steak. The broccoli was cold. The breakfast buffet was definitely not worth the sixteen dollars plus change. The eggs were tasteless, the little potato pucks as well and the sausages were greasy. Have never had a worse breakfast. Again had to use paper plates and plastic knives and forks and drink our coffee out of a paper cup .
