Amazing Hotel ...Very Clean Studio Suite for very reasonable...check in was easy and quick and the breakfast buffet was great! Pool and Hot tub was relaxing at night! We'll come back again

Loved the layout of the room with full kitchen! Awesome. Mom preference: sink outside the toilet/shower room! Didn't like paying for parking. :( But parking was plentiful. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful pool and grounds. Rooms seemed really spread out, so you get in your steps walking back and forth to the room/exercise room/ pool/kitchen areas. That was great for us!

Very comfortable stay. The room was very clean (and we didn't even have to pay extra for the extra-clean room). Breakfast buffet was great with a good selection. We used the pool, but there was a lot of debris in it. Overall a great stay though.

Close to airport without the airport traffic noise. CheckIn efficient and friendly. Room was very clean with comfy bed. Pool area was very clean and a relaxing space to hangout the day before our flight out. Easy easy route to rental car return from this Residence Inn. Will stay again.

Good & Clean hotel. The hotel room was in a separate building from the lobby, so had to walk outside to another building after check in and for breakfast. Overall a good hotel. However I was expecting a better hotel based on the rating.

The room and property were really nice. It was a good location for what we needed. The pool is heated and the hot tub was a plus but the jets did not work, they just blew bubbles that soak you but absolutely no pressure what so ever.

No surprises, which means we had a good stay. I reported a broken bathroom door upon leaving, which prevented it from closing. Other than that, everything was good. Unlike many hotels that advertise a heated pool, their pool was up and working. Breakfast was well attended by service staff. My only suggestion is to get more than one waffle machine. There was a long line of people making their own waffles. We strongly recommend this place.

I have stayed at this property before and it was great. This time, the bathroom wasn’t really clean. There was a used bar of soap left in the shower and hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The breakfast had limited availability when we went but it was busier than the last time we stayed. It’s convenient and the staff are pleasant.

The staff was great. No complaints about them however the place was soooo dirty. Our sheets were stained. We went to go to the hot tub and there was so much nasty stuff in the water including a bandaid. It just felt like the whole thing needed a real deep cleaning.

Staff at the front desk were helpful and pleasant. My room was quiet and extremely spacious. The room was modern with a separate eating area and kitchen. It was incredibly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Especially thoughtful was the 3 coffee packages that allowed me to have 3 cups of coffee before the breakfast service started. The breakfast offered had both healthy and unhealthy choices so there was something for everyone. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to afford this hotel unless it's low season (i.e., summer in Phoenix).

There were several inconveniences during our 4 day stay: Dirty carpet, ants, phone not working, had to ask to get room refreshed, ask for another toilet paper roll, extra garbage bags, clean towels, bedding for the sofa bed. Kitchen was good, but there were no cleaning supplies, such as Clorox wipes to wipe down the counter or stove. Breakfast was ok, oatmeal was dry and lumpy, no fresh fruit. Staff was friendly.

Over all the stay was ok. The hotel was a bit dirty throughout. The stairwell was very dirty. Our room was dirty in restroom shower and toilet and floor. Kitchen stove was dirty and carpet seemed like it was vacuumed throughly.

There was blood on my toilet upon entering my hotel room, and a manager was supposed to call me and compensate me and never did… so they get a one start rating from me. I’d give them zero stars if I could. Don’t lie to ppl and say you’ll take care of them and then never follow up on that. Also the cleaners were supposed to come in first thing the next day and I had to call them for them to come in, they literally passed up my room for cleaning. Pffft PATHETIC!

Check in was good, bit of a puzzle to find our building and entrance but once we did we saw how easy it was to gain access to the front desk. Room was bigger and more spacious than we thought! Very impressed. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Definitely would recommend.

I rented 2 suites for 2 nights. IT WAS NEVER CLEANED, neither of both suites.... so much for renting a suite with you. When I return in the pm and I complain about it, it was said to me that cleaning people wasnt working at that time of the day so they couldn even take out the trash.

Yes, however I was there well before breakfast ended, and several items were already out — including fruit, bread, and orange juice. They also weren’t keeping the ceramic plates stocked, which made the experience a bit difficult. All of the staff members were courteous except for one female employee with red hair. She came out of the elevator with a trash cart and didn’t say “excuse me.” Instead, she pushed the cart through as if we were in her way, and it felt very dismissive. I addressed it in the moment and also reported it to the front desk, as it wasn’t the level of service I expect.

My husband and I were visiting from Detroit and had an excellent experience at the property. The cleanliness was noticeable and the customer service was amazing! We felt at home. We were greeted promptly by a gentleman named Guillermo. Guillermo was awesome! He was very attentive, had a pleasant personality, and most of all answered all of our questions with patience and a friendly attitude. We were extremely happy to have encountered Guillermo and was happy to stay at a Marriott brand hotel. Because of Guillermo and our overall experience we plan to return to Phoenix and stay at the Residence Inn Phoenix Airport.

Staff and amenities were great and the front desk upgraded our room at no cost and let us check in 5 hours early, which was amazing! Property is within reasonable walking distance from the PHX Sky Train as well as the public bus and light rail, which is what we chose to use during our visit to Phoenix. Would definitely stay again!

The breakfast was horrible. The turkey sausage was so dry you couldn't cut it with a knife. The powdered eggs were horrible. It just was bad. The hotel is older, the ice maker in the fridge didn't work, and the shower drain was partially clogged so you could only take quick showers before the standing water would raise above the threshold. I would not stay there again.

We couldn’t check in at 3:00pm as stated so we had to kill two hours. We came back and they still didn’t have our room ready. Gross handprints on the bed frame, hair in the bathroom and the breakfast was all cold. every item that should have been at least warm was cold.

Great room, the full kitchenette with dish washer would have been perfect for a longer stay but it was just the one night for us. The hotel had nice amenities, a delicious and better than average breakfast, and very polite and helpful staff

The Hotel was great. Our room had a cooking smell from previous guest. When room was refreshed odor was gone. Very comfortable room and great location to all freeways. Only issue was the breakfast buffet had no flavor. Very bland. Good selection, but not very tasty food. Otherwise our stay would have been 5 stars. Very friendly staff and extremely fast and efficient when called.Would stay again.
