Check-in went without a hitch, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel was within a mile or so of quite a lot of food choices. E-z on/off I-17. Breakfast was average, but kitchen/eating area was clean. Pool needed cleaning and updating.

The workout room is a joke. There is 1 ellipical and it's broken, there are 2 treadmills, one is broken, the other makes weird sounds when in use. There is no circulation in the room and it's tiny so it's easy to overheat. I had a king suite and there was blood on my sheets, a bug in the shower and a bad smell in the bathroom. We switched rooms, and it was much better! The pool is small and the staff couldn't keep up with the breakfast food. The staff was great, kind and helpful, but the overall hotel was terrible.

Property was in good condition. Area is ok with some signs of vagrants but I did not encounter any on the property. Overall room was clean but could use some small improvements (ie replace older AC outlets over the work desk with an AC Outlet/60W USB-C combination outlet charger instead). Shower could use a deep cleaning, bit of staining on the bottom of the tub, but otherwise clean.

I was told there would be a $3.00 per night parking fee. She wanted to put it on my credit card, but I wanted to pay cash. I mentioned that this was not on their website, so she waived the fee. Signs are posted around the property. "Park at Your Own Risk." I'm not sure what the fee was being utilized. She gave me two room keys. I told her I only needed one. She advised they de-magnetize easily. By the time I got to me room neither card worked, so I had to make a trip back to the counter.

Centrally located, close to Grand Canyon University. The key cards were difficult at times and we were locked out by the pool for about five minutes. Our toilet ran the whole night and it did not work. Bedding was comfortable, TV worked well, the air conditioning ran well. The morning breakfast was good. It’s nice that they had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The location is safe. It’s likely rare that we had a broken toilet. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available when I called them at 12 o’clock in the middle of the night.

My only complaints are as follows: 1. Hot tub ice cold1/20/24. I informed the front desk and they immediately put in a repair request. BUT, it was one of the main reasons I booked my stay. 2. The bed was painful. It was obvious old and worn. It sagged in the middle and offered almost no padding or comfort. Time for the mattresses to be replaced! 3. Shower heads need to have calcium removed. Pluses: 1. The staff! Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They gave me the quietest room they could, as was requested. The tattooed male housekeeper was excellent too. 2. Clean. 3. Sofa was comfortable. 4. Excellent coffee in the room.

The layout of the room is terrible. There is only one TV and it is situated halfway between the bedroom and the kitchen/living area. It's impossible to watch TV from the bed comfortably. Also, the sink smelled. Otherwise, it was pretty average.

I do not remember their names but, the young ladies at the front desk on October 17-19 Were incredibly helpful and polite. I had an issue with a guest making a lot of noise above my room and the evening clerk was kind enough to ask the guest to quiet down. This was at 11P.M. For reference.

This property was clean and easy for us to get to for the purpose of our trip. It was quiet and reasonably priced. The majority of the staff was very kind. The staff who checked us in was rude but otherwise the rest of them were great. We would stay here again if we needed to return to the area.

This was unfortunately a very uncomfortable stay. Although I paid for the stay via the hotels app. The clerk still charged my credit card an additional 274 dollars. From the clerk to the assistant general manager, never once did I hear an apology for the clear mistake. The clerks were defensive and combative. Making the stay very difficult.

The hotel overall is nice and decent. Very clean and spacious rooms. My only issue was with check-in. There was only one person available to assist guests at night. There were many of us trying to check in, but only one receptionist. I believe there should be two to accommodate guests at night. She did a great job but needed some help due to the amount of people in the lobby.

This motel was rated high but now it’s somewhat lower than the last time I stayed here - pre Covid. The elevator didn’t work and I had to carry our luggage to the top floor. I see many transients around and the freeway is noisy.

Property was very nice for its price point. The room was clean. The staff was excellent. Pool was really small. The area around the property seemed a little sketchy at night but we discovered that was pretty common for that part of Arizona.

The staff and the rooms were nice. The staff that checked us in were awesome. The outside area is a little sketchy. We were swimming and my kids pointed out a transient in the bushes watching us which cut are swimming short.

Towel shortage and rude front desk girl (Desiree). If your toilet overflows, you must go downstairs to get your own plunger and do it yourself, no maintenance at 4pm on a Thursday. Advertises fresh fruit for breakfast for our vegan friend but had zero fruit or vegan opinions. Cut open foot and no incident report from faulty jacuzzi railing. My blood is on the carpet in the dining area across from the OJ machine. I was refused towels when i went to the pool. Awful experience.

the TV was not working, the light was not functional. The breakfast bar was empty and when asked to bring eggs it took them 20 minutes to bring the eggs by then I was running late and left .

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Our room was clean and the hotel was clean as well. They offered free hot breakfast which included items like sausages, eggs, waffles, bagels, toast, coffee, juice and much more. Would definitely come back again. Thank you!

It was a little odd to have to go next door for breakfast. But that would have been okay except for the fact that they basically ran out of food before the breakfast hours were done and quite a few people left with nothing. There was cold cereal but nothing left to toast, no eggs, no hot cereal etc. If they are feeding guests for two hotels then it seems like there should be enough food to accommodate both hotels.
