Worst hotel ever. It was filthy, there was no breakfast available at 7am, the morning clerk had the personality of a doorknob, the AC didn't work & there were bed bugs!

Nona (or Rona?) greeted us and was wonderful, however, the place seemed very understaffed and this dear and professional woman seemed to be entirely on her own. My previous experience with ESA had been positive, but this time it felt like the company has stopped caring. Promised Pool: Closed for repairs. Promised Coffee: Not there when I came to get some at 6:30 am and all out when my husband checked again at 8 am. I'm sorry I can't give a better review.

The room had a stench to it, the A/C was broken and dripping water, the walls were stained. It was literally a nightmare. The worst part is that the key cards were not working so the front desk literally had to escort me to my room every time and open the door. It was the most uncomfortable stay I've ever had.

Nothing about this property warrants even a one star. Staff was rude, room was nasty and the building looked to house vagrant travellers of nefarious reputation. I cannot stress how disappointing it was to find this place on my queue of acceptable hotels. I walked out and stayed somewhere else because my clean non-smoking room was filthy and covered in ashes.
