Not enough parking for late night arrivals

Nice place just out of the way of things to do. If you want to golf the entire time its great. Pool was very crowded.

Wonderful property with much to do such as swimming, basketball, tennis, and, of course, golf. Good value.

We loved the heated pool and ambiance of the pool area. All the food we tried was excellent. Beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed pickleball and shuffle board. Staff was very accommodating. We plan to return.

The property was very nice at first arriving. The gym is very dirty and small and could really use some fans or air flow. The rooms are nice location and layout but could use some updating. The closet doors are loosely on the track, bathroom door hard to open and close, hot and cold water were inconsistent. Screen door on patio was off track. Having laundry and kitchenette was really nice. Golf course was really nice, food was good, staff were friendly. Wyndham presentation was painful. The hot tubs could both use some upgrades. Wallpapers falling off the walls in the washroom.

I liked they had a basketball court, playground, pool, golf course, and tennis court! Something for everyone!

Given a room, fully renovated,next to the pool. Very nice renovation lots of extras in the room. The grill provided very good food, ate there 4 times. Great service with 1 exception. Think she is in the wrong field. Everything else fantastic. Great pool and golf course is in great condition.

The property itself was beautiful.. the rooms were a good size, for a family of 4. The pool was great, it WAS heated. They also have a small pool beside the main pool for little ones which was great. Was only about a foot deep. The kitchenette was super handy to have. Wish they eliminated the dishwasher and just put more storage instead. The area around the resort itself wasn’t the best neighbourhood. Felt a bit sketchy to us. ( it didn’t feel that way at all when we were at the resort itself, just when we went to the grocery store close by , etc.. ) That’s the only reason why I’m not giving this hotel 5 stars.

The Pool was clean and adequate however I would not consider it very resort like. Dining options on site were limited to the one restaurant at the club house. I did have breakfast one morning there, I found it a bit overpriced and the atmosphere not warm or inviting. Restaurant Staff was friendly. I want to like this resort because as I said the room was great especially for a longer stay but just didn’t find the resort overall having a resort vibe.

The mgmt team was friendly and professional throughout. A beautiful, clean resort with all the amenities. There is a high quality exercise gym in place along with a gorgeous pool setting. Highly recommend!

We were so far away from the main area to enjoy anything. When arriving the first this was getting hit with a timeshare salesman. Did not know it was a time share. I would not consider even staying there again. They do not clean the room while you are there. Worst of all a cockroach was in the bathroom. The walls are so thin we could hear the people next to us yelling at each other and the person above us was smoking dope which i could not sit outside with the stink. sorry to say it was very disappointing.

Property was very nice. Didn’t realize it was a timeshare place. But it was ok they didn’t make us attend the sales pitch. No room cleaning though

Roaches in my room. Hard sell for timeshare. Grounds were nice that was about it.

We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready so we used the pool for the afternoon. The pool and pool area were nice. We reserved 2 nights but unfortunately found multiple large cockroaches in our room on day 2 so we left. The manager apologized and refunded our 2nd night.

We like the friendliest of the staff. Cleaning Staff does an awful job. Suite wasn’t not well cleaned. You could see dirt in the room and the bathroom shower and were not cleaned.

Well kept and clean

Beautiful resort area. Didnt have time to explore all. Only thing is the cleaners forgot to take the trash out and provide big enough liners to fit the trash can. Also the shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash was not filled so I am wondering if the cleaners actually do clean the place

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable but not the pillows. Sometimes it was hard to find parking. The guests should be polite and not let the front door slam especially in the early morning. You can actually hear the people next door snoring, talking and laundry machine running.

The pool was nice and the employees were as well. We did not hold so cannot provide feedback on that. The rooms are outdated but clean. I saw a message that they will begin renovations this summer. My main complaint would be the paper thin walls. One night we heard neighbors talking about the basketball game clearly and the next night we were woken up to someone snoring. There really isn’t anything to walk to and what is nearby isn’t anything special. All good restaurants are 20-25 min drive. I would probably chose to say somewhere within walking distance or closer to good restaurants.

Was not at all impressed with this property. If you book please take one piece of advice from me and request to be on top floor. If your on the bottom you are going to hear every footstep and movement from above. The floors were sticky, there were dirty socks in room upon our check in. The heat did not work. Would NEVER recommend.

Older property but well maintained. Great pool area and loved having access to golf and tennis. Next time will request a second floor unit for sound considerations.

Never again. I was given room 7-202. Checked the balcony sliding door and it didn't lock. Checked the screen door and the locking mechanism broke off in my hand. There are adjoining doors with all suites and the loudness of my neighbor's tv through the door had me leaving. Went to call the front desk, someone had unplugged the phone next to the bed. I plugged it back in and receiver was dead. Repacked my stuff and drove back to the reception desk. She was helpful and assigned me to room 10-202. Quiet neighbor, locks that worked, so I unpacked my things. Then my neighbor turned on their AC, I turned on my AC and someone turned on their dishwasher and washer/dryer. The light fixtures in my ceiling began to let off a loud buzzing vibration, the glass door in my shower and the mirrored glass closet began to shake and make music and then the whirling deep sound coming from the wall where my bed was became so loud it transmitted through the bed. I just wanted to sleep, so I dragged the bed away from the wall and slept with my head on the opposite side. Was woken at 4am due to a loud buzzing noise from neighbor's machines. It's nice to have those things in rooms, but only if neighbors are considerate and run them at appropriate times. The walls are made of tissue paper. Woman at reception admitted walls in a few of the buildings have been renovated. I wasn't in 1 of them. I will never visit this place again. Completely sleep deprived. Should've stayed at Hilton.

Nice big room that was more like an apartment. Quiet and safe. Kitchen, dining room and laundry.

I stayed at this property for 4 nights for a business trip, unfortunately I wasn't able to utilize all of the amazing amenities the property had to offer. If coming here for holiday it's impressive, lots to do. It sits on a nice golf course, has a family friendly pool, tennis courts, putt putt course as well as several other things to do. The restaurant has good food. The staff is very friendly and helpful, property is clean and safe, easy parking. The only negatives about my stay, my room was outdated, several of the outlets didn't work. You need to request for room cleaning if you want your bed made, fresh towels, coffee, etc. My neighbors were loud, the doors slammed a lot during my stay. All-in-all it was a nice visit, hopefully I can have some time to take advantage of the amenities next time I visit.

It room itself was amazing. The kitchenette, the washer and dryer an added bonus. Loved our stay.

The only complaint was that the walls between condos were thin and at times it did not feel very private.

Excellent customer service overall awesome

The property gave away our room after we confirmed the room the same day. The staff barely helped us find other accommodations. The phone number provided did not answer after 35 minutes. No follow up from the property.

This was close to my 20th stay here. I literally go to Phoenix to stay here. The staff is very friendly & accomodating. This time i brought my 4 granddaughters 7 & under, we had a 530 flight & they have a pretty firm 10am checkout policy. They gave us a 2pm checkout so we didnt have to have the girls out in the heat. They were able to take prooer naps which made life so much easier for me & my daughter. Ive been there 2x in last month & cant wait to get back to my home away from home ASAP.

We had trouble checking in as the resort explained that Expedia had never sent them our reservation. Then, we had an unfortunate experience of an alarm being programmed in our room for 4am. We went to the lobby the next morning to get this issue fixed and were reassured that the staff would reset the phone in our room… unfortunately the same alarm went off on our second night as well. The staff could not provide any sort of compensation for these disturbances even though we paid an expensive price for a peace of mind and 2 good night sleep. We were told a manager would contact us as there was none on property when we checked out, but we have not been contacted since. Overall good facilities but we wish the service had been able to account for these errors.

The property was more than I expected for what I paid per night. The staff was helpful and courteous, especially Suzi. I would definitely stay here again, and I woukd recommend it to my golfing friends.

The sofa bed didn't have any of the beddings in the room. Anywhere, it was about 11 at night. So we called or requested the betting for the pullout we had to go and walk and get it in the rain. Then when we get there, the hotel attendant that was there very ruly, just pointed to the bag. Den. Sell word to us as she's munching down on food and didn't even ask us anything just pointed at the item didn't even say we're sorry, didn't even say thank you, didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience, nothing at all.She was very rude

The property was lovely. It did not seem particularly well staffed, my coffee maker on my first morning did not work, and every single available number on the property was busy for a looong time. I had to drive to the front desk to request a new one, and I was a little cranky, but they did deliver a brand new coffee maker (in the box) to my room for me to assemble and set up. They resolved the situation. I'd driven to Starbucks in the meantime for my coffee. At the time it seemed odd that I could not reach anybody at all, no housekeeping or front desk or concierge or maintenance, but I guess it can be difficult to keep staff these days. I would return to this establishment.

I’ve stayed here before and was hoping this time would be better, but sadly it wasn’t. When booking through third-party sites, it feels like you’re placed in the neglected part of the hotel. The walls are paper thin—you can hear everything. One night there was a couple fighting and slamming doors, while another room had what sounded like a party with dishes and liquor bottles clanging. I called guest services, but was told they couldn’t do anything unless I paid $95 to move rooms. The refrigerator in my room stopped cooling properly, which caused food to spoil and ice inside to melt, leaving water spilling everywhere. I had to try moving things around myself just to manage the mess while waiting hours for maintenance. When they finally marked the issue “resolved,” nothing had actually changed. By the next day, another staff member admitted the ticket was still open and wasn’t sure it was ever fixed. What makes this more frustrating is that this was my second stay here, and I had a similar experience with noise and poor customer service the first time as well. The worst part both times was the way guest services handled everything—rude, dismissive, and with zero solutions. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Daisha assisted us at check-in. She was so personable and accommodating. It was late at night so we were pretty tired and she made sure the check-in process was quick and efficient. Our room was amazing, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The pool two pools were heated and plenty big. Food was good to. We would book here again in the future.

Legacy Resort is a great place to stay, the room and the golf course were amazing. I would suggest having a rental car if you are going to stay here as there is not much within walking distance and our experience getting rides (taxi, Uber, Lyft) was very difficult.

Overall, this property was beautiful!! The pool area is very clean/well-kept, and the staff was super helpful and pleasant. The area itself is well maintained, and the landscape/flowers are very pretty. My only negative is the surrounding area around the resort is questionable and doesn't appear to be the best, so I was a little uncomfortable at night.

Lucked out and found this place which provided convenient accommodation and golf in the same place. Easy to get to and really close to airport. Would stay again for sure

Convenient location. Close to the airport. Beautiful pool and grounds. Very quiet. Only inconvenience was that it took a really long time for the water to heat up when taking a shower. Other than that the rooms are well equipped with everything you need to make a comfortable stay.

Conveniently located..airport is nearby; easy accessible to freeways. The restaurant/bar is great; good food, great staff! The units are clean and well kept. The kitchenette is well stocked!

This place was nice and lovely. Went to Arizona with the family to see a Baseball game. Chase stadium was only a couple minutes away. This place was nice and quiet and clean. I'm definitely coming back again next year

Great location for me when visiting clients. The property is lovely, well appointed, and has everything I need! The hiking trails are beautiful, and it seems like a safe area.

Check in took longer than expected but reasonable. Concierge gave up easily when we said we were not interested in time share presentation. Room was comfortable on first floor with view of golf course. Husband golfed and enjoyed the course and round. Had dinner on the patio, great view and food was good.

From the start, we were treated like royalty. Very nice resort. Sattf fantastic. Rooms very nice. TV, tons of channels. Golf course, top notch. Pool was very nice however no kool decking and it was 112 degrees so hard to get in and out without having flip-flops right there. Pool bar was nice with good HH deals but does not stay open long. Pool is open however. All in all, a superb stay at very nice resort.

Great Hotel! Was a little disappointed they didn’t offer free breakfast.

The property is like an apartment (so much room). The walls are a little thin (but that wasn't a big issue for us). We had a great time & would definitely go back. The restaurant on the property had some really good nachos. The staff was very nice.

This property was great. My family really enjoyed this weekend trip. The restaurant is convenient and good cafe type food decent priced $$. The pool was heated.
