They did welcome pets I didn’t have any but did see others. There were no activities but overall the hotel wasn’t bad. We felt safe there no homeless were hanging around the building. Also seen the police driving around building. The pool states open year around but there were no chairs to enjoy the pool.

I have an issue with this hotel. The only reason I booked here was because your site showed they had EV charging available. When I arrived, the front desk was not helpful, didn’t know what I was taking about, and dismissed my request. I drove around their parking lot and found the EV charging parking spots, but they didn’t work. I would’ve stayed elsewhere, especially because this hotel was in a bad neighborhood and was out of my way. The whole point was the convenience of free charging, and that didn’t happen.

Right off the fwy is a plus and they allow pets (2 per room). The area was safe didn’t have any problems. They were remodeling so some parking was blocked and they had lot of debris. Also make sure to not get a room on the sun side because your room will get hot and the air conditioning will work overtime. But loved the staff very helpful and they deserve a raise thank you for making my stay the best for my pups first trip.

Received on key for the accommodations. Needed two keys, always have gotten 2 keys! Not told at registration that a second key required ID! Also didn't realize there was a pet policy to read and sign! Area is dicey, grounds sparse. Pool had only 2 chairs. Room clean, maids very helpful.

For EV owners, all 4 chargers didn’t communicate with Tesla. Had to go elsewhere to charge. Not sure if they work with other brands. Connector is J1772. For everyone else property is clean and safe. Even though it is near the freeway I couldn’t hear traffic.

Hotel is Under construction entire 1st floor gutted. Staff wasn’t rude but wasn’t helpful. Room was not the one I reserved or paid for. No amenities no breakfast or office space. Made the entire 7 day stay. Water outages the entire time- no notice or construction taking place. Room sheets stained, exterior lots of trash and construction products and a dumpster, lots of transients and overall just dirty. If I had known I would have left sooner it was paid for by 3rd site so the hotel wouldn’t help me address the concerns | also smelled like mildew and the a/c sounded like an angry screeching dragon. 0/10 don’t recommend and won’t return false advertising - pictures that I saw were not of the hotel I stayed at.

Mold coming out of the walls in the bathroom. The bathtub was separating with mold. Bathtub wallpaper was coming off. The floors were sticky. The room smelled like an old damp smell. The water came out cold in the shower. The ralling for the handicapped in the elevator were coming off and the elevator smelled like pee. We are NEVER staying here again. Absolutely disgusting place to stay at.

It was a cheap place to stay in town and it showed. Really outdated but worst than that we had cockroaches in the room, the floor was collapsing in, and walls were dirty. If I could have found a different room in town within budget I would have and tried to.

ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES! I have a video recording of a roach cruising around in the bathroom/shower area. When I brought this to the front desk attention, they offered to switch my room. I respectfully declined and checked out early. Also, the photos of the property/rooms on Expedia are NOT consistent with the actual property and rooms! The actual property and rooms are dingy—dingy walls, elevators, carpets. Its smelly and appeared to be housing facility for people on drugs—there were a lot of questionable people hanging out in the lobby and in front of the hotel—-I should have turned around at that very moment.

Our hotel stay was very pleasant. Property is in good condition and location is exceptionally good. A bit disappointed that the EV charger was not working. One of the reasons we booked this particular hotel is for that convenience. It turns out that the EV charger has not been working for a couple years since the state funding ran out. The hotel still lists EV charging as available. Rooms facing the freeway are just a bit noisy and the sunshine in the morning is very powerful and direct.

The AC unit was very noisy, with an overly noisy compressor. I had to turn it off to sleep but then the AC compressor in the adjecant room to the north was even louder and could hear it thru the wall! I got maybe 4 hours of sleep. Fix the damned AC units please!

Property was clean, maid staff and maintenance were always cleaning. Stayed 3 nights and the TV never worked. Asked more than once for front desk to fix but never happened. Tissues in the room were little travel packs so you only had about 4-5 tissues. This property is good for one night but I would not recommend more than that.

The hotel was overbooked and the cleaning crew had already went home. My room was unprepared, but the night manager went WAY above and beyond and cleaned my room well (not her job, but she got to work and made it right!) that level of service needs a shoutout! The room was clean and quiet. I noticed the fire doors we blocked open. They are always supposed to close, so, there’s that fire code violation. Still, above and beyond service.

After a nightmare experience at another hotel in another city, Red Roof Inn was a total lifesaver. From the moment we checked in, the staff was extremely friendly, the room was spotless, and everything just felt right. It was exactly the reset we needed—comfortable, clean, and welcoming. First off just want to say my first time and LAST time ever staying at a red roof inn!! Front desk clerk extremely RUDE!! Had a late check in around midnight. Was working. And the front desk clerk was extremely rude. Not to mention for the price of the stay and no breakfast of any sort. Just some really bad tasting coffee. And also the morning front desk person. Also extremely rude. I ask for a printed cope of a receipt. She told me very rudely that she can’t get me one since I booked the room on line. I told her that I need a paper receipt or I don’t get reimbursed for my stay. Which as a matter of fact I DID NOT GET REIMBURSED FROM WORK!! She told me very rudely that since I booked online that that’s good enough to show my boss. I expressed myself and walked out!! I will sleep in my truck than stay at any redroof inn, Ever again!! If redroof had the last available room i wouldn’t get it, I would sleep in the back of my truck outside!!’ I travel every week for work. Stay in motels as a second home. never, NEVER HAVE I HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!

Very noisy, right on the freeway. Dirty walls, doors, fixtures. No amenities. Cost was not worth the condition of the place. Homeless people hanging around area. Hard to access off the main road .

Hotel was clean and priced at a reasonable rate. Surrounded by many places to eat that are not far away from the hotel, gas stations and banks are close as well. Non smoking rooms but plenty of outdoor room to smoke. Staff was friendly.

The property was clean indoors and outdoors. Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly and efficient. The housekeeping staff does a great job maintaining the property clean and smelling fresh. There were dining options close by and the freeway was easily accessible. What I didn't like is that one night I encountered some sketchy-looking people walking in the parking lot, towards the back of the property. Other than that incident I felt safe. I will be traveling to the Phoneix area next month for another of my son's baseball tournaments and I will definitely consider booking this same hotel.

Our grand daughters were in a volley ball tournament in Phoenix so we were not in the room other than to sleep. We had a great Pizzaria sports bar close by and the food was excellent. We had a Denny's that was close for Breakfast.

Room does not look like online picture. Bed comfortable and shower had good pressure. Liked having sink outside of bathroom. Morning coffee was delicious. Tv was hard to figure out. Front desk helped. No microwave/ refrigerator. Mostly good. Next to i-17 in a cul-d-sac.
