This was the most blatant catfish I've ever encountered. The pictures in the Hotels.com app would have you believe you're in for a treat at a beautifuly maintained establishment. The truth is the opposite. The hotel is filthy. The lobby floor sticks to your feet as you walk. The floor in the room somehow looks and feels even worse. The elevator was broken, so you'll have to use the stairs. The dumpster in the corner of the parking lot must be just for decoration, because the stairwell is clearly the primary garbage dumping site. With all the trash in the stairwell, you'd think it would smell like trash. If only we could be so lucky. Instead you'll be greeted by the scent of urine and Marlboro smoke baking in the heat of the unventilated hotbox. Who needs A/C in Phoenix in August am I right? At least we only need to climb one floor. God help you if your room is higher than that. Backstage at a Wiz Khalifa concert smells less like weed than the 2nd floor hallway. A box of weed smells less like weed than the 2nd floor hallway. Every other door you pass on the way to your room will have trap music blasting from a cell phone or cheap Bluetooth speaker behind it. The desk staff and security guard are friendly and helpful, but what must be going on at this place for them to need armed security? Seriously, I've seen brinks truck guards less battle ready than this guy. My only temptation to return here is pure morbid curiosity.

Easy in and easy out. Clean facility. It smelled good. The sheets were clean, had everything we needed. All at a very reasonable price. I'd stay again.
