The room was very dirty floors base boards .bedding had burn holes Stained sheets towels stained. Dust everywhere only certain lights worked. Sink wouldn’t drain. Jacuzzi tub didn’t work properly jets were not shooting out properly caused floor to get soaked don’t even get in. Felt very unsafe as the door was hard to shut and lock didn't work. Hall ways need to b vacuumed and stairwells were used for storage. Paid $200 for a a romantic night for my husband’s birthday after the pistons game as we live over an hour away. Very upsetting ;(

People were very nice. Building was very outdated and needed updates. Floor in our room felt like it had holes. Ceiling had water damage. Ice machine didn’t work. Mattress were sitting in the hallways. Couches and walls were dirty.

Breakfast was terrible and thoughtless. It should have been in line with other Super 8 motels. The air conditioner did not work properly and went on and off all night. Sleeping was a challenge and the light was on to indicate a new filter was needed. Consequently, we had dirty air blowing at us constantly. The bathtub needs a grab bar. My wife slipped and almost fell to the floor.

Room had an odour once we walked in. Good thing I always bring a room spray! Air conditioner unit was duct taped and made a lot of rattling noises. Domestic argument was goin on down the hall and a man was under the influence of drugs at night staggering right behind my truck. Coffee in the morning was horrible, i couldn't even drink it. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Soundproofing does not exist. Everything in the hallway, anything outside your window and anything louder than a whisper in the neighboring rooms can be heard. Unless you are a very sound sleeper, do not stay here. Everything else was fine. I would give 5 stars if it was quiet. But getting sleep is the most important part of a hotel, and I couldn’t sleep here, thus the low rating.

The exterior of the building was dirty. Window screens cut. Elevator floor dirty and wet. My room had a musty smell, brown rings in the toilet. It was supposed to be a queen size bed, it was a full size. The most disgusting part was the bed bugs!! I tried using the phone to call the front desk… the phone didn’t work. I was moved to another room which was cleaner. I wish I could upload the pictures of the bed bugs on the pillows.

The lady behind the counter was awesome. The bad part was the room itself. There was no shower head on the shower and the room was cold and took forever to warm up. Also the hot tub looked old and needed to be replaced or upgraded. I won't stay here again.

This hotel is in dire need of renovation. It is decades past its prime.and reflects poorly on the Windham name. It has a third world feel as things appear old or worn out and not entirely clean. There are room air conditioners (both broken and new) stored in the dimly lit stairwell. I would not stay here again even at 1/2 the price.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Room felt a bit on the old side. Room had an accessible bathroom which was a bit of a surprise - it had terrible lighting. No lighting for the shower. Ice machine in the lobby failed to work. I did not try the continental breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful!! Would stay again, but in another room.

The room was dirty, and the shower drain wasn’t working properly. There was a strong smell of smoke throughout the hotel, including in my non-smoking room and the hallways. Car alarms were also going off at night, making it hard to rest. I don’t mind a basic room that’s expected for the price but it should still be clean and free of smoke, especially in a non-smoking

Breakfast was waffles so okay cool. Some fruit and coffee. Checked in around 1145- hallway sounds like a whole party. No big deal we are all tired anyway....cant lock the door. Its been previously kicked in. The deadbolt wont lock nor will the extra one cause its broken off. Desk clerk says she had no idea. 🤔 you need to reevaluate your staff if no ones said anything... The worst part is, and she tried to pass it off as if she didn't know.

There was little spots of blood in the bathroom across from the toilet, the door would stick and you had to force it shut which caused a loud bang sound, the toilet seat was broken and would shift to the side, and the top latch lock was broken and was not useable

I was afraid to touch anything in the room. There were holes in the wall there was no latch for the lock but beat of all i tried to heat my food up in the microwave and it shocked me. There was no heat and if there was i couldnt turn it on becauae there were no knobs.

We had to attend a funeral and when we checked in, we were given (Rm 112). We quickly brought in our luggage and left to meet family. Upon our return after 10PM for the evening to sleep, we found that our door was unable to be secured by the deadbolt or the latch (which was not there at all). The bathroom ceiling also had a large patch of mold on it from a water leak. The blanket smelled very musty and dirty. Overall, it was a bust and we will NOT stay there again. When I checked out the next morning, as we did not want to stay there another night, I was informed that I would need to talk to Expedia about any refund of money. They would do nothing to help us.

There were many parts broken/not in use in the room including the deadbolt (which is critical for our safety) as well as the tv remote so watching anything was out of the picture. Light switch plastic covering was disgusting with some unknown body substance. This was all after getting 2 different sets of cards to try and open our room door until the gentleman switched us rooms with the explained issues above. All staff were nice, hotel up-keep needs improving..

This is the most nastiest ,uncleanliness place I’v ever stayed at- The room was a stinch of urine ,moldy , Towels and bed sheets were not clean ,human hairs falling out of them And the receptionist young guy who was at the morning shift, was so rude ,disrespectful and unprofessional.!!! Definitely I wouldn’t recommend at all .

the vent fan in the bathroom leaked water all night, starting about 1am, up every hour to get more towels to clean it up, check in lady was mad that we used “the good towels” to clean up the water, expected us to go and get cleaning towels from her to clean up all the water. blow dryer didn’t work, asked for a working one, check in lady chuckled and said “let me just go rip one off someone else’s wall for you” offered to switch our room at 530 in the morning when she knew we were checking out at 7 to leave.

Terrible experience. The front lobby declined a refund. And hotels.com refused me reimbursement. Once I arrived to the hotel I was a bit sketched out but tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt since they wouldn’t let me cancel a reservation but my room was simply sub-par. Bugs crawling on the ceiling. Cigarette burn marks in both me and my friend’s mattress. Holes and stains in the sheets. Some of the threading of the sheets were coming apart. One of the dressers was completely busted. Stains on the walls. There was an ancient LCD TV mounted with the base still attached for no reason lol. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly because the floor was warped. The remote was busted to the tv and you couldn’t control the volume. There was an old crusty mattress in the hallway of our floor blocking the walkway right by the elevator of the third floor. These are all issues with even changing rooms for a second time. Just a rough experience all together. The fact that hotels.com wouldn’t reimburse me for this either, I don’t know if I will ever use their booking site service again.

The housekeeper was wonderful. The place was very clean. However, the maintenance is lacking. Painting doesn't actually fix things. The bed springs were about a decade past needing to be replaced. The whole place smelled of weed. We had to wash our hands if we touched the walls or else our hands would smell of weed. The location did feel safe.

Staff were very helpful. Made more coffee for us when we came downstairs just after breakfast and got milk for us too. Breakfast next day was good. Also helped promptly when our keycards didn't work. Issues: keycards stopped working 3 times. That was annoying. Had to get re-keyed each time. Room was clean, except floor was sticky all over on first day. Cold water pressure in sink was non-existent. Just a dribble. Had to use hot water tap to brush teeth. Not a huge problem but obviously cold water tap wasn't connected properly! Also, saw three small cockroaches on Saturday, running on bathroom floor to shower chair and under baseboard on toilet side. Ugh! Obvious deteriorating condition bottom of wall near shower. Otherwise, bedroom tidy & good service by housekeeping.
