Last minute stay after a long drive. Staff very nice. Easy check in. Pros- large room with fridge and comfortable beds. Clean bathroom with large shower. Air worked great. Also very near restaurants and bars. So close you could easily hear the bands across the street. Negs- People were out on the balcony drinking and listening to the band which is not so bad unless you are exhausted and trying to get to sleep. But after turning on the fan on the air unit, the white noise did its trick. Also ice was difficult to find and not sure if there is an elevator. Breakfast was average. Would stay again

Review is for a double bed queen room. Room was clean and quiet. Parking close to room. Easy walking distance to shops and dining. Plenty of space in room to put suitcases and boxes from car. Sink separate from bath/toilet area. No microwave in room but one available in breakfast area. Very good value for money and would stay there again.

There is no microwave in the room, only outside the breakfast room. need to reheat food and walk back to our room. food gets cold during the winter weather. very inconvenient

Be for warned. My wife has a bad knee making it hard for her to use stairs. I booked our room online. When we checked in we were told our room was on the second floor with no elevator. They wouldn't let us change rooms or cancel because we booked online.

Clean room. Had maid service come by the second day, which was a shocker! Plenty of parking. Good stay for a weekend in Williams. They had breakfast available but I didn’t go down to look, I figured it would be a carb breakfast. About a 5 minute or so walk to downtown. Would stay again.

Good value for the money. Room was clean, bed was better than average, The Samsung TV was exceptioal with hundreds of channels on streaming DirecTV, and the shower was equipped with upscale shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Continental breakfast included fresh fruit and yogurt along with excellent coffee

I was not able to connect and even when I did it was buffering. Room could have had a microwave. Overall, I liked my stay and would stay again.

Review is for room with 2 queen beds. Room was nice size with plenty of space to put bags and stuff on floor. No microwave in room but there was a shared outdoor microwave .Refrigerator OK. Table with one chair in room Sink in same room as toilet and shower. Parking close to room.Nice room decor, clean, comfortable beds, plenty of lighting, enough plugs for chargers and computers. Wi-Fi for us was terrible, almost unusable in room.

The front desk was very helpful when we checked in and asked if they had a room available with a walk in shower. They immediately switched us. The room was simple but clean, and there were plenty of plugs--including one in the bathroom. I swear it seems most hotels don't have plugs anymore! The beds were fine too. I gave it four stars because the AC unit literally sounded like a giant bowl of rice crispies cereal ALL night. So that woke us up a few times. Overall though, for the price, this place was a good deal.

Reasonably priced, but the walls are very thin and my next door ‘neighbor’ snored so loud all night that it kept me up. Otherwise, it’s a convenient location with good overall service.

The bed was kind size and very comfy. The room was clean, nice tv. A slight clanking sound in the bathroom. Free breakfast consisted on donut bites, package oatmeal, toast and cereal. Coffee and juice.

Great little hotel right downtown. Walkable to anywhere you wanna go. Walls kinda thin and room was very tiny but for the price it was ok. Front desk let me check in at 2pm with no extra charge…Always appreciate that.

Located in a very busy part of town. Many restaurants in walking distance. Also a train runs very close by, lots of whistles. It's an older building with small rooms. The rooms are clean and there is AC. Refrigerator , but no microwave. Breakfast is minimal - cereal, mini doughnuts, coffee, tea, Sunny D. No fruit. Okay place to stay if not staying long.

Located on Route 66. Convenient location for walking the town of Williams. It was a small, basic room, but it met our needs for the most part. Full bed rather than the queen bed we booked. One towel bar in the bathroom to hang two bath towels, two washcloths, and hand towels. No microwave, but there was a fridge. Breakfast was typical.

The room was clean and comfortable. One day we were getting ready to go somewhere got in the car. It showed one of the tires was low. I went in to the office to ask the manager where the nearest service station was without hesitation he got his tire gauge, checked the tires, brought out his portable Generator and filled the tire for us. Also, he’s found a second suitcase stand for us. Great place I would definitely stay there again..

The manager was VERY polite, courteous and friendly and quickly checked me in after a long day of driving. I was given a standard room with a king-sized bed... the room was immaculate, and the pillow-top bed was one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. the AC was quiet and kept the room the perfect temp all night long.. I walked across the street to have an authentic BBQ rib dinner and return to my room to watch TV and was pleasantly surprised to see dozens of premium movie channels to choose from... overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I have enjoyed in many years! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay in scenic Williams, AZ.

Would have been a good stay but manager (sorry I didn’t get his name) was so friendly and cheerful, both check in and day of departure, that I rate our stay well above average. Breakfast was very basic and no microwave in the room, which was a bit unusual, but neither bothered us. Overall rating is very high and a definite repeat if we ever travel through Williams again.

Property was decent for the price. AC worked well, room was clean, wanted pressure good. The bed was not comfortable and breakfast is not served until 7 so if your planning an early start no breakfast.
