Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Yuma

Very nice staff. Hotel seems a little old though and a lot of things were broken (including most of the machines in the gym and a barely working elevator). Would expect much more from a hotel charging so much.

Loved it clean pleasant close to everything friendly staff and great bf too only draw back Hot tub was taped off but other than that perfect stay ;)

My 11 year old daughter and I had a Mommy/Daughter overnight trip to Yuma and decided to spend the night at this hotel based on other people’s reviews. The check in was great and I forgot the gentleman’s name that checked us in but he was so nice and charismatic. In the evening my daughter and I went swimming and luckily we had grabbed our own pool towels before going to the pool because there weren’t any pool towels down there… When I went inside to ask for some I couldn’t find anybody who worked there around anywhere. Then we used the pool again in the morning after breakfast and there were still no towels out in the pool area in the towel bin. At the breakfast buffet that everyone had raved about, they had no creamer for the coffee, they were pretty much out of the dark roast so they only had decaf and then didn’t have much food set out for the buffet. My daughter and I love the buffets at hotels and we were so disappointed in this “buffet”. Yes I understand it was a Friday morning which is a weekday and there were not that many people in the hotel but still the people that were there paid for their nights stay and could have had a little more breakfast and at least coffee. Then when we went to check out, we tried carrying all of our stuff in 1 trip cause the front desk staff was using the luggage cart for their kitchen supplies and looked annoyed when I asked to use the guest cart. The front desk lady rolled her eyes when I asked to check out. We wont be here again.

It was a pleasant stay staff really helpful my family enjoyed the pool to the max the couple of nights we stayed at this place

The room was spotless. Front desk presonnel were friendly. The only issue I had was that I wanted a bottom floor room because I get claustrophobic in elevator but I should have called in advance to make arrangements. The freeway noise was so loud. It sounded like the traffic was in the room. I couldn't get the earplugs to sit in my ear so I just put up with the noise. So I didn't much sleep. The property is quite dated. The carpet in the rooms feels musty and older. The staff was very friendly and very helpful but I would not stay at this property or recommend it.

This is the lowest of the Marriotts ive been to. The beds a very uncomfortable and there were bugs in the folded towles, Tiny little bugs. Gross! The breakfast is not great. Bunch of microwaved foods. Ive stayed a multi Marriotts but this one by far is disappointing.

Generally clean hotel. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom sink faucet was loose / leaky but did not affect my stay. Breakfast was tasty and well-stocked.

Everything is excellent except water pressure despite taking showers at odd times later in the day.

Great location and very nice staff and hotel. A long travel day and road noise from the nearby highway made it a less comfortable stay than desired. I take responsibility for the long travel day, but the highway noise was pretty bad.

We got upgraded to an executive suite and it was wonderful The shower door made noise

When I first got there, my first room was right next to the elevator. When I went downstairs to get another room, the room they gave me was on the far end next to the freeway. The freeway noise was so loud. It was tough to get to sleep. I won’t be going back to this hotel!

Nice and clean hotel conveniently located near interstate. Cracker's barrel restaurant at walking distance as well as a Diner. Rooms are rather well sound proofed by we can still hear traffic in the morning.

The hotel clerk was very sweet and helpful! She is a great asset to the Fairfield Inn.

Great customer service very helpful about change in plans due to flight cancellation. Sent maintenance man to pick me up from airport because service didn’t run that day.

There were several unhoused persons in the area. Some in campers and some on the street. Made us worry about the area.

Clean and easy place to stay as a stop over on a longer trip. Right off the highway and clean, clean, and clen with big rooms.

The stay was average. I expect more from a Marriott property. The breakfast choices were limited and not enough choices for family’s with small children.
