I brouhgt my wife to this hotel. booked the Jacuzzi room to have a romantic night after coming from the Morongo casino and I was shocked how durty was the floor in my room, have to go to registration and conplain about it well they sent the house keeper to clean it (she used only water and a towel) then we finally want to relax at the jacuzzi only to find out that the jetters were not working, we end up sitting in flat water no bublbles or massage from the jetters. Very disappointed, wont stay here next time.

This place is a dump, do not stay here. The pictures look so much nicer. If I was t drunk, I would have driven home. The bedspread had cigarette burns, the pillows had some purple stuff smeared on them, and the toilet barely flushed. I don’t know why I thought the pool would be any better, but it’s an alligator away from being a swamp. There are not any lounge chairs. Just a broken one. There aren’t many options in the area if Morongo is sold out but the other places have to better than this dump.

Over all 4/5 the property seems a little outdated which most motels are. It was clean-ish enough to where it isn’t a problem. Staff was friendly. And we never had any issues finding parking. Area seems safe for the most part. Starbucks is next door which was a big plus for my wife. I would definitely stay again if needed.

No ice machine, lots of homeless people, both beds had hair & bugs in the sheets/blankets, the door had no weather stripping so more bugs were coming in the room. The HVAC was off, not sure why it was off spring the summer it took 2 hours to cool the room down. The room smells like someone smoked in it we don't smoke & don't like smelling like smoke after staying in the room

I had to clean the floor upon entry ,the toilet would not flush and did not have a seal to hold it in place, there was no screen on the window, the hot tub leaked everywhere so unusable, and the sink would not drain. I fixed everything. Also the TV would not turn up I. Volume at all.

This hotel does not meet any Wyndham standards. Heater did not work, lights did not work, jacuzzi was old and filthy, we did not use it, freeway noise all night, bathroom door would not close, people running up and down stairs all night. Will not visit a Wyndham facility again. Terrible experience.

Beds were actually very comfortable. Staff was trying to be accommodating. No screen on the window so we couldn’t open the window. Found a “fake” black widow chilling by the AC unit. Ice machine doesn’t work but they did deliver ice to our room. Paint peeling. Bathtub stained. Walls were sticky.

The rooms are horrible and not clean at all. I really felt unsafe here because there was no top lock. After I got the room was when I was made aware that their pool was out of service. I will never go back. Bad experience

Lots of fastfood options within the vicinity. Close to the 10fway. Ample parking. Hotel is not maintained properly with torn walls, doors, non smoking room smells like cigarette, drawers were broken and missing doors

Room was beyond disgusting. Sheets were stained, floors were sticky and dead bugs in the room. Days Inn should be ashamed to be associated with this property.

It was cool that they were located in a spot where we can in and out of the parking area. Overall our experience was ok. Customer service was awesome, just do not think we will come back if the rooms are not going to be clean or the sheets being stained or with burn holes in them.

Overall very dirty from the bedding to the towels.

I did not appreciate having a dirty bathroom that was never cleaned and had S*** all over it, cigar burns on the blankets and furniture, someone else dinner leftovers under the bed and around the nightstand. All around a very nasty place, and nothing like the pictures on the site. I don't think this place is worth $50.00 a night, considering the area and conditions of the room. the room had a heavy odor of cleaning product, leftover cleaning supplies also left behind, and all around just expec the worse if you book this place.

"We don't have non smoking rooms left. minutes pass as they look again. I don't want a smoking room so he checks again. Maybe 10 plus minutes and he says he found a room. A customer before me complained about "A" room (209) but it didn't register til i got in the room and saw a towel that was used and had hair on it. That customer complained about the room and they changed rooms. He gave me THAT same (dirty) room with a towel that was used and had hair on it. I was too damm tired to go back and TRY to cancel the res. I did not think it was professional

The floor was filthy. Microwave wasn't plugged in, short cord. Had to put it on a chair by a plug. TV's sound didn't work. We asked for help but staff never showed. There was a spot for tissue but they don't carry tissue. Shower water occasionally went ice cold during our showers.

The room and sheets were dirty and there were bugs in the floor boards. The TV didn’t work And the shower curtain rod was broken and the curtain would not stay close

The TV did not work when we arrived. had to wait about an hour it to be fixed. Very inconvinient. The shower nob was basically broken, so finding hot water was a challenge.

Nice during the day but at night don’t expect to get sleep. People are loud and banging on doors, dogs barking in rooms.

The TV in my room didn't work and the remote for the tv was missing and the Door was kicked in recently and being held on by 1 screw

this appears to be a facility where smoking is allowed in rooms. We had asked for a non-smoking room but were assigned a room which reeked of tobacco smoke and also had a broken air-conditioner. The manager did offer a portable room heater but due to the smoke we were given another room. That room had a leaky faucet in the bathroom. Overall a run down hotel which should not be operated in the present state.

The feel of the room was institutional, and the lighting was fit for an interrogation. There were quite a few people loitering on the balcony and in the parking lot when we arrived at 11:30 pm. We left and returned the key to the office - we did not stay. I will be trying to get a refund for the prepayment on Expedia.

Big room but room needs a paint job and updating. Dresser missing door front, mismatched chairs and floor acratched up.

Poor staff would not refund my stay after there was an issue with the first room. Dirty bathtub in the jacuzzi room. So I changed rooms then there was broken glass so I just checked out that night and went to a different hotel. Still haven’t received my deposit back

No washcloths provided; desk clerk pretended to not know what I was asking for. Room was in poor shape, toilet would barely flush. During check in the clerk insisted I fill out a survey on service and withheld room key until I complied. I will never stay here gain.

It is a nice place to stay and feels safe . Although I registered online on the Hotels . com website, when I checked in I was told that I had to pay $ 50.00 deposit for " incidentals " which was not mentioned on the website when I checked in so that caught me off guard .

Front staff was friendly.

The staff that checked me in was nice...unfortunately the room was not up to par. The room had lights that flickered really bad. The light over the shower and the light over the hand washing sink. The sheets looked dingy and the mini fridge was really dirty. Went to the front desk to let them know about the room conditions and the fella that helped out, gave us a new room. We stayed there for 2 nights total. The 2nd room had a bad odor and not hair dryer. The sheets looked dirty in this room as well. The toilet was leaking and the pipes were super loud after each flush. We had asked the cleaning gal for more towels, 3x and never received them. Went to the front desk and the sign was up stating they would be back in 5 mins. I waited there and still no one. Went back to the room & called the front desk. The fella gave attitude & stated that the cleaning gal had left. I let him know that we had asked her and she never gave us any. So with attitude he begrudgingly said to come to the front desk. I walked back & the sign was still up. I noticed on the wall the video surveillance & there were 3 fellas in total just standing around. 1 came out with 2 towels and walked back to the room they were in. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

The staff were easy accommodating and laid back quiet good people all around

Clerk did not return my drivers' license at check-in, nor at check-out. Did not find out until next night, 476 miles away. Staff was no help getting it back, acting like it was my fault. I'm sure I wasn't the only one.

Upon checkin we were told that the Television in the room they were assigning us didn’t work. I told the receptionist that I like to watch Tv and prefer to be in a room where it woks. We were assigned a different room. When my husband went to take a shower, the shower didn’t work. I called the front desk I was told that he would come check it out. I told him we had somewhere to be and if he can just give me a different room, I even told him the one without a working Tv would be better than one with no shower. He told me he had just given it to someone else so he had no more rooms and would come check out the shower. He c as me yo the room and verified that it wasn’t working and miraculously has a room to move us to.

Staff was helpful and nice. room was good . location very close to main highway.

We check in, TV didn’t work but the most terrible was the housekeeper open the door without nocking the door and we were busy and after that she came back again . So we fill no safe in that place we didn’t state we leave the hotel after 2 hrs the check in .I would like my money back .

Bad area! Lots of random people walking by and knocking on doors. No security at all!! Tellers are horrible! Came in at 7pm to check in and noticed that there was a sign that said be back in ten minutes. An hour later at 8:15 pm was finally able to check in.

I expected a lot nicer hotel for the amount of money that we paid. It was old the walls had peeling sheet rock. There were bugs on the floor. When I checked in the guy behind the desk did not even come and open the door when he saw that I was on a knee scooter with my leg in a cast. He told us that coffee and donuts were from 6 to 9 in the morning and to bring our key in well we went at seven and the doors were locked. No coffee and no donuts. When I recommend this place again hell no. For the amount of $$ breakfast should have been included

Motel was clean. Room was clean and spacious. Refrigerator was surprisingly spacious. Plenty of shampoo, moisturizer, etc. It was very difficult to figure out how to turn off the TV; remote control totally did not work. Hair dryer did not work. Coffee maker did not work well. There was a small leak in the tub, which did not bother me and wouldn't inconvenience any traveler, but is a waste of water. Breakfast, promised in the wb-site and in the in-room printed guide, was scheduled for 6-9. It never materialized. (I was there at 7:25 and 7:35, and could see through the windows.)

The shower head was broken water never was able to turn off completely. Never had any room service not even clean towels for the next day stay or bed made. The front lobby did not provide for not even any coffee service.

Breakfast was a sunny d and grenola bar. Walls had holes in it. Bathroom was dirty.

Very C hotel. Nothing extra whatsoever. No breakfast, no Kleenex in the room, coffee in the room for only one day of a 4-day stay. No extra soap, no extra towels. Nice staff, but certainly not friendly.

I prefer a more complete breakfast than just bagels and pastry. Every time we put up our ‘DO NOT DISTURB’ sign it was always on the walkway. The last night, the sign completely disappeared.

Very badly maintained rooms with ugly cushion sheet for the chairs. Value for the money paid 156$ for a night is very low. complementary breakfast is just 1 dought nut and a small plastic bottle mini size of orange juice. pathetic.... Over all very bad experience and the next day i stayed in Lake arrow head for the same money in a classic start rated hotel.
