Car was broken into during the night. I told the lady who is apparently the manager and she did nothing. The lack of empathy and lack of willingness to even look at the cameras is concerning. She was on her phone the whole time. The other lady, Pricilla, I believe her name was, was totally cool and pleasant.

Overall great. No elevator found. Bed was nice. Bathroom was ok. Had a mini fridge and microwave. Apparently we did not hear when we were checking in that the breakfast wasn't going to have any kind of proteins. There was no eggs, bacon, sausage, nothing. I do not know if that is how it always is there, or if they had a supply issue. Would stay there again if they had protein with their breakfast.

A couple of the things that interested me in this hotel was the breakfast and the pool. When I arrived, I found out that there are renovations going on, and there are no breakfast, and the pool was not operable although the customer service was good, the place smelt of paint, had I known of these beforehand I would not have stayed here

Motel was very clean, staff were welcoming and responsive to questions or requests. Breakfast offerings were nice including several choices of waffles, oatmeal, toast, pastries, cereals, juices, coffee. Rooms equipped w coffee maker, micro wave, small frig, furnishings in excellent condition, look just like the photos in their ad.

The front desk staff were both very nice and friendly The room itself was not very clean lots of dark mold around shower floors were dirty and sticky the entire room felt dirty and was we were not comfortable with the lack of cleanliness.

The room was very nice, bathroom very modern with marble-walled shower/bath, and marble countertops. Beds were very comfortable, and room was immaculate! Having eggs or a protein-option for breakfast would've been a big plus, but no complaints for the price. Thanks for a great stay.

Reserved 2 rooms and was only given 1 room for 6 people, due to the staff member during check in was so new that he did not check us in correctly and was unable to reach a manager. We also called ahead and reserved an infant bed, once we arrived we were told that one could not be found and that the mangerbwould be in at 7am the next morning and we could deal with the issue then. Then staff called the room at 430 in the morning saying he had found the infant bed, but calling the room not only woke us up but also the baby. The rooms were not clean, super hot, no elevator, and unhelpful staff

We checked in a 2 queen bedroom. It was so nice and clean. The walls were sound proof because it was so quiet. They had coffee maker, tea bags, a refrigerator, tv, and close to a lot of restaurants and free breakfast.

Backed up to I-10 and a very busy road in front. The area surrounding the property were littered and abandoned. Breakfast was bare minimum. Faucet in room was not set well so the whole thing lifted up a bit when you turned it on. Blinds were broken but at least they were closed well. Climate control could use some work.

My family and I stopped her for one night while on a road trip. We really liked everything about this hotel. The woman who checked us in was so friendly! The rooms were clean and nice, beds comfortable, with plenty of blankets. The AC worked great. Shower pressure was awesome. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be back!

Rooms were clean, downstairs room by the ice machine and laundry room was a bit noisy but I guess that's what happens when you're next to these rooms. Front desk could've been a little more welcoming. Breakfast was a bit too crowded to serve yourself. Nothing major just a typical room stay. I would book again.

The building was not kept up. I went to open the blind and there was a broken rod iron gate falling over. The room itself smelled awful (sour) thank goodness I had spray. The shower curtain was old and discolored. The towels were wore out. The faucet was loose (which I reported for them to fix) Breakfast until 9 am was not refilled with items. Coffee was out and not refilled. Lazy staff?? I would never recommend this place to anyone. I will not book again on line the pictures are not accurate.
