We went there to get in the Jacuzzi, I literally made two phone calls prior, one before I booked and one before we left. I was told the Jacuzzi was up and running… that was one reason we booked the room to get in the Jacuzzi and the Jacuzzi didn’t work when we got there… one employee came out to the jacuzzi told us it hadn’t been working, but sent an email out to who services it, after she knew we were interested in getting in. My husband told her, we just called prior to leaving home. They fixed the Jacuzzi the next day, it was up and running finally, but it was time for us to check out. Never was able to get in the JACUZZI for 2 days. Very very disappointed!!!! I wish they would have been honest.

The jacuzzi was green. And the elevator was not working properly and the front desk assured us it was fine. We opted for the stairs to the third floor only to find a family was stuck in the elevator and had to be rescued by Cal Fire.

Our issue was coming back from a wedding venue and the room had roaches crawling on counters, wall behind the tv, around the refrigerator, and in bathroom. I only stayed the time we did because of venue and family staying in hotel but my daughter and I couldn’t sleep knowing bugs were crawling everywhere. Our nonsmoking room was across the hall from smoking rooms. We had to place a towel by the door to decrease the smoke smell. The hallway and our nonsmoking room reeked of tobacco and marijuana smoke. While the staff was pleasant, I would not return.

THIS IS A SMOKING HOTEL. The hallway to my room on the 2nd floor smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke and so nauseating that I had to hold my breath. Even my room smelled awful. The carpet in my room was dirty it made my feet black turn black. There was no freezer in the fridge. And there was mold growing on the shower walls.

A win, win. The hotel is very clean with a great staff. Most of all the rooms are huge. We had the king size bed and pull out sofa. It was enough room to do cartwheels. Comfortable, large, clean rooms.

I really enjoyed our mini stay here. Fast check in and nearby groceries and restaurants both sit down and fast food. Only 8 minutes away from Morongo. The property was clean. The room felt big and the bathroom qas massive. The bed was really comfortable and i usually have a hard time falling and staying asleep in hotels because of the beds. My one complaint was that as big as the room was, no closet! Not even a single hanger or iron. Luckily we packed our steamer but we had to get creative on how to hang my dress and husband's suit to steam away wrinkles.

The location was conveniently off the freeway. Although it was close, the freeway traffic did not disturb the peace and quiet in our room. We even found a grassy spot outdoors to sit and relax under the sun.

All the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had family arriving the day of the family wedding and we requested early check in so they could get ready. The desk manager that morning told us they were fully booked watched for early checkouts for us and contact us to let us know they could check in early enough to get ready. We were SO grateful!

The staff was friendly except the man working breakfast area. Very rude and combative when asked to replenish the eggs, etc. He said that the area was a mess due to me making a waffle and that other people not caring. He would not let me talk was talking over me. My husband stepped in and told him that he should be more helpful rather to make excuses for his I capabilities to manage the breakfast area. This been the worst breakfast buffet, dirty watered down juices only made one pot of oatmeal. When I complained to front desk I was told to call back to speak to the manager. There was no concerns about making it right. I will never stay or recommend this place. This man was useless and rude!

We have stayed here before when the hotel was newer and had a pleasant stay. This time our stay was much different. Check-in was smooth enough but our room had an over powering musty smell...like a room the had been wet and was dried out. The bathroom smelled exactly like a swimming pool. I ended up leaving the window cracked in order to get rid of the smell. One elevator was out of order, or at least I'm assuming it was. There was never any official out of order signs out up, just a "caution" sign wedged in the elevator door. The hotel sits right off the 10 and it is NOISY! Especially if you have the window cracked. The parking lot is very well lit, but the entire surrounding area is full of semi's parked down the night, making the neighbors feel a little sketchy. At one point, there was a rather questionable person in the parking lot, loitering and appearing to be high. Made for an uncomfortable interaction as we went to our car. For the almost $600 we paid, I'd rather have the inconvenience of a longer drive than the convenience of staying here again.

No serious issues. It was perfectly fine and comfortable. We were on the third floor and there was lots of activity above us, but we know having small children will do this and the Hotel has no control over it. We understand. My only issue was the breakfast. Just clearly not cared over. There was a lump of scones, just placed, that were all stuck together, either frozen or out of a bag, petrified, they were. There was an egg among the boiled egg bowl eggs, on top with the shell broken out like it was hatching (of course it wasn't, but not a great look). Anyway I would say bleak with regard to breakfast and any oversight it was getting from staff. Maybe it was just one of those mornings. I don't know. Our experience was not a 10, but on a better day, maybe it could have been. We wouldn't have any issues with staying here again, but maybe a top floor with no one above and breakfast at Dennys.

This property is right next to the 10 freeway so once we arrived I asked for room on opposite side not facing the hotel and they were very accommodating. The hotel inside is clean and maintained. Our room was clean and fairly modern. The door for the bathroom is stupid. It opens out into the entrance to the room instead of opening into the bathroom. It really was rather annoying. There is no free WiFi and I was not about to open an account. Now the exterior to the hotel is a whole other story. The sign is faded and the sign on the building at night only lights up showing “ton & Suites”. The street that this property is on is in such bad shape and there’s broken down cars and semi trucks parked every where. The homeless that hang out in that area even sleep on an old pull out bed that in the parking lot in the back of the hotel…there was a pile of old furniture in the back which I’m sure a lot of homeless use. The windows need a deep deep deep cleaning as well. We stayed there only for two nights as we were in town for a wedding in Oak Glen and it was recommended by the wedding venue. Otherwise we would have never picked this hotel. The pictures on Hotels.com were why we chose this place but if I were driving around looking for a hotel, I’d bypass this one just from how it looks from the outside. You’d think it was a dump but the inside is nice and clean.
