We got tired while on a long road trip and booked a room for one night. It was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the dog fee being only $20, and they gave us a ground floor room to make things easier. The breakfast had a good variety. More fresh fruit would be nice.

This was a basic place for us to stay so that we could go to Quartzite, AZ for the rock and gem show. The main reason I chose this place over the one across the street is that it had a heated pool that was also open during the winter months. Also, the price was cheaper. When we arrived, I was told the pool was open, but the heater in the pool was broken. I was fine with that. The next morning I noticed water in the pool. We went to Quartzite for the day and when I returned, my son and I were going to go swimming. We went to check the temperature of the water and found out the pool had been drained. There was a hot tub, but we did not use it. The hotel itself was older, but clean. It look like there had been some updates to our room, although the pain job was not the greatest (not a big deal for us). It was a nice size, but basic room, which was all we needed. There was a small fridge and microwave, which was nice. The breakfast was complimentary and was pretty much like all hotel breakfasts, but was nice. There was coffee, juice, bagels, muffins, bread, some fruit, yogurt, cereal, make it yourself waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. The hotel is right off the highway, but in order to get to the highway, you have to turn right out of the parking lot and go around the block to get back to the highway. A little inconvenient, but not a big deal. Gas prices in Blythe are $4.79 for regular when we were there and $2.95 in Arizona. Overall, it met our needs.

Full breakfast, tho basic. When ran out of potatoes promptly refilled. Property and room very clean. A little pick up 9n far side of parking lot needed (probably windblown trash). Staff very helpful in advance: got groundfloor room we needed, A/C turned on so it was cool. Definitely would recommend & we will stay here on future trips to Tucson & beyond. Thank you! Next time, we'll enjoy the pool. Has covered halls against rain or sun if walking your dog.

Overall, a clean, updated place to stay. The only problem we had was that I booked a pet friendly, accessible room for my disabled parent who travels with a small yorkie. The hotel said no pets in an accessible room. We had to bring in items to make the regular room more accessible for her. We made do, but someone who is fully disabled should know that this hotel will not place pets in an accessible room. This is not made clear on the booking page.

The WiFi is useless. In discussion with the desk clerk, he told me that the WiFi was provided by Choice Hotels, not the local Quality Inn. OK, fine, but still unusable. Don’t stay here if you need WiFi. All else was as expected. The pool is nice. Breakfast was better than most.

We stayed here for trip between Phoenix and Joshua tree. Hotel seems to be recently renovated. It is nice and clean. Plenty of parking. It has pool and spa, but the pool seems to be a little bit dirty and smells strong, maybe due to the weather condition. Breakfast is ok. Overall it is a nice stay

It took a while to check in, staff member at the front was courteous, explained that they were new and not sure how to check us for in with a pet and someone came to help. When we got to our room and turned down the sheets there were actual pieces of dirt and all of the bedding was filthy! We called the front to request clean sheets, had to go get them and change the bedding ourselves. Also, the people above us were noisy and running back and forth all night. We’ve stayed here numerous times and this was the absolute worst and don’t plan on coming back.

Once again, don't believe the ratings. I purposely went with a more expensive hotel in order to have a clean, comfortable experience. This place is anything BUT clean. Floor was absolutely disgusting (see pics). Shower had mold. Everything was beat up. Some lights didn't work. And, hope you don't want to get wet with freezing cold water when you first turn on the shower, because there's no way to avoid that.

The floor wasnt clean. The bedding was old and worn out. The box spring cover had several white crusty areas on it. The shower had mold spots on the walls. The towels are old. The room dis not look near as nice in person as it does on the pictured add. Huge gap in the bottom 12 inches or so of the door to the hotel room. We could see daylight through.The breakfast area looked decent.

They don't clean their floors. The floors were filthy. I usually don't complain on reviews but this has to be said. I hope the manage reads this. We called the front desk about TV not working and floors were dirty. The manager showed up and used a squirt bottle and swifter mop. I told him I used to own a janitorial service and that swifter mop doesn't clean a floor, it only spreads the dirt around. I took a wet small towel and proceeded to mop up after him in front of his face and showed him how much dirt is on the floor. The towel became black. I did this twice and the second towel was just as black. This let me know that the maids do not have real mops and that the laminate floors are not being cleaned at all. The floor changed color right in front of him as I showed him how to clean a laminate floor. Laminate floors are designed to "hide" dirt but that does not mean don't ever clean them. I hope they read this. The hotel is decent, has a good breakfast, so why not clean the floors??? I can't recommend this hotel since they do not have a clean policy. F for cleanliness!

Yes, it did. The room smelled of sewage. I was quite tired, and nobody was at the desk when I walked in at 7:00 PM. After several shoutouts, it took a phone call to get service. I was very tired, and chose to sleep in the room anyway, but used a towel to cover the shower and sink drains and closed the door to the bathroom. General feeling of uncleanliness in the bathroom, but the room was otherwise acceptable.

Terrible check in, the lady at the counter was rude! When I went to check in I mentioned that I stayed the previous week and noticed that I had a 109.50 charge on my credit card, when I asked why I was charged she looked at another worker and they gave a funny look to each other and said I have to talk to the general manager, who I tried contacting but never got a response or courtesy call back. Then when I went to my room the key did not work, had to get new keys then the air conditioner was making a loud banging noise, so had to go back to the front desk I asked if I could switch rooms because of the A/C I was told no by the not so nice lady they had no rooms available( but when I went online it allowed me to book rooms?) so she has the maintenance guy go look at it, he agrees it is not working good, and said he has to replace the whole unit, so now after working 10 hours in 100 degree heat all I wanted was to shower and relax and I have to now wait. And still no response on the 109.50 I’m callin fraud and contacting corporate office.

All was good. But I needed to cancel because we had change of plans. Hotels.com was gracious enough to give us a refund, but the quality inn itself would not do it. We had a change of plans we didn’t need to go there. But I ended up going because I paid for it. hotels.com did their job they reached out. They did awesome. It was a quality Inn that would not negotiate the no cancellation rule. I agree to no cancellation, but I’ve had this happen in the past and the hotel has canceled for me because of change of plans. This hotel was not going to do that. It was no fault of hotels.com. They did exactly what they were supposed to. It’s equality in that did not change their mind which I think is ridiculous.

To eat required a walk through the homeless gathering area and otherwise dimly lit and vacant streets. I wouldn't let my girlfriend stay here without a car for sure. The gal at checkin was very polite, helpful and friendly. The property itself was well taken care of and felt safe. The room was very clean and quiet. The motorized window sun screen and blackout shade were a nice touch!

The property itself has trash all in the parking lot. There’s a homeless camp on the other side of the fence of the back lot. It smelled like urine while I was walking the dog this morning. Overall the room was average with an inflated price. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The room wasn’t what I would call super clean the shower leak water over the floor and when we called the desk, they brought us a mop, and then some towels did offer to move us, but at that point we were already unpacked and ready for bed! The breakfast was cold! Coffee pot in the room was so dirty you couldn’t be used, there was also a bar soap that had been used in the previous person in the shower And of course they couldn’t do anything for us because we hadn’t booked through them

A good choice with decent breakfast, and easy to get to from I-10. Minor things: bedside clock did not work (constant blinking, would not set no matter what buttons were pushed) and noise from adjoining rooms is an issue (when the toilet flushes above or maybe next door, it sounds like it's from the room's bathroom). But breakfast had good choices and started at 5am which was very helpful. Check-in was quick, and the internet worked, nice things. You can walk a short distance to Denney's for dinner.
