We understood that they were in the process of a remodel (thus the lower rate), but the condition of the room was not good. It was evident that it will eventually improve, but perhaps they should have placed a statement within certain rooms "apologizing" for the room condition. I just think there could have been a little better communication from management regarding the rather obvious visual issues.

No wifi or hot water in my room. Linens looked unwashed and reused, slept on top of all the blankets. The area was very trashy. The pool was about 1/3 of the way full and green definitely not usable. The toilet was about to tip over on its own. Wouldnt stay here again.

Staff is friendly and explained they are updating all the rooms and that prices will start going up, but when I book a king room and it automatically puts a request for two queens is suspicious. So, I check in and it’s neither type of room, two doubles?!! There’s false advertising on the website…beware! The room was somewhat updated, but to put fresh paint over decades of yuck underneath is hardly clean, linens stained and old, walls had holes by the door, giant gaps in the door and frame, curtain’s barely covered the window, filthy old tub and toilet (that was loose and wobbled every time you sit). The sink faucet was loose…could almost pull it out of the counter. On top of old wood furniture they place granite slabs, but the rooms are so small the furnishings hardly leave room for the person to occupy any other space. Wi-Fi is very slow if it even worked. It was noisy being so close to the on-ramp/I-10 freeway. Pool is under construction. Lots of stray cats outside. Parking lot needed weed control.

We got to the property at check in time and the room “wasn’t ready” after waiting for an hour and a half, we got offered 3 separate rooms, some upstairs and some downstairs so it was very inconvenient. Once entered the rooms were not cleaned properly, I highly doubt, they did the service. Restroom toilet was horrible. And lastly, the parking lot structure is very unsafe, I fell with the parking cement because the wire is out. Staff is friendly but overall experience was not good at all.

The hotel is not maintain well, first there is no hot water, then the coffee machine is not working. The bath tub and sink are old and dirty. It seems this hotel is in the process of remodeling.

There was mold on bathroom floor...and floors were dirty in corners. We had to plug in TV to turn it on and sound would only go up to 10...I have hearing issues but even my daughter couldn't hear it. I understand the need to keep sound down in hotels but not being able to hear at all is sad

Water in showers did not work well, TV did not work. DIRTY...SO DIRTY. Terrible paint on walls. Painted sink with scratches. Just a cheap night sleep...thats it. Very little care offered for this hotel. Rented 2 rooms and both were terrible.

This place was not good. In 5nights the shower was hot enough to use only once. Floor was dirty. Needed to wash your feet before bed or getting dressed.

There was nothing I "liked" about the property. The bathroom was dirty and the tub so stained and dirty that I wouldn\'t use it. The toilet had deep mineral(?) stains at the water line.....but I did use it(had to). I can\'t believe Expedia actually books for customers there! I didn\'t expect Blythe to have four star facilities, but every other time I stayed there, the properties and rooms were clean. The area around the property was sketchy, should I go on?

It was not at all a place to stay especially with kids tub was dirty water barley came out of spout toilet was not stable and toilet was really dirty dead cockroaches the room smelled as soon as you opened the door owner said he just took over management 3 days prior to my arrival and doing renovations but honestly he should shut it all down n open once it’s done. He was kind and funny and helpful and he only charged me 1 night even though I paid for 2 because of everything which was nice I just couldn’t stay another night again

Came to this property and it was nothing like the pictures online, there was stains on the furnitures, carpets and mattress, there were paint spots all over the wall and dry wall spots covering up holes in the wall.

It's a very superficially re-furbished old motel. Beds, linens, etc. are original, likely from decades ago. Motel is adjacent to the freeway on-ramp, so it's noisy. No breakfast at all since 2020, but they say it's impossible to change the advertising. (Lame excuse) Cheapest rate in the area, so it's basically what we expected. But regardless of the fact that we weren't much surprised, it's still a low-end motel.

Ok for a low budget motel. Somewhat quiet with some freeway noise. The shower in room 104 would not work at all, which really sucked. They are remodeling but if you are going to rent a room, make sure things work. The area is kinda scary but didn't have any problems. The entire town has been going downhill for years.

Sunlight clearly comes through door jam. Upholstered headboard was torn in many places. Sink and counter was.painted and was stained and peeling badly. Boxspring had nasty looking stains. Sink and shower head had major hard water build up. And worst of all the water never got hot. No matter how long we let it run. It never got more than tepid.

We checked in and was sent to a room that was already occupied! Then we were sent to a room with a full size bed when I reserved a king size bed. We were told that they didn’t have a king size bed room for us and a room is a room! We ended up getting another reservation at another hotel. Thank you Expedia for stepping up.

Close to fwy. honest guy working the door, helped very quickly any issue needed. great for what I needed it for, to sleep to hit the road again. They are updating things in it, will have to stay again to see the new improvements.

I was scared all night! To begin the curtains were not correctly on the rail… then the door did not have the top bolt of the dead bolt to secure the door. The shower had burn makes, tile was falling off the wall, did not feel comfortable letting my kids play on the floor. I was cold… only a sheet in bed to sleep with. Would never sleep in that hotel! The only good thing was the guy who checked us in!

NO HOT WATER!!!! Supposedly pet friendly, however there was no where safe to walk the dogs; Bougainvilla branches were on the ground which have 1/2 inch thrones! The grounds were so filthy I washed my dogs paws so they wouldn't get the "white" linens dirty! No breakfast of any kind was served as advertised. Juan (?) the afternoon clerk was very nice and changed my room after I discovered a dirty bedspread. Zack the night clerk was also pleasant when I presented him with the room issues. I got the impression the hot water was an ongoing issue. There was also a dead kitten laying in the middle of the parking lot the morning of departure. It was 103 degrees when we arrived and I noticed big spaces around the doors which was extremely inefficient energy use. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Wasn’t so clean/ someone left a pillow cover on that wasn’t… white- coffee maker didn’t work. No hot water/ not even warm ☹️Wish I hadn’t booked two nights!

pet friendly. coffee maker great. No hot water, ask for coffee did not get it went to the office . it was closed 4 pm. They are working to make thing better. Expedia did the wrong bed chose. did not send me an email for the change. almost did not get a room. beds were nice but no room to move around it. only one side.
