I stay to this hotel because of business. Everything was acceptable except the people at the front desk. They need to be trained in how to deal with a customer and be polite. All shifts at the front desk has poor attitude to the customer. Other issue was the pool that was out of service and what make it worse is that we are in the middle of the Summer.

I was really impressed overall with the property. One of the things I liked the most was the presence of uniformed security. I will definitely be returning to the property when work requires me to be in the area.

Spacious clean room, nice bed, clean and spacious lobby. Area seemed safe. Decent parking spaces. Great that they have free breakfast and parking.

The hotel is outdated. It took over 20 minutes for bath water to warm up. Air conditioner smelled bad and the thermostat never worked well. I had to wake up often to shut the air off when it got below the set temp. Tons of carpet and carpet upholstery to the bed frame that made me uneasy to sleep at night. I did not see any bugs but I know the bed frame was ideal cloth environment for them. The breakfast did not have many options. Elevator was broken half a morning. It was not that tasty. I would recommend for a quick one night only.

The staff was wonderful...polite and helpful. We mistakenly left an important document behind and they called me ...much appreciated. Breakfast was good, and there's a great gym. The room was clean and the beds were excellent. Only complaints is that the carpets need replacing and there was mold in several places in the bathroom.

Good value for the money and optimal location for the event my family and I were attending. Staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. Breakfast was adequate. Sleeping room and common areas were clean but a bit dated. Carpets were in need of replacement. Access only one working washer and one dryer for a hotel of this size were our biggest dissatisfaction especially to have use quarters to utilize but thankfully the front desk staff were always able to provide. Patrons were queued up three deep to use them on multiple nights, Overall this hotel met our needs for this visit and would recommend others to stay there in the future.

This property needs some major renovations. Lots of areas in the room where walls were in bad shape. Spa water was not hot at all. Like 75 degrees. Staff up front was not very friendly. It go the job done for our 1 night but wouldn’t want to come here again.

The water on the jacuzzi was cold. The manager said that the water heater didn't not work and all the people kids were so disappointed included my daughter.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Beds were squeaky. Could've been softer. Loved that the pool/hottub were open till 10. Wished it opened earlier since I'm an early riser and like to get laps in before breakfast

We had "no disturb" sign until about 1pm or so and removed the sign and left the rooom. Room was not cleaned that day and no towels were replaced. I got the set of towels from the front desk. Bath room mirror looked pretty bad shape (surface partially blackened). I sense the property is old.

Our room was horrible. The pillows were yellow. The carpet didn’t feel like carpet, it was hard and REALLY dirty! The fridge smelled like something was in there for weeks. TV was glitching. Room service wouldn’t clean our room and when they did they just laid the comforter back over but nothing was neatly done and the floor was still left dirty. Bed sheets were stained. Everything was left dusty and with hand prints all over windows. The bathroom SMELLED so bad. The only clean thing was the towels to dry with after a shower. Only positive thing was how great the breakfast was.

The room smelled so bad the entire stay & there were bugs in the bathroom. This made us not want to full relax into our room or even eat there.

When we got to our room, there was nothing clean all the sheets were there dirty garbage were full of them basically wasn’t clean and since we booked her hotels.com. They couldn’t give us a refund. That’s bull crap

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my families recent stay at your hotel. During our visit, my cousin woke up to find ants crawling all over him due to a severe ant infestation in the room. This was not only disturbing but completely unacceptable for any guest to experience. While your staff did move them to another room, the way the situation was handled afterward was even more disappointing. When I addressed the issue of being charged for a night in which they had to endure an ant infestation, the front desk attendant (Monica or Maria) very rudely dismissed the concern, stating—and I quote—“we all have an ant problem.” Not only was this an unprofessional and insensitive response, but it also demonstrated a complete lack of care for guest comfort and safety. This experience has left me with no confidence in your hotel’s standards of cleanliness or customer service. I will not have my family stay here again when they visit, nor will I recommend your property to anyone. I strongly encourage you to address both the pest control issues and the customer service training of your staff. Guests deserve respect and a clean, safe environment when staying at a hotel.

The woman at the Front desk clearly did not like her job. All the charm of a garden gnome. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Room smelled funky. Carpets a little gross. Which is sad bc this place used to be ok.

There were ants all over the bathroom. One pillow had dry blood stains. I requested a non smoking room and when I walked in it smelled like cigarettes. I was so unhappy because it’s not cheap price hotel.

The highway is right behind the property and it was loud. But everything else was perfect.

Rooms need updating

Hotel is showing it's age. It's the best in the area, which isnt saying much. Old, towels are awful. Great location to LAGalaxy but that's about it.

Near the stadium and near food options. Staff was ok Rooms are not as clean and have a dirty smell. Bed not comfortable !

Kind of noisy, one side of the building is too close to the freeway.

Our room was on the Highway side and if you have some issues sleeping that can be a no-go. The highway is loud even late at night.

This property is right on the freeway, and the windows are not double pane, they’re all single thickness glass. All night long there’s nothing but traffic noise. Bring your earplugs!

If you have a late check in, the security has a nasty attitude and doesn’t want to let you in, and when you finally get in, the staff is in the back sleeping. I called the phone while standing at the desk and it just rang, and I finally hear something drop in the back and I asked if they were working or sleeping. The girl came from the back rubbing her eyes…

The evening mgr on sat, 2/3 during check in was rude, abrupt, and unwelcoming. She did assist me but not until after she threw her keys on the desk, and told me that "I needed to know what my reservations were" Her mannerisms indicated that she was frustrated, how she handled the paper, typing on the keyboard, looking things up - all very "short" I did not appreciate that attitude and have never been treated like that as a hotel customer. she was just plain RUDE

Staff very rude and disrespectful. Room was dirty use Q tips on the floor. Lobby had no refreshments for sale or any available. I do not recommend this hotel at all .. the front desk employees were the worst ever .. i wil not ever stay here again..

Upon arrival, I go in to check the family into our rooms, and I was treated like I was a ghost once I entered. The counter I walked up to the girl eventually said the girl next to her will help you. They literally had no words to say very short with everything, and every day we walked down from all of the lobby we were ignored, from the time we returned we were ignored, the wife went in to ask for extra towels, they told her the Security will get them for her. and as we were walking out for check out, there was a new set of ladies who actually spoke and we let them know that we haven't been spoken to one single time since we been on our three day day, and she said that that wasn't the first time she heard that. There was multiple complaints about the customer service before we mentioned it other than that, everything else was a pleasant.

The hotel met all our needs for the one day stay. Maria the front desk representative was so awesome. I had many different questions the day before we traveled about about check-in and payment. She was so wonderful getting me the forms I needed to pre-pay so my older son and his wife could check in earlier than us, since they would be arriving before the other family would. We enjoyed the hotel the accommodations, the rooms were great, breakfast in the morning was perfect for our family of eight. Great hotel and would highly recommend it.

The room was excellent for the 2 nights we were their I over all had a great stay just if the people working would be more friendly 🙄 the security guard that was at the entrance Sunday July 20th 2025 just plain rude we showed up and said hello and he completely ignored me and my husband then we went out for dinner and I said bye and again once again ignored when he clearly made eye contact my husband even said why say hi or bye if he’s ignoring you… receptionist Saturday night was also not the best I just ignored him I definitely won’t be staying here again time to give another hotel a chance I guess unless these employees learn some courtesy and At least respond a hello or good bye

Rude front desk, rude security guard. We do not feel welcome here at all.

Property was ok. The issue i had was with the staff and expedia's check in. I got to the property pretty tired trying to check in and get my room asap. Lady at the counter told me i had to call expedia customer service because they had an issue with my payment. I told the last i had my reservation code and that my paymwnt had gone through. They didn't care. I had to he on the phone for over 20 min.to get the isssue resolved. What pissed me off was the atadd remarkss. She told me thats why you always book with us directly. I told her this had never happened to me and she insisted with a very sarcastic and condescending tone. It got me really upset. I told her she needed to check her attitude. She was extremely rude and discourteous.

Booked this hotel to attend LA Galaxy game. Hotel was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was decent. No complaints. Safe choice for the price point and location.

Great location and close to Dignity Health Sports Park!

Great location if you’re heading to a Galaxy game or the Dignity Health Sports Field. Otherwise, not a thing to do around here

Our room was clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast. Convenient location halfway between LAX and Carnival Cruise port. Location looked clean and fairly safe.

The hotel is nice to stay at, but the area is not the greatest. I like to take walks and it was not an area you should be walking in.

The breakfast was VERY good. This location is very convenient. Free parking and free breakfast are always very nice in this day. I asked for a late check out... no problem. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Hotels right now are SO expensive everywhere, so this was a fairly reasonable price with some free stuff which was nice.

This stay was wonderful for a weekend event we attended at the sports park nearby. Our room was very clean every day of our stay (3 days total). We used the fitness center and appreciated the amount of equipment available and the cleaning items available for when we were done. Also, the breakfast provided was the best I’ve had from a hotel in years! The majority of the staff was very friendly as well. All in al a great trip!

Nice place to stay. My only complaint was the watered down syrup they claimed was sugar free. I asked to see the bottle they were pouring from and suddenly they didn’t speak English.

I can rate this hotel as average overall. There were limited sittings during breakfast hours which was not that great.

Property is outdated, breakfast area is dirty and dark along with hallways and room. Room is small with very small washroom for one person at a time, only two large towels provided. No safe in room or available at hotel. Area does not seem very safe. Can hear highway from room, air conditioning unit noisy. Staff not accomodating to improve stay. Breafast is same every day, lack of variety. Hot items are frozen and just warmed up, undercooked eggs.
