Checking in was good and the front desk is very accommodating but there are no elevators at this hotel. We knew it was a dog friendly hotel but at 11 pm there was dog barking for at least 2 hours, and I did not get much rest the first night. Other than those things it was a pretty nice stay in a nice area.

All exterior doors weren’t locked and seemed to have been broken. Anyone, including those without room keys had access inside the building which felt like a safety issue especially with the building being next to the freeway. Front desk gentleman was kind but didn’t speak or understand much English. When we needed other assistance no one was to be found at front desk or answered phones. I will add that the rooms were clean, but you do get what you pay for and for being on a budget the hotel was an ok stay.

Very reasonably priced hotel and pet friendly. Had dog walking areas and poop bags for the puppies, which was nice. The outside doors don’t lock properly when you’re going into the hotel you can just open them without the key. The room was comfortable and clean. Was very close to nice amenities shopping dining options were amazing. Only complaint is it states there’s a business centre in this hotel on the website and there is no business centre so that’s a lie that should be removed from the website. Otherwise it was a Decent hotel for the price and the staff were amazing. Honestly have to say that the staff was great..

I've stayed here a handful of times. It's only gotten better. My only gripe is that there is no elevator so if you get a room on the second floor you have to carry everything up the stairs. Other than that the place is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and polite.

A lot of construction going on … Door to the parking lot is not secured … anyone can walk in 24/7 … Rooms are a nice change; everything is new … Needs more lighting in the room … and some clothes hangers … Nice walk-in shower; however, there are no safety bars/grips; no shelves in the shower to place soap and other amenities … Towels are thin and the washcloths are deteriorated … Otherwise, I like what’s being done to renew the rooms. I will stay there again in the future .

The check-in staff was fine. The room cleaning staff was subpar. Did not make up my bed. Did not empty the trash cans. Did not pick up trash on floor. The only thing they did was remove the used towels from the restroom.

The room I had were full of roaches and gnats . It was very dirty and had bed bugs im glad I was only there for that night but it was still terrible i couldnt sleep and it said smoke free but it was smoking in the rooms and you can hear and smell everything.

Room was fairly clean. Saw cockroaches in our room during our stay. Very noisy on the first floor. We had to fight staff to get enough towels for our family each day. Won’t be staying here again.

The location was terrible, but that's not really the motel's fault. Our room's location however was right in the center of the party people there for a rave. We are a family with two small children and sleeping was incredibly difficult with the consant yelling and music. You would think that the staff would notice that and put us in a different area of the motel.

Arrived around 6pm at the front desk and noone was there. A sign said back in 20 minutes. Sure enough, the desk person returjed in 20 minutes with no apology and by that time 6 other people were waiting in line behind us. The room was fine but the walls paper thin ... including the barking of dogs and small children voices easily heard. A lot of money for a low level facility.

It’s good just for convenience of location. However, AC did not blow enough to keep the room cool. TV remote kept glitching. Pillows were flat and didn’t help with sleep. Customer service and house keeping was very nice and the room was clean. It’s definitely not a good sleep though in my opinion.

Best Motel 6 stay I’ve ever had. Super nice and clean, amazing staff and parking felt safe and very clean as well. Lots of restaurants and stores around just in case you forgot something from home. :) Sahim and the other gentleman in the front desk provide exceptional service. Thank you 🙏

First of all, the hallways smell like weed and none of the side entries are locked so there is nothing secure. Anyone can just walk in. THEN i checked out a few days early and the front desk person ROY told me he could not give a refund because i booked through Expedia. I called Expedia, they said the refund comes from the property so actually the front desk person ROY lied to my face. THEN it took 4 days to get a refund for my remaining days and it was only a partial refund because of some early cancel policy. But guess what, the room that I checked out of early was already occupied the very next day (yes I checked). This place is horrible. Customer Service treats you like you are bothering them when you ask questions and the place is noisy as hell. Never again.

My mom was overly charged 3 nights for almost $700. When i called and spoke to Ray he is Asian Indian to straighten it up. Ray told me it was a weekend rate when it was just Wednesday. They told me to check out the next day since shes already been checked in for the day. Wheb she checked out the next day and tried to check back in. She was told she was DNR. BTW the rate was only 300/3 nights. I made the reservation for 2 nights which costs us 200 bucks. But bec i called them with their BS and cheating on an elderly person. They wouldnt let my mom checked. She was a DNR? I asked what was DNR means. The receptionist does not even know. DNR means Do Not Resuscitate in medical term. We were very disappointed and they were very rude the next day i called and i am still waiting for my refund. Not a good place to stay

Information when booking thru call center is NOT accurate. Staff on phone is NOT polite nor helpful. Was told different Information after numerous calls with the same questions. Felt rushed and NOT heard. My next travels this Motel will be at the bottom of my search list. Motel 6 needs to do BETTER.

Not welcoming at all I paid for the room in full before arriving and upon arrival was told I needed to pay one hundred dollar deposit for the room to make sure it doesn't get damaged by my pet which is understandable except I don't have a pet so why should I have to pay for that I was denied my room and was told it would take 8 business days to return to my gift card Im on week 3 and still nothing

Overall the staff is rude and unaccommodating. Room is rarely cleaned, you ask for clean linens, towels etc and they will only give you one. My friend and I are working nights, and he had paid for his room for a week, and the next day they called him in the middle of his sleep saying he needed to pay. After telling them he just paid for the week, they said he needed to come to the front. After he came to the front and showed them a receipt, they magically "found" it and said the person forgot to enter it into the system. So. Unethical? Maybe. At best negligent to the point where it can cost you sleep, peace of mind, and hundreds of dollars.

It was a decent room. No Hairdryer or Shampoo in the room but that wasn't an issue. Room was decent sized and clean. Air conditioning worked well. There were a lot of flies in the lobby, but other than that it was your average budget hotel.

Biker gang was there the first night and they revied their engines all night. Ice maker outside our room just in the hallway: noisy: gave coffee cups in room no coffee anywhere. No Kleenex in room.

Overall good, very good location, rooms are nice size, clean and comfortable beds but lot of noise from people on other room floors. No continental or buffet breakfast only coffee. They have a small convenience store but high prices for example a small water bottle cost $5. Closed to shopping area and a great selection of restaurants around.
