The pool was not working and under maintenance for too much chemicals in the pool. Water turned off when I was showering and got soap in my eyes!! WITHOUT NO WARNING! Had keep asking towels and housekeeping. When we first got there it smelled like smoke. Elevator smells like Marijuana.

I have stayed here a few times in the past and my stay has always been great. Easy check in process, secured parking kot, clean rooms and good breakfast. Downside is the freight train whistle that can be heard from time to time

Property was dirty, room was smelly, there was ants in the restroom and on our desk. Our room was cleaned maybe twice. The pool and hot tub were visibly dirty and the hot tub was cold. They just took the trash out, no towels, we had to go to the pool for towels. Also the train is annoying beyond the hotel.

First off, our catalytic converter was cut from our car. We were in a handicapped stall, which was well lit and near the front door. The staff seem less than sympathetic. We were also supposed to be in a handicapped room and were not, so I was not able to even take a shower for the entire week I was there. I spoke with the manager multiple times, and again, they were completely unsympathetic.

The pool was a bit dirty when we used it Saturday afternoon, but by the time we returned that evening to use the hot tub, it looked like someone had taken the time to clean it up, which we appreciated. Breakfast was simple but satisfying—nothing fancy, but definitely a nice perk to have included, along with parking. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Riverside!

i lived how quiet and calm it was. Super convenient getting to and from the NOS Center. One thing i didnt like was not having parking coming back from the even. the parking was full, had to park in the jack in the box next door.

The hotel ratings must be fake because there is no way this hotel is a 10. Here’s an honest review!!!! Don’t stay here! The minute you walk in, the halls reek of weed. The carpet and flooring is filthy. Spots everywhere. The whole place smells moldy and musty. The room was not any better! The walls were filthy! I had to wipe areas with brown smudges everywhere! So nasty! The carpet is dirty and the room smells. The AC is noisy every time it turns on. Kept us up all night. The beds are not comfortable!!! Don’t dare lower the temp because the hot air blows and dust is released which makes everyone cough. The place is very run down and nothing in it was pleasant! Stay away!!! I’m sure I’ll get a “sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay”, like the other “real” comments on here. You have been warned.

We stayed for business and had a terrible stay. The room was not clean there was hair in the shower, on the toilet, the bathroom floor and on the sheets. The worst was toe nail clippings on thy floor by the bed. The hotel is close to rail road tracks. The noise is pretty bad all day and night. The breakfast was decent and it is right off the freeway.

The property was very basic but clean. It was disappointing that the room had too much noise (fridge was too loud, there was constant sound of laundry throughout the night, and window was not sound proof since we could hear the cars). The air conditioner was also not working properly as throughout the night either it will get too hot or too cold. I am happy it was just one night stay.

When we arrived on 09/22/23, we were met with a lady who is not friendly. I arrived early and asked yo waive the early charge which she said that she could not so we left and debated in the car whether to pay for the early charge…we came back inside and decided to pay for the early check in. She was grumpy and was not smiling. She kept a straight face the entire time. The guy who helped checked us out early in the morning the next day at 5 am was very friendly and courteous and helpful. I do not know their names but customer service in this industry is very important especially the front desk people. They are the first ones who meet the customers and the first impression is very important.

I was on the second floor. During my stay 2-3 times I had to get my key exchanged to open my door. The door would flash Red and Green and once maintenance had to come and recharge the doors battery. I had gone down 3 times while carrying my breakfast to get my door open. The first time the front desk Manager was on a personal phone call with his girl friend (It was that obvious and the other female staff knew it too). Unfortunately the Desk Manager just gave me another set of key cards and I went back again carrying my breakfast and they didn’t work either. The third time he sent the maintenance man up to charge the door lock. I was almost late for my Court Case. That was the reason I was in town. I don’t know if there is anything that can be done about the Weed Smell permeating the hallways. Fortunately it did not make it inside my room. The breakfast was very good when I finally got to eat it the first day. The other days were good as well. I like to grab and go and eat in my room while I get ready. Every time I left my room I was concerned I would be locked out and have to go back down stairs and get cards and then a maintenance man.

Stayed 3 nights, on last night the adjacent unit had a loud party at 11:15 pm along with marajuana use. My 2 calls to the front desk went unanswered. At 12:30 am, I had to get an Expedia agent to call the front desk. Then instead of calling hotel staff came knocking on my door. Staff said they could smell marajuana but didn’t hear noise and staff was accusatory like I was lying at 1 am while my 1 year old and wife are woken up from noise and smell of MJ emanating from room next door. I didn’t sleep until 3 am. Avoid this place at all cost.

Nice hotel. Older but well kept. Great Breakfast. Plenty of parking. Not the best neighborhood but felt safe and saw police officers in the area. Next to Starbucks, Jack in the Box and a gas station. Close to the freeway
