Hotel and staff were great.. what i didnt like was the fact that should have taken a fishing pole to the pool and jacuzzi and fish for kelp greenlies from all the algar. Especially in the jacuzzi. Seemed lole they were growing an algae farm, all it needs is a good scrubbing and cleaning. Other than that the stay was comfortable and good

Staff was awesome, gave good restaurants recommendations. Pool and spa open and working but needed a good cleaning. Mediocre breakfast, not a fan of chorizo in my eggs. Food was cold. Bed was like a dream, big points there. Not much to complain about, good stay.

We had to switch rooms since our grandsons decided to stay. We were switched to a new room with a very nice staff member. The staff was incredible! The only issues were there was no heated pool, there were several people smoking pot on our floor and the elevator was broken.

Overall, our stay was good. The staff are very pleasant and attentive. It comes with breakfast included which is an added plus and it has quite the variety. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were extremely clean. The only thing is that the room is quite outdated and some of the furniture was broken, but still fulfilled its purpose. When we were there (it was for 2 nights) the elevator was not working. We didn't mind doing the stairs, but I did see a couple with their adult disabled son and they were caring him down the stairs. I did feel bad for them because it would have been very helpful to fix the elevator ASAP.

I've stayed here several times in the past, but the Cobain of the property has deteriorated. The elevator broke down while I was in it. Only trapped for five minutes, but it was concerning when I reported the problem to the front desk and they responded, "Again!" Used the starway for the remainder of my stay. In addition, the room had a strange odor which caused some discomfort. I will probably look elsewher on my monthly business trips to this area.

Elevator broke. Everyone had to drag luggage up and down stairs. This woke everyone up. Many of the doors are not secure. Friendly staff. Efficient breakfast.

Check in was easy. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Everything about our stay was great but the room was not properly cleaned. We were told it was a non smoking hotel which was a must for us with our children, one being a newborn. Our second day in my daughter found a vape smoking pen and had it in her mouth. Thankfully she didn’t inhale any smoke but I reported it to the front desk and was told they would look into it. Prior to checking out I asked for a follow up and the front desk knew nothing about the situation so it was frustrating. It’s a great hotel my only suggestion would be to thoroughly check your room when first entering.

The floor in the bathroom was sticky. There were dirty hand prints on the bathroom door frame. The carpet is disgusting. The room smelled like urine, and on the way out we discovered some dog poop on the carpet! Breakfast was alright.

The room was a good size for four people. However, the minute we walked in the room, it smelt like dirty cat litter. We toughed it out because we were only staying one night and it was a festival weekend so obviously we weren’t gonna get another room since it was booked out as was every other hotel in the relevant area. Sad to have spent so much money but close enough for convenience to the NOS Center.

Easy check in! The lady who checked me in has wonderful customer service skills! Struck a conversation with me and filled me in on breakfast and what was available on the facility- pool and gym. Our suite is amazing! Huge and spacious!! The beds are amazing!!! Sheets clean! Pillows clean! Even the pull out bed is spotless and clean!!! I am truly amazed and impressed with this room! I will definitely be booking here in my future trips to Southern California!

When I checked in I was told the manager gave me a free upgrade. I was happy about that, the room was BIG. And clean. I did not have any problems or complaints before check in, I guess the manager was just being nice, I certainly appreciated it! The staff was nice the whole time too. But FYI the walls a very thin. In the morning the people next door to me like to sing in the shower, it was like being in the room with them. I was done sleeping so it was funny to me but if you can hear people singing in the shower you can hear everything else too. But that was the only time I heard them. The room at night was quiet and I slept fine. There was a problem with the hot water in the morning, I guess they had to relight the broiler or something I don't know, but after I called them the water did heat up, they were right on it and fixed it right away, and in about 10 min the water was very hot. They also have a Stater Brothers grocery store right across the street and that was convenient. The neighborhood appeared to be very clean, quiet and close to the freeways. There is also a restaurant on the corner in walking distance too.

Clean and quiet place, perfect for my needs. Very good WiFi. Rooms are plain and basic, but so far have always been clean and comfortable. This is a no-frills place, but has everything a business traveler needs to be safe and very comfortable. Staff has always been courteous and professional, their cooked breakfast is nice and is included in the already reasonable price.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, I enjoyed the breakfast as well. My only negative observation was that I found the building floors and walls were quite thin…as I could hear the person staying in the room above me stomping around and walking loudly on creaking floors. Other than that I enjoyed my stay there.

Overall experience was fair, the room was clean, the staff was friendly upon arrival. Here are my issues, the bathroom tub when taking a shower the water would just accumulate instead of draining quickly, the people who were staying above us you can hear them walking around really loud, then the room was close to the ice machine which you can hear people getting ice at all hours which made it really frustrating when trying to sleep. Other than that it was okay

Overall was good except for a situation that happened. The microwave glass plate felt on the floor. And after repotting to the receptionist, the glass plate was replaced. But no assistance in cleaning it. At least provide the tools to pick it up. On my way to check out, I got charge for it. And when I questioned why not a service to clean it. I was informed that not one is available at night. I believe something should be done because as a guest u are pretty much by yourself at night. Among our family members, I have a five year old child which I was paranoid she might get hurt with the broken glass. I’m 6 month pregnant and had to asked my old father to assist me in doing his best to put the glasses at a corner.

Front desk staff was very attentive. I believe her name was Tanya ? She mentioned everything about the hotel and eating areas . Housekeeping staff were very sweet and generous. The only thing that did bother me and scared me was the creepers in the parking lot when we first checked in as if he was creeping to see who to get. And there was a homeless passed out as soon as we opened the door. A little scary and sketchy . Maybe security or management can nicely kick them out. Other than that the hotel itself was nice and all staff members were awesome.

I stayed here for two nights and it was a great choice. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, the staff was nice, the shower had hot water and good water pressure, the breakfast had good quality and selection, and it is conveniently located next to shopping and the freeway. It's true that the surrounding area is not the best, but the hotel is a bit of an oasis surrounded by nice trees and plants and seemed to be set apart from the surrounding neighborhood. I felt safe. Also, there was ample parking. I would absolutely stay here again.

They also changed the menu daily for the main course, which was nice. There’s also a subway, tacos, sushi and grocery store within walking distance. Hot tub was clean and relaxing.
