This Best Western is definitely showing its age. The carpet in our room had noticeable stains, making me uncomfortable walking around without shoes, and every chair was covered in stains that made it look like it had been picked up from an alley. For the $275 I paid for the room, the condition was unacceptable and disappointing. The only saving graces were the private balcony and the in-room jacuzzi. Unfortunately, those features were not enough to make up for the overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance.

The hot tub in the court yard was out of order. The hot tub in the room; a few jets were out. The staff was overall friendly and extremely helpful.
