It is directly on US 101 & very noisy, there is usually no staff on hand...checkin is on a computer, if a staff is on site they will come to the office & Complete the reservation. THey hold $100 deposit for days after checkout even if the room was paid in full in advance. No one in the breakfast area for help no matter how long, loud or number of times you pound on the kitchen door no one answers. The e chargers did not work...we tried 3 of them.

We payed a bit extra to stay here because they advertise that they have a pool. Sadly upon arrival we noticed that the pool was emptied and closed. No one informed us beforehand and the pool was not listed as closed.

Jacuzzi hot tub is broken. The drywall was coming off on the bathroom ceiling and all they did was paint over it. A ton of flies in the room every time we would kill a couple several more would show up.

The staff here are fantastic, parking is good and the rooms are comfortable. Significantly cleaner and larger rooms than similarly priced and aged hotels. No strange smells, nice bathrooms and beds. Stayed here repeatedly and we've never even seen insects outside, let alone inside.

We pulled up to the hotel late night. Rang the ring doorbell was advised that the person would be with us shortly that they were checking in someone at their sister hotel and it would take approximately 5 to 10 minutes. At least 25 minutes later we got buzzed into the building and it is actually someone that is checking you in virtually. The person was actually very friendly. It was the first time checking in on a zoom call the computer issues, keys, and the Wi-Fi code. The first room we were assigned was dirty. My friend got her hand stained from the dirty desk and there were dirty rags in the bathroom. We changed rooms that room was clean. If you need to call the front desk or go to the front desk there is no human it is someone virtually the entire time which was not disclosed when we checked in or book the room. The only humans that we saw were the next day that were cleaning the rooms. The area is not great. It is right next to a Chevron station and there seem to be a lot of unsavory characters hanging out around there. It is not a property that I can recommend. It’s not the worst motel I’ve ever stated in my life, but not one that I’m eager to go back to.

The room smelt gross…like someone had been sick in there. Checked in late. Went in the room and felt like the room was heavily scented. We were all exhausted and quickly got ready for bed. Before going to sleep we started smelling something foul. Kids were already sleeping and we were half asleep. Called the front desk in the am. They were not concerned since we were about to check out. We couldn’t leave fast enough. Towels were stained and a little threadbare. The virtual check in was weird. Still waiting to hear a response from the hotel about what they can do for us.

When we checked in, there were stains on the walls, a wet dirty towel hanging in the bathroom, and the floors were filthy. So filthy that my wife was afraid to come into contact with them so she scooted on the bath mat from the shower to her clothes. That left the towel with dark foot shaped spots where it came into contact with the floor. Ewww! So what does the hotel do? Charge us $20 for the stained mat. Even after explanation. Certainly won't be staying there again!

Very nice room. Literally the cleanest hotel bathroom I’ve ever seen. My one and only complaint was the mattress. It was as if I slept on the floor. I kept waking up with a stiff back. Otherwise it was a great room. I would stay there again.

We had the room with 3 double beds. It was nice and big. It was right on the road so kind of noisy. Bathroom was large as well with separate sink and shows/toilet area which was nice. Comfy beds. Breakfast wasn't very good. Hard pancakes and eggs that tasted ok but looked like they couldn't be more processed. The breakfast room is so small it is hard to move. For the price it was great.

Love the recliner in the room. My room is quite even very close to the main street. Did not hear the traffic at all!! Air condition unit is not noisy. Thanks for leaving the floor fan in the room. I slept well due to white noise from the fan. I will surely return to this hotel when I come back to Eureka.

Room was nice but not as high quality as the price would assume. I pay this much, actually less, in downtown Chicago. No air conditioning and the room was too warm, and I'm never too warm. Lots of noise from guests above us on the floor/ceiling.

They charged my credit card $100 for incidentals and claimed to send a refund at checkout. I called 2 weeks after my stay to inquire about the refund and they claimed it was completed, but my credit card company had no record of the credit. I called again 3 weeks later, and the front desk "assured" me that the $100 credit was applied. So I asked for proof of the credit, either a transaction number (which they said they didn't have access to) or a screenshot of their system that shows a credit back to my creditcard account. I gave them my email address and the employee said it was emailed to me; nothing. I verified my email address spelling and they said it was sent, I asked them to stay on the line with me while I refresh my inbox and checked my spam folder and still nothing. I haven't received any type of proof of the $100 credit and before I could ask anything else, the employee hung up on me. These people are either highly incompetent, or they're running a scam.

I choose this property on a whim and was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend and stay here again. Check-in was a little unusual but easy. The clerk was checking in another guest and when we walked in we were greeted by a virtual receptionist. He checked us in and provided all the property details as if he was on location. In the lobby there is a large tv showing all the security cameras and must say every inch of the property was being filmed. Made me feel extremely safe. The property is located on 101, which can be loud. We asked for a room in the back and it was extremely quiet. I would recommend and stay here again.
