Nice place to stay & they are remodeling, so it will really be nice.

No Jacuzzi, they remove it, and it is still showing on the amenities, pool is not heated, I asked at the time of check in, and they said it was, well it's not. The room above us that a lot of people and they were stumping, running, jumping all night, to the point that our room walls were shaking, I reported several times, and nothing was done by the staff, we couldn't sleep at all.

We specifically booked this hotel for the indoor pool and we get there and its closed. If youre going to advertise it make sure its available. Literally ruined our trip being this was the exact reason we booked it.

Great location for easy eating out. Good breakfast and cookies. Love the complimentary tea, coffee and lemon water. Laundry machines worked, but none of the ice machines were working. Staff was friendly. Some construction in the building.

Beautiful place, very clean rooms and property. Staff was very friendly and amenities were great! The property was right off the highway, easy to locate and surrounded by many dining options. My only disappointment was I looked forward to sitting in the hot tub and the hot tub was out of order the entire trip.

The hot tub wasn’t working and the indoor pool water was super cold. Only stayed here to enjoy the hot tub and pool. Did neither.

Lighting everywhere flickers and needs updated. Pool area vents and windows show signs of rust. Fan in pool area doesn’t work to give air circulation.

Clean room, friendly staff members, breakfast was good with limited variety, plenty of parking spaces and surrounded by restaurants. Area is safe, Close to the freeway entrance. The only complaint we had was that the pool was very cold.

Hot tub was not working. We had to switch rooms four times due to the top not draining in the first one, then the fridge was leaking in the second one, and someone had been smoking in the third one. Ended up with double beds instead of queen beds because there were no other options. I will say the staff was amazing. They did everything they could to help make it right.

Broooo!!!! Walking in to my room and the first thing I see is bed bugs on the bed!! Not just one but plenty and hair all over the sheets as well. Never again!!!! Didn’t even get a refund or nothing from this property.

Ice Macine broken, waited at front counter for 4 minutes while the staff was arguing in the back and yes they knew I was there. Room was not very clean, there was tooth paste splatter on the wall in the bathroom the alarm clock has a shiny very sticky substance on it.

Sheets smelled like musty mold and made pajamas smell that way Saw a small roach both days

Hotel is clean and felt new, which is typical of most Fairfield Inns. Room was great. Breakfast was excellent. Area is great and felt safe. There are a lot of options for food nearby. Overall great experience.

The tub was dirty

Staff is welcoming and rooms are clean. The breakfast offers great options and is abundantly provided.

Terrible stay. First room was dirty - hair on the bed and on the bathroom floor. Staff was nice and switch our room but second room had folks up all night being super loud.

I reserved a standard room but was given a handicapped accessible room. I asked to move to any standard room and my request was denied. The toilet had mold in the bowl. The main lamp by my bed was not working. The reading light by my daughter’s bed was also not working. I asked for maintenance to fix these lights but nobody came and they remained inoperable throughout my 3 night stay.

There seems to have been an attempt to update the property. The shower and bathroom were not. There was a large section of mold and water damage above the shower and there were other peoples’ hair stuck to the wall-so not clean! The beds were spring mattresses on platforms and were very uncomfortable. The sheets were pulled and scratchy. Very unimpressed.

This property has a big lack of maintenance. Our room, 202, had a bathroom door that was squeaking every time we open or close it. Very annoying. Also the toilet cover was loose, i used a 25 cents to screw it so it would be safer to sit on it. Air conditioning was very noisy and did not functioned properly as the temperature in the room was not constant at all. As for breakfast, this is probably the worst i had in a hotel for years. Lots of stuff was missing, like eggs, sausage looked disgusting, toaster was not working properly since only one side was toasting. To finish, the coffee was so bad that i was not able to finish it. If you decide to stay there anyway, note that the restaurant across the street offers a great dining experience. If you have a spot to park your car in their parking, make sure you don’t take your car to go somewhere. We did it and on return, we had to park in the alley beside the hotel…

Front office staff was friendly and provided great service upon check in. The beds in our room were not comfortable and need to be replaced. They feel old and worn out.

This property is convenient to several dining options and within a short drive to the theme park. The room was in need of many cosmetic repairs as there was paint chipping in many places. The water pressure was ok but left more to be desired. The staff were very cold and not welcoming at all. We tried to checkin early and were turned away and told the room would be ready at 2pm. So we went to the theme park amd enjoyed our time there. I received a text at 3:40pm that our room was finally ready (check-in is listed as 3pm). We ended up arriving back at the hotel around 11pm to finally check in. The doors to the hotel were locked and we had to gain the attention of the front desk employee, who seemed very annoyed he had to let us in. He unlocked the door and asked what we needed. I informed him we were there to check-in and he seemed surprised a d fumbled his way through checking us in. The next day we went to the theme park again and while enjoying the rides, I received an email from the hotel that we had checked out and an invoice was attached. This made me check my reservation to double check that we had one more night as all of our luggage was still in the room. Sure enough we had until the following day to check out so I thought nothing more of it since I didnt hear any more from the hotel. Fast forward to the next mornong during check-out. I let the lady know I was checking out of my room and provided her the room number. She could not locate my reservation at all!

Stay one night from San Francisco to Napa Valley. Spacious room, fast internet and good breakfast.

One night stay to play golf at Eagle Vines. Clean, safe. Breakfast included and acceptable. Heater worked well so I was warm on a cool night. WIFI didn’t work but front desk routed me to tech support who manually added my iPhone to the Marriot Bonvoy WIFI.

My only complaint is the King bed was not comfortable at all. And I’m the suite you need a coffee table it’s so big in there

Quiet and comfortable stay conveniently located near many local eateries and shops.

I booked a room with 3 beds to accommodate my family of 5 and when I checked in they did not have that room available. The staff acted confused by the situation and offered little support to help.

The hotel it’s self was normal, commentary breakfast was basic it has its fruits, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, sausage. Only issue I had was when I arrived desk person was a female staff not cordial or welcoming. When asked if pool worked she said no and another guest waiting behind me said they had just called and they had told her it worked. Staff then clarified and said hot tub wasn’t working again bothered with her response. I had booked through third party where my stay was paid, staff did not disclose they were charging me agin when I was asked to swipe my card for holding fees for my multiple rooms. Minutes later I come back down and asked why I was charged multiple fees when room was already paid for, the lady again unapologetic brushed me off and basically said to figure it out on my own instead of being helpful to try to resolve the issue or get a manager to help. I imminently called the third party Expedia where it took days to resolve the issue since hotel wasn’t responding to them either. Eventually got a refund through hotel, it was a simple misunderstanding and i wouldn’t have complained if their staff was a little more friendly and cordial like a front desk should always be.

I usually do not like staying in the Bay area for many reasons. Most Hotels in the area I have had issues with in one form or fashion over the years. I love that the hotel is secure and requires a key card to get into the front entrance. That for me was one of the 1st indication so I will be booking with them again. The next, was June. She was amazing period from the time I checked in until the time I checked out, she went above and beyond to be accommodating, kind, and and hospitable. She was very knowledgeable at her job and was amazing with her customer service skills. Isaiah, the night Clerk was also beyond amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was awesome. He was dealing with a few Is troublesome to say the least patrons, and handled it amazing. Another truly great employee. The entire hotel was clean, well appointed, and in good repair. The breakfast was awesome. The staff that handle the breakfast, although I don't have specific names, was awesome as well. From start to finish a great stay

They do their best to make you feel unwelcome. Check in was at 3pm - we waited 45 minutes. I watched others with reservations be helped as I sat tired with my luggage in the lobby. I finally got up and asked why my room was still not ready and was informed they did not have a room for me - I was prepaid. They grudgingly put us in a “temporary” upgrade. Later that evening I spoke to Liz, a different person at the front desk, Liz was WONDERFUL! The only person I came across who was. She made the temporary room permanent for our 5 night stay and apologized for our earlier experience. Evidently, some of the front desk employees treat third party reservations such as Expedia differently than direct bookings. I plan on sending Marriott a letter addressing our experience. Why accept a reservation if you are not going to treat them as a valued customer. Beyond this, breakfast was good, breakfast staff/food workers were very welcoming in general, maintenance is lacking. I do realize this is a 2 Star hotel but they can do better. They did lose a customer.

Despite repeated requests, and agreement by the desk to service our room, no one serviced our room. Each day we had to walk to the desk for towels. Trash was never taken out. Soap, shampoo, body wash ran out and again, despite requests, no one came. They wouldn’t even discount the room rate despite this repeated lack of service!!

The breakfast staff Pam and the front desk Maleta made my experience extremely great . The staff the night before and made a mistake with my billing and Ms Maleta went above and beyond to straighten it out for me and was very apologetic and super sweet, whe was very professional and seem to really care about my experience. While my children and I were waiting , the breakfast area was being closed and Ms Pam allowed my kids and I enjoy the breakfast which was really good. Thank you both for the Hospitality although I booked a world wide Hotel it felt very much like family with my experience!!!!

The front desk staff was rude and not welcoming at all. When i asked what time the pool closed, she told me 10:00, great! When we went to get in the pool is was closed for construction. Why would she not say that. Then there was no bedding for the pull out bed in the room, when i called asked for sheets to be delivered, she said i would have to come to the front desk for those. Just not quite the calibur of service i would except. The room was clean. I wish there was more non decaf coffee in the room. The breakfast was wonderful, though there was no more forks, spoons worked. Overall it wasnt totally awful but needs some work on front desk training.

Clean and comfortable. Check in easy. Soft linens but bed was a little on the hard side. Wish the breakfast ended later on Saturday am as we weren't able to take advantage of it. No active air vent in bath made it very steamy. Price was high for area with no real attractions nearby. Not really in Napa valley. Mostly fast food in neighborhood near freeway.

Great place to stay as a family, very accommodating and friendly staff. Also close to many restaurants within walking distance and seven minutes from the jelly belly factory as well as approximately 12 minutes from Six Flags. Great continental breakfast in the morning and constantly being refreshed. Pool was quiet and clean. Some of the hotel is worn and needs a little updating but overall a good stay.

The purpose of picking the hotel was the indoor pool and jacuzzi, pool was freezing cold and the jacuzzi was broken. The beds we less than comfortable, I woke up with a pinched nerve. Continental breakfast was gross, bacon tasted like crisp paper and the eggs were watery fluff. For the price it was terrible!

They ran out of Breakfast items at 9 am more than an hour before the end of breakfast time

Nice room and pool/jacuzzi. However, breakfast was supposed to finish at 10 AM but when we showed up at 9:30 and there were no eggs and we asked if they could make more, the staff just said "sorry, no." Also, we rented multiple rooms, the toilets clogged in two of them, and no one was available to plunger them. Admittedly, this happened in the evening and at least they found a plunger for us to use.

Staff where friendly, helpful and kind. We had a long stay with 3 kids and everyone had a smile and a kind greetings. Breakfast was convenient, easy and a great variety.
