Guest reviews of Pullman Lyon

At Pullman Lyon, travelers highlight a highly convenient base beside Part‑Dieu station and the Westfield mall, though extensive area construction can make access confusing and the immediate surroundings less appealing; inside, the property feels new and insulated from the bustle.

Very clean big room. We were upgraded for a small fee to an executive room but so we could get in our room early and asked if we wanted to be high so assumed we would have a nice view but it was of the inner vestibule if the building. There was very little choice of tea and no real milk only powdered milk which is awful in tea. It’s not a very nice area near the station so great for a work stopover but wouldn’t recommend for tourists. Obviously being near to station was convenient for travel but along way from the nice part of town.

Parking I wrote two emails to the hotel in advance asking about the parking options, but they did not take the time to respond. It was very difficult to find the hotel and, in particular, suitable parking. We eventually found the hotel’s public parking, but access to the hotel requires using two flights of stairs. This is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties and should be clearly communicated in advance. Room When we arrived, there were used glasses left on the terrace from the previous guest. I informed Jack, the receptionist, at around 7:00 pm. When we returned from dinner at the hotel at approximately 9:30 pm, the glasses were still there. The water refill station was also not working. Overall, these details gave the impression of a lack of attention to basic guest service and housekeeping. Some of these issues could easily have been avoided with better communication and follow-up.
