Hotel is very nice. Great little restaurant and bar area. My only gripe is all the extra charges like $20 per day parking which was a long walk from hotel. Also, I prepaid for breakfast but juice was extra. Not a big deal but I dont like extra charges. Overall nice place to stay.

It was nice and clean, amenities were great, workout area, pool, areas to relax. The only issue I have is I was told $22 for parking as an extra payment but i was charged $50 in is place. I was not able to contact as the number online was for new registration only. No redirect to contact.

I was worried at first by how many people were staying at the hotel that weekend that it would be noisy, but I never heard any commotion through the walls during my six day stay which was so lovely! Breakfast was a bit pricy but they had so many good options for food I couldn’t complain. Gym and pool were very clean and not too crowded with other guests so I felt comfortable enough to use the facilities. Parking was a bit difficult when returning in the evening, but that’s to be expected, luckily the parking garage has a nice walk way that leads to another easy entrance into the hotel. As for the room itself, the mattress was very comfortable to sleep on for the five nights I stayed, however the comforter for our king sized bed seemed to be a bit too small to be shared by two people. I wish there had been a microwave in the room as well, but didn’t take away from the experience. Overall the room was clean and comfortable, I liked the closet space and hangers provided, the couch, and the AC being close to the bed. A very comfortable experience and I would definitely stay here again next time I need to stay in the area!

This is a really nice hotel, clean, modern decor and extremely nice and helpful staff. And they’re pet friendly to boot! My pup and I very much enjoyed the stay!

I used to stay here every 2 months for business trip since 2019 . This is the first time I have problems with my stay. The room is smell bad. Lightning is very poor. Bathroom dark and look dirty. My bed sheets smell like smoked and old. I just don't want to complain but its really surprising me.The check in is very unprofessional and not friendly. Noisy at night time . Very disappointed.

When taking a shower, we notice the water is very slimy and hard to rinse off after you shower, not sure if there's a water softener. This facility has had this issue for awhile, we've stayed here before and have had the same issue over a year ago. Makes the floor very slippery and we have fallen in the past.

Great location for events at CSF. Only complaint is the lack of bathroom privacy. They have sliding glass barn doors that don’t shut. Gaps on sides of doors. You can hear people going to bathroom. Can see people in the bathroom through kind of opaque glass. If you go to bathroom at night. Lights up the whole room.

We stayed in room 307. It is unique in the shape. My only concern is that there was very little light. The light switches were on a timer and went off about every 10-15 minutes. The main bathroom light was the same. If there was a way the lights could stay on and there was brighter light throughout the room, it could have been better.

The property itself is okay but the staff doesn't seem excited to be there and the pricing changes wildly from week to week. Do not stay on the second floor as you can hear all the noise from the lobby all the way down the hallway and into the rooms. This was a great place to stay in the past, but the staff and the noise take away from all that. There are better options in the area for this amount of money.

We were there for a funeral. I’m handicapped and use a wheelchair. We booked an assisted room and when we got there they didn’t have the room available. I fell twice and hurt myself. First and last time we will use your business. It was a scary experience and a waste of money.

Extremely disappointed with the front desk. We requested early check in. Sat in the lobby for 2 hours watching others get rooms. When they finally called us to tell us the room was ready and we went straight to our room not a cleaning lady in sight. Not one of the floor so we know the room had been ready but feel the clerk was annoyed we kept asking.

We stayed here because prices for hotels near Disneyland were outrageous. Hotel was easy to find, friendly staff, about a 15 min drive to Disneyland. Hotel was clean and we felt safe staying there, several places to eat right across the street as well. We would stay here again.

room smell a lot like cigar and we had a young baby. When we got there, we were super tired and drained, we wanted to shower and there was no body wash in the shower. It was empty. I was super thirsty at night and the room had only one water bottle, which was eight dollars which I thought was pretty expensive. It was OK but maybe next time I wouldn't mind paying an extra $40 or so to stay somewhere with a little bit more comfort.
